The service was fast. Takes about 30 min for me to do a tire puncture repair. It cost 40 bucks, which seems fair for 30 min of work. there are some places which charge less. But here also was fair price and fair service.

Great service, courteous and on time, and a fair price. After dealing with a high end specialty tire shop for year, I finally got tired (no pun intended) of being treated poorly and charged richly. After my first visit to Fountain tire to fix a flat, I thought they were pretty great. I was in today after booking a winter tire swap. They took the car in exactly when they said they would, and within 45 minutes the car was ready to go, at a fair price. I barely had time for a good cup of coffee (hint: Vomero across the street in the strip mall is awesome). Thanks Fountain Tire team - you have a new fan and new customer.

My review of Fountain Tire Thunder Bay: On July 20, 2018 I bought and had new Kelly Edge All Season tires installed. At the time, my odometer read 109640km. (Tidbit: brand new tires have a tread depth of 10/32). Today, less than four months later, my front tires have a tread depth of 6/32 and my back tires are at 8/32. (Current odometer: 12131km). That means that in 11,000km, HALF of my tire tread on the front tires is gone. So I took them in to Fountain Tire to discuss. Here's how that went: First reaction: the associate looked at me like I had 2 heads and said that there's no way the nice guys at Midas measured them correctly (Midas has awesome service, by the way), so we went out to check for ourselves. Sure enough, the measurements were correct. Second reaction: the associate tried to mansplain to me that the first few 32ths will wear pretty fast but that the wear should level out now and I should experience normal tire life. (Ugh, really?) "Oh no," said I. "I am NOT okay with the current wear on the front tires." Third reaction: the associate goes to speak to a manager for about 5mins. Uponst his return, he admits that there MAY be a problem with the tires, but since I'm having my winter tires put on soon, I should wait until I've spent NEXT YEAR's season driving on said tires and we'll check the wear next fall and see if it's normal, at which point he might be able to warranty them before they reach the 2/32 wear generally required for warranty. "But make sure the nice people at Nissan (Nissan has awesome service, by the way) rotate them properly, front to back, blah, blah, blah" (this is me tuning out the further mansplaining about how tire wear works). So I make note of all the things that will be relevant (odometer, warranty details, accounting for winter tire km's, etc), and leave, doing my best to not sweat the small stuff. Final assessment: I award Fountain Tire Thunder Bay negative 3stars for brushing me off for with abnormal tire wear three times in the same visit and attempting to put off replacing the product that they know to be inferior for another 12 months. Update: Having spoken with the manager personally, we will continue on with the plan to see how the tires wear next season. It's not ideal, but he did send me an email so that I have it in writing and it can't get lost in the shuffle. Will update at the end of next season.

I came back to the Victoria location and had amazing interacting with Justin. He had a diagnostic check completed for me due to the information I provided, and his response was honest and highly professional. I was very impressed Justin stated he will review the issue with my breaks and will followup after talking to his manager Tim. Justin responded a day early and new management gave me an amazing deal to fix the issue. Tim is the new management at the Victoria location and the changes that have been made are impressive. Great customer service yeah have gained a loyal customer that will refer at all times. Thank you Justin and Tim.

Blew a tire whole driving and went to fountain tire Moose Jaw to get it fixed. Went there at 5pm and we were told it would be done at 7pm. We waited with 2 hungry tired toddlers for 2 hours until close and the truck hadn't been moved. They said it would be another hour but we couldn't wait that long and they told us to be back at 8am for them to do. In the morning it took them 3 hours to change the tires. Not happy with the service, how long it took, and the rude staff. Don't waste your time because they clearly don't care.

5-star service from the folks at this store and also with teamwork from the Okotoks store, last week. I sliced a new tire open in the bitter cold, miles from a highway - my fault. I had an unrepairable leak in my tire but they found a way to repair it! (Nail punctured the side wall) They could have made me buy a new tire but they went above and beyond, saving me a couple hundred bucks! The customer service of them helping me over the phone was incredible and they fit me in right away before the leak got so bad I couldn't drive it in. Every fountain tire I have gone to is worth 5 stars and this one is no exception! THANK YOU FOUNTAIN TIRE!

