I am very amazed by the quality of service. First of all, the staff is very friendly and they make sure that you are happy with the work. It was one of the smoothest tire installation I ever had, no drama or whatsoever. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a tire shop. Great place for tires. My new summers were $100 less than Canadian Tire. Wheels are installed and torqued by hand to the proper torque, not slammed on by an air gun so you cant loosen them. Also marked by location for appropriate rotation for tires yhat are unidirection. Great service and prices.

If I could give 10 stars I would. A friend recommended me that place and told me to ask for Billy. Spoke to him. Super super nice guy, gave me some good tips for winter driving and also a super nice deal. Wayyyy cheaper than my own car dealer and even Canadian Tire. My appointment was at 9h30, I left at 9h50. I needed just one Bridgestone Turanza tire (to pair up with my original three tires that are one season used as one of my tires was destroyed) Luckily I found the perfect match for a very good price for the tire and installation fee was not too bad. I called in during rush season and they were able to take me two days later. I was able to confirm pricing over the phone. When i got there, they took me in immediately and were extremely professional, quick and efficient. They removed my old tires and were able to put on and balance my new tires in 20 minutes. Extremely happy and would definitely recommend anyone to get their tires changed here

They stole my spare rims! When I got my car from the dealer, it threw in a set of winter tires on rims. Nice perk as it made the changes take <10 minutes. However, I stored them at Montreal Tire for a year due to COVID, and I forgot to call in, so they put them into deep storage... no problem there and it was my fault. Yet when I just called to change back to summer, they couldn't find my file per my name, or my phone number. Good thing I saved the last invoice or I'd probably be out the tires now too. Then they said it was only tires in their system, and no rims in their 'records', so I'm out a pair of rims. Reminded me that when I changed to winter with them, they pushed hard for me to pay in cash, and didn't want to give me a receipt. I had to insist, and good thing I did. I strongly recommend you don't go to this place, or if you do, take pictures of your tires, get receipts, and watch out!