Really good service. I arrived in the morning and left my car with them for a wheel alignment. I suspected I may have a bad ball joint and sure enough, they phoned an hour or so later and told me i had a bad ball joint that would need to be replaced in order to align the front driver side wheel. They got the part in, did the repair, completed the alignment, rotated the tires and got the car back to me before the end of the day. All for less than I anticipated it would cost as well. Nicely done Fountain Tire- Thanks!

Bought tires back in October 2016. We got a flat when we are about to do some errands and we brought it to Fountain Tire to get it fixed on April 4, 2017. They said that there was a nail puncture and corrosion on the rim and that they patched the tire and it's all ok. My wife drove back home and the car was in the garage for 48 hours. On April 6, 2017, I noticed that the car was uneven and the same tire was flat again. Very much disappointed with this. I hope that they can compensate with the time and money put into it, and appointments lost when we had it fixed to begin with. My wife is now considering getting this done to a different franchise and hoping this will be fixed. Will try and contact them the next day and hoping it will be the last for this one.

My first-time experience was good; I was helped by a friendly guy at the counter who responded happily to my request to drain two litres of oil from my engine which was over-full. I wanted to add a special product to help protect the engine. The work was done as a courtesy and I was charged NOTHING! My second-time experience was very bad! Owner/manager Phillip Muise purposely deceived me by misrepresenting a tire he sold to me. I later discovered that the tire had been in storage for 12 yrs. and was very dried-out; likely unsafe for use. Phillip told me the tire was made by Kelly Springfield which was untrue. The tire was made by Star Tires in Nova Scotia. I complained to head-office about Mr. Muise's dishonesty. Ultimately, my money was refunded. Nanaimo Fountain Tire may or may-not do good work but I refuse to patronize my abuser.

The experience I had with John and his team at this Fountain Tire location was completely unparalleled. I blew a tire around Balgonie, SK, made it to a safe location at the Flying J, and called my company's tire service line a little before 2AM. They were unable to reach anyone to take the service call in Regina (which honestly blew my mind), so they reached out to Fountain Tire in Moose Jaw over an hour away from where I was broken down. John took the call, and came to replace my bad tire right away. He noticed that the cap on another trailer tire was beginning to separate, but was unable to reach my company to get approval at that time and recommended I go to the shop to get it addressed as I passed through once I got approval. I did, as I have a schedule to keep, and didn't want another blow out. His team quickly replaced that tire and another one with a fault after a more detailed inspection. John and his team were professional, friendly, courteous, and went the extra mile to ensure it was unlikely that I would encounter further issues. I sincerely appreciate John answering my service call at 2am to keep me on schedule for my delivery in Vancouver. I have blown a number of tires over the years, but I've never had tire techs as great as John and his team. I highly recommend the Fountain Tire in Moose Jaw for any big truck tire service. They will do everything they can to keep you rolling as quickly as possible!

We ran into trouble on a road trip from winnipeg to Alberta, called them from Regina and and when we arrived in Moosejaw they were ready and waiting for us! In fact they called out their mechanic out make sure he was at the shop when we arrived as to get us out and back on the road as fast as possible! I strongly recommend their shop! On my journey from Ontario to the west coast, I ran into some car trouble. I did a walk-around visual check every morning, before hitting the highway.The signal lights on my brand new cargo trailer were not working this particular morning. So I pulled into Fountain Tire before opening time. I noticed that most of the bays were full of vehicles to be serviced. As soon as the doors opened, I went in and explained my predicament, and stressed I was on a tight schedule. Well, within a very few minutes, someone was taking care of the problem. All was repaired in about ten minutes. I expressed my gratitude for the speedy service. But what impressed me the most was the camaraderie among the employees. The people there a very nice to me and have been for all my visits, however my last experience wasn't favorable. I brought my car in two days in a row, one by appointment. They didn't find time to look at it or tell me until I showed up at the end of the day. They told me in a week I might get in if I'm lucky. I took it to another shop the next day and they told me that if I had waited any longer my wheel bearing could have failed. I know this visit doest speak for every visit or person but it wasn't a great experience.

So i call there this morning at (10:53 am Saturday November 4th) And ths guy answer and i ask if they had tires for a Lexus Rx350 so the guys says whats the number info for the tires so i say i never done this before but prior to the phone call i took a picture of the sticker on the inside of the car. The guy says whats the number so i tell him after that i say im looking for a good pair of tires so i ask him how much can you quate me out the door he says 1070$ i say ok in my head. I myself knowing nothing about tires ask him if there was any less than that he replies " Yes if you are looking for a cheap chinese knock off tire then yes we do" im thinking in my head did this guy really just say that? Its just the way he came off rude from tge get go. The way he said it was extremely rude as if i was poor or somthing and so i said i had to call my brother because he knows alot about car and to check with him first, However i decide to take my business else where. Anyone going to get new tires i cannot reccomend this place for customers service. I was disguised by the person who picked up the phone and treat me like that or and human like that. You tell me!!! What if a person who did not have much money call and they were trying to buy tires for their car so that their family can feel so what safe and have someone say that to them? Theres a proper way to talk and explain it. The sales man could have said we have tires on the higher end and tires that cost less however they were not as good but explain to the customer like a human being. Anyways i took my business else where which was Big O Tires. When i called them they were so helpful and willing. I would not recommend this place. It like when you go into a store and have everything ready to pay and they treat you a way you were low or a piece of trash or somthing which makes you just want to throw the things on the ground and walk out. Not Ethical at on on your behalf shame on you. I sure hope that was not the owner who treated me like that but if it was not i will i sure hope that person gets fired. Thats is why i put the time and date so you guys can know who was working and answered the phone.

Almost 3 hours to change tires on a Chrysler 300? Unreal. Won't be going back after my car is fixed. I found it odd that they had appointments open on the first snow day of the year...maybe that's why...

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for your unbelievable courteous service . A year or so ago I purchased four tires from another Fountain Dealership. This weekend I discovered a nail in one of the tires and thus a flat. Upon contacting your Dealership about getting a repair done , the Service Advisor informed that the repair would be done at no cost to me and to simply bring in the tire, using the spare, and the tire would be repaired and then put back on the car. The technician also observed that the TPMS light was on and this was removed as well. In this day and age we seniors seldom get such service and your staff should be complimented for making my experience a good one.

My wife and I were returning to Ontario from BC. We stopped in Thunder Bay for the night. When we got up around 7am, Our Motor Home wouldn't start. We got it going and took it to Pinewood Ford in Thunder Bay but they said that they don't do Motor Homes. I asked if any of the other Ford dealers in Thunder Bay did FORD model RV's or Motor Homes. They said NO. Wow. three dealers that don't fix their own products. I tried to find a Thor dealership, but the closest one was 1288 kms away in Barrie Ontario. Now what do I do? My wife and I are in our mid 70's. WE went to Fountain Tire at 788 Central Avenue. WOW!!!! Was I ever glad we did. I was directed to a customer service rep by the name of Scott Szkaley. He told me that he would have someone take a look at it for me. That fella was a young man named Donnie. I wish I knew his last name, but he was amazing. I had had several FORD service men tell me that everything that was happening was supposed to be happening. My slide light would come on with the slightest amount of wind, which disengaged my cruise control. That and a number of other issues that they just didn't bother to check. Then along comes Donnie. He doesn't know us. We're 2500 miles away from home, what does he care? He said he'd check things for us and sure enough he found loose wires that fixed ALL of our problems. I will tell you that checking things in our motor home is not easy. Almost impossible to reach different spots. But he found them. Thank you soooo much Donnie, you too Scott. Run don't walk away. I do alot if my own work, including front end tie rod ends brakes etc etc. But when it came to a rear tire wearing down on one side of my FWD van with a solid rear axle I was stumped, I needed an alignment I could not do myself. I walked in and ended up with a quote for : 4 new tires, ( told their were 3 different brands and two were winter tires ..SO WHAT! ) A rack and pinion needed replacing, upper lower tie rod ends ball joints. End result :bill came to around 3800.00. I had bought the van safetied a few months earlier, had no rattles over bumps or fluid leaks , so I paid my 50 bucks, and drove away. I eventually fixed a few things years later ..but this cash grab was ridiculous.

My family and I were travelling through on a summer camping trip when one of our RV tires went flat. Chris, Kyle and Julian were able to accommodate us late on a Saturday afternoon. They were very friendly and very efficient. We were able to resume our trip with only a minimal delay. And the whole repair was rather inexpensive. Really appreciated their efforts that day.

I've twice had full sets of tires swapped here, and both times have had very positive experience. Most recently, I had a new set of staggered tires put on my classic car. The Owner assisted me in recommending brands and confirming fitment, and had the tires in very quick to be installed. At the shop staff were friendly, efficient, and did a a first rate job within the timeline they quoted to me (they were actually done early). Price was also very reasonable. Very pleased with my experience.

I took a tire that been punctured and had a larger hole than an usual nail puncture. They inspected the tire and repaired it. I had bought the tire at a Fountain Tire in Alberta and it came with road hazard insurance. So the repair was free. I'm pretty happy. Service was fast and friendly.

Service used at this location, tire swap (with rims). The tire swap has been completed within 1.5 hours consistently. Best time as of now is 45 minutes. Coffee and Wifi is open to customers. I've been dealing with Fountain Tire on Millar Avenue in Saskatoon for many years. I started buying tires there and then began getting my service work done as they are conveniently located to my work. I find their service great. I always get a quote and the final price reflects that quote. If they find anything else wrong they call and explain what needs to be done and why. You can either get the work done or not at your discretion. I find the rates are competitive and they stand behind their work. I've been pleased with the service work I get and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Give them a try. You may find you like dealing there.

DO NOT COME HERE for your TESLA or any luxury/sports car to get Alloygators installed. They do not know how to install them even though they claim to be Alloygator certified. The Alloygators were not installed properly and fell off light curb contact. They were supposed to add protection to my wheels but instead scratched and damaged the paint on all 4 rims. I brought a Tesla Model Y Performance, a $100K car. It was not 1 day old from delivery and they damaged all 4 brand new wheels. I'm extremely upset and devastated because it was supposed to be a damage free install following proper instructions but they did the complete opposite. They did not follow the proper Alloygator instructions (as found on their website and YouTube) and did not even prep the wheels when the sales person over the phone said they would do. I even told them to be very careful!!! They put the car on their hoist/lift that wasn't even compatible with the car and not compatible with EVs because of their different wheelbase (the front arms were too long and the metal arms coming in contact and hitting with the side-skirt). They also used a jack in the front middle potentially damaging the battery because your not supposed to put any pressure on the pack. Then continued to remove the 4 wheels (they were not supposed to do this) from the car and using their tire fitting machine clamped the HARD METAL CLAWS directly on to the wheel causing damage and chipping to the paint and exposing the bare metal underneath all 4 rims. They didn't even know the exact torque specs for the lug nuts until I Googled it for them. One tech said they were Tesla certified but the sales person said what does that mean, when I asked him if they were. It was clear from this experience they were not and lied to me. Then one of the tech started telling me BS that the paint was fresh from the factory thats why it was damaged (like I was some dumb idiot that knows nothing about paint and cars) trying to not make it seem it was their fault, but it directly was since they physically did the damage. This store ruined my entire day and I'm really upset they damaged my new expensive car that I literally took delivery yesterday. They did not charge me for their service but that made no difference at the end having the damages done already to a new car. They were not clear from the very beginning and lacked the proper equipment, precautions, and care. They don't have any knowledge about EV cars and should have asked for the manual about lifting the car from the correct jack points. If you have a beater car be my guest but, don't even risk taking your expensive car to this place. Just avoid it at all cost. I'm just devastated...

For two years I stored my tires on rims here and had them exchange them out for the summer/winter seasons. One year they told me I needed new tires, so I went to another tire reseller and they said my tires were just fine and I had many kilometres left on them. I also went to the car dealer and asked them to check my tires, they too said they were fine. Then, even though I had appointments each year to exchange my tires, they let me wait in the waiting room for over two hours. I saw that male walk-in customers got served ahead of me, again and again. The second year that this happened, I drove away with my tires to have them exchanged somewhere else. I will NEVER go there again. To top it off, I even saved over $100 by having this service (tire storage and tire-swap service) somewhere else.

I really can't believe there aren't more bad reviews for the Fountain Tire in Quesnel. My husband and I were on our way to Billy Barker Days in Quesnel on the Saturday and had major trouble with one of our trailer tires (the bearings on one of the tires was hot and making quite the noise). We had already contacted the Chemo dealership and they were going to look at it but were on the other side of Quesnel. We were basically limping our truck and travel trailer into Fountain Tire because they were the closest at that point and all we needed and required was someone to actually give us a quick look over and we would be on our way. What we received was arrogance and poor customer service from the owner himself. He wouldn't give us the time of day...workin' on bush trucks on Saturday...no help, no offer to even look and see if we could make it to the RV dealership. LAST STRAW was when I asked him genuinely if he knew of any other tire shops in Quesnel that could take us to take a quick look and he did not even try to give us any assistance BUT offered me a phone book......a phone book???..REALLY??....that is the way that you run a business....offer someone a phone book.....all I could muster was "that is fine I HAVE GOOGLE!" Needless to say after feeling a little worthless (thanks for that!) we left and just tried to get to Chemo RV but we only made it down the hill from Fountain Tire........I have to send a big shout out and I hope people read this and go to Cariboo Propane, RV Sales and Service in Quesnel because they bent over backwards for us and they really cared about our problem. Great customer service....they couldn't do the work until the Tuesday but that was fine with us because this company was so wonderful as they let us put our trailer in their compound to keep it safe so that we could be on our way to enjoy the wonderful activities at Billy Barker Days. Shame on you Fountain Tire Quesnel! Where is the person promise that is on the Quesnel website? We are totally DISGUSTED with the treatment we received! Won't ever step foot on your soil again! Brought my tacoma with factory suspension and tires here for a routine alignment and balancing. Had no issues just do it every year for tire wear and fuel economy. Whatever they did created a huge steering wheel shake at 80-110km/h. Took the truck back for a second attempt and only slightly improved the shake. Still the worst my truck has ever felt, and don't forget it was perfect before they laid a wrench on it. At this point just have to assume I lost the $250 and will seek out a shop with proper skilled mechanics or a shop with calibrated equipment. Something this fountain Tire is lacking.

When I called fountain tire expressing that I thought they forgot to fill up my coolant because my car was running extremely hot, they were very rude and accused me of lying. When giving me a quote for a new Intake Manifold the quoted it would cost $2000.00 when I got a second opinion at a different mechanic they quoted $800.00 with all taxes included. I had a wheel & tire problem and stopped by a tire shop near Main & Kingsway. The person behind the desk was unhelpful and sent me to the Volkswagen dealer ($$$$$). He didn't seem interested in helping me and almost implied that I was a bother. I called Fountain Tire, told them my issues. They said "no Problem" and offered me a few solutions. Jason was very helpful and answered my questions. He was clear and friendlly. He went out of his way to help me. Because of this, I made an appointment there. Their prices were also very competitive but not the main reason I chose them, it was because of great service. When I arrived at Fountain Tire, Jason was again helpful and freindly and everyone working there seemed happy and on the ball. I was on my way in about 35 minutes, the price was great, the service was great and I was treated like a human being. As far as I could tell, this is the best value. I may have saved a couple of bucks by going to Annacis Island wreckers but it would not have been worth my time and headache. Fountain Tire did a great job, were friendly, communicated well and were reasonablly priced. That is why I am writing this review.

I bought a set of 4 Goodyear Wrangler tires, and nothing but headaches before they were finished at 72k on them. There is an 80k warranty on them, to which I was told that the manufacturer would not honour the warranty because there is too much wear on the tire, but they would gladly sell me 2 more new ones. The tires vibrated bad since day 1. I had 1 replaced due to it being defective. Vibration continued ( zero vibration prior to replacing factory tires) even after the faulty one was replaced, and all were rebalanced. Fountain said it wasn't the tire, but likely vibration due to brakes (not sure how you could only feel this at highway speeds). Replaced all rotors and brakes, vibration continued. Returned to fountain and now paid for an alignment which lessened the vibration, with minimal correction. While doing the brake job, noticed that the inside of the rear tires was worn to the steel belt. Proceeded to purchase 2 new ones with 52k on the worn ones. 20k later, the other 2 were losing air, so I brought them in. I was told that one had slipped a belt, which should be warranty. Apparently not. After talking to others, including my mechanic father and others, the lack of life is typical of Goodyear truck tires. The only reason for the 2nd star is the lady who was attempting to help me, and said they were under warranty. She was quickly overruled and wasn't allowed to do much more. Caveat emptor.

Professional and capable! I brought my 6 year old travel trailer in for new tires and was pleasantly surprised that they were also able to help me with repacking the bearings and brake service. Even more they sucessfully executed a spring over on my RV axles in record time! Everyone was friendly and helpful and they had a competitive labour rate to boot! We had to linger an extra day to set up a new hitch for our new truck and they totally helped us out with welding brackets to our trailer A frame for no charge! Just bought a groupon/dealfind for a full car detail with them. A lot of businesses give you half the service when they know you paid half price for what you purchased, but these guys did a great job, coupled with great customer service ...I'll definitely be returning there and paying full price for a detail when I need one again (with 2 dogs and a 1 year old, that would be quite often!)

Every time we went in, they were incredibly busy and barely had time to answer questions. When we got our tires put on, we found out after a year of driving on them, that they put the front ones on backwards, causing us to hydroplane consistently. They fixed them, but never apologized for the massive safety screw-up. I love the tires that we have, now that they are properly on, but the beyond-poor customer service makes me not want to return there.

They were able to get me in same day and fix while I waited. Remove a nail from and patch a tire. Service was great. Professional and friendly. I told them I might not be able to arrive until near their closing time. They said don’t worry about it, “I’ll have a guy stay late to fix it while you wait”. I don’t expect that service on a super busy day, but the fact they offered it was a relief knowing I’d get my flat fixed that day. $40 for a patch while I waited seemed reasonable to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again.

Victor was able to get a set ordered in from Kelowna and had them installed on my vehicle 2 days after I called in. Next time I’ll skip the legwork and come straight here!

Nice facility, however the inspection report done at the end of my service was done very lazily and inaccurate. Car was marked as okay except for a scratch on the wheel however brake lights were out and brakes were metal on metal contrary to indications on the report. If you're going to offer that service my suggestion is to do it accurately or not do it at all.

100% saved my butt today. Saved me 5 hours and $600. - TPMS light was on as we left our apartment - Stopped at Chevron on Oak to check tire. Yup, worst fears confirmed. Nail in the right rear 275r18 30 series super expensive BMW runflat :| - Pulled into every shop on Marine and they were all "booked up until Tuesday" aka scared of runflats. - I pulled into Fountain Tire and crossed my fingers. - They gave me a price right away (apparently they're where the other tire shops outsource their runflat repairs to) - They pulled my car into the shop within 3 minutes, and had the tire off in 5. - Instead of $700 to replace two rear runflats (you have to replace them in pairs), we paid $102 for the repair.

I replaced my old tires 3 months ago in this shop. First of all they charged 100 bucks more because they claimed 18” wheels in the bill although mine are 17”. I had to go back to get my money. After that in 2 months all tires started to leak. Some tires more some less. Last week one of my tires started to leak a lot and I went to another shop to fix that. They replaced valve steam sensor kit for $60. Next day I went to Fountain Tire to check all other valves. They did it and said all other 3 wheels have seized old valves sensors and they can’t replace it and I have to pay around $300 for new sensors. I just said to put regular valves without sensors. They did id for $25. Why did I pay for sensor kit 3 months ago and they didn’t replace it? ( Because for 3 months it couldn’t have seized so much) and Why is it possible to replace the kit for another shop but not for Fountain Tire?

Awesome Customer Service, these place is the best. I needed to get a hole fixed in my tire so i took it in. They told me i needed a new tire because where the hole was located and they couldn't just patch it. I was short on cash at the time and said i couldn't afford a new tire. Our Rav4 needed a new front wheel bearing. I could feel a vibration at higher speeds around left corners, and although I have no mechanical training, I assumed this was most likely the issue. I took it to Nissan of Nanaimo (where I had bought it) for a free oil change, and they confirmed it was the bearing. I called around for a couple quotes, and got a better price from Metro Toyota. However, they asked that I leave the vehicle with them for a couple days so they could confirm the problem, order the part and do the repair. Otherwise, I had to buy the part that they ordered regardless of whether it was the issue. After driving the car, they called me to tell me that the vehicle had winter tires that were cupping, too noisy, and needed to be replaced before they could diagnose the problem. Cursory research confirmed that my Nokians were noisy but all-seasons tires that were perfectly suitable for my vehicle, and that a wheel bearing or suspension issue will cause cupping. At least they never charged for their time. I took it to Fountain to get a second opinion. They put quieter tires on the front to diagnose the problem, explained that the wheel bearing caused the cupping, confirmed that the tires were still in good shape, replaced the bearing with an OEM part for less than the dealership or Budget had quoted me, put my Nokians back on and rotated them for no charge, and got it all done within the day - then gave us a couple movie passes. They were friendly, professional and accommodating throughout. I will definitely be going back to Fountain.

I parked my car over night and the next day they fixed the hole in my tire and changed it from the spare.. I only waited a few minutes without an appointment, and they charged me only $30.00. Asked the guy at the counter after 1 hour, said they're almost done, then had to wait yet another hour. Appointment or not, it makes no difference. We were on our way to Ride to Conquer Cancer on August 17, with our daughter and grandson in the truck. We were pulling our fifth wheel and suddenly lost power steering and power brakes at 110 km on QE2. Made it safely to the side of the highway and started phoning for tow truck and repair shop, it was 3 p.m. Every one we called said they couldn't help until Monday. We kept phoning one shop after another until we got Kim at Fountain Tire. They were unbelievably helpful. They agreed to stay late replace the belt so we could make it to the Ride. We got the truck in about 4:50 p.m. finally and one of the parts they had was incorrect, but an employee ran over to the GM dealer in his own vehicle to get the right part before they closed at 5. We were on the road by 6 p.m. and able to participate in cheering and supporting our family's team, Doug's Storm. Thank you!

Went in to get an estimate on a trailer tire replacement, Goodyear Marthon ST205X75R15 6 ply. Was told by Lloyd that they were no longer made. Replacement tire was an Endurance for $166.00 plus installation, their best price! They were out of stock, but had 40 in Saskatoon which would take 3 days to get here. He did quote me on two other tires, a Carlisle and a Off shore at $140 and $104 respectively. I needed one tire, intially to replace a blown out one, but was looking at buying 4 to replace all the tires and bring them up to date with a reliability issue being fulfilled. I decided to shop around on line, Funny, what you can find on-line in your own back yard. I picked up FOUR- ST225X75R15 with a 10 ply rating for less than $75 each, including 1 year warranty and UV protection. I had them in my hands and new valve stems, balanced and installed ($20 extra ) in one hour, that's performance!!! NOTE: To be fair, I never gave Lloyd a chance to quote on four tires. (but he didn't offer either ). Maybe he would have given me a better price, BUT not a better tire because I have a 10 ply tire with a 2540 pound load range E now under my trailer that I can change TWICE for less than Fountain Tires quote.

If I could rate this location a zillion stars I would. Picture this: Honeymoon Day 1 road trip. The car gets a flat tire outside of neilsburg. The tire is beyond repair and is an odd ball size. I called literally every tire shop and dealership from neilsburg to Red Deer. Edna answered my prayers when she answered that phone. She had 4 tires in stock ready for my car and had me booked in at 8AM the very next day. Thank goodness the donut made it the 300km to Red Deer. The staff here are second to none. Just scheduled a Saturday appointment to have them check what was wrong with my brakes on my Ranger, along with an oil change, and ended up finding a lot more wrong (unsafe) than just brakes. BUT the guys sourced out all the parts needed to make the Ranger safe on the road, and gave it back to me within the estimated time. This is my fourth visit to them in the past 4 month (four new set of tires on two different cars, an emergency tire replacement, and this visit) and they have always met or exceeded their estimated time to complete the work. I bought a set of 4 tires here and it was probably the nicest, most chill experience at an automotive place I've ever had. The in store quote matched the online quote perfectly, no sneaky charges, and no pushing or trying to upsell. They went out of their way a bit to fit my work in on no notice and the fellow there named Gary was freakishly pleasant and sincere and treated everyone nicely in the few hours we waited for our work to be done on a Saturday morning. Their prices were slightly higher than Canadian tire by about $10 a tire on a three hundred dollar tire so nothing outrageous, I'll definitely take my business here again anytime.

Tried to swindle me into buying an unnecessary tire or didn't want to work on the tractor tire i brought in for repairs. Brought a tractor tire to this location to put in a new tube (had a hole and run flat). They said they were very backlogged and would take at least an hour to look at it. They then called me and said that the tire was wrecked and would destroy a new tube if they put one in. Said I had to buy a new one. I told them no, and I took a look at the tire myself and there was nothing wrong with it. I put a new tube into the tire myself and it holds air just fine. Either they were trying to scam me into unnecessarily buying a new tire (so that they make more cash), or they were too lazy or didn't want to deal with the stiff rubber of tractor tire (thats what I was wanting to pay them to do!). Ended up doing the work myself. Find a different place to change your agricultural tires if you can.

I’ve dealt with FT a few times here now and every time the service, knowledge and customer service were all top notch. The last time I went I was on a tight time limit so I had to leave my car overnight due to the day being all booked up. They accommodated my request extremely well, lending me a loaner car for the night until my car was ready in the morning. There’s a reason I only go here ! P.S. they also seem to have a new system of detailing comments or observations on your vehicle for issues or things to be looked at. I found it very thorough and neat to be able to see it all at a glance. Attached a picture taken by a technician as well as the attached description of the assembly as per the sent report.

I want to give a huge shout out to this location for their AMAZING service and staff! I’m a college student who found a nail in my one winter tires before I had a chance to put it on my car. I hadn’t noticed any leakage but I wanted to assure that I wasn’t going to end up with a flat in the middle of winter so I took it to Kal Tire first. Kal Tire refused to look at it to see if it needed a repair or not because it is older than 10 years old. They tried to sell me $1000 worth of tires because it would be ‘safer’ for me. I declined and called around Red Deer thinking I needed one new tire. The gentleman that I spoke to at Fountain Tire told me that I could bring it in and they will assess it for me and do any repairs necessary. They said it would hopefully be done today but if not, tomorrow for sure. I brought it in and the same gentleman went and filled my tire to check and see whether or not it would hold air once he removed the nail. It did so, for no charge, I can safely put my winter tires on my car. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOUNTAIN TIRE!

I have been going to this Fountain Tire location for a few years and I am consistently impressed with their service. As a single woman who does not know much about cars, I really appreciate how much time they take to explain everything and show me first hand (under the car) what is going on. Even for the small things they are willing to take the time and even do a test drive with me to learn more about the problem. Full transparency and laughs every visit. As for my tires, I got all season Good Years from them and felt so much safer on the road which really helped with my flat tire anxiety.
