Blatantly unapologetic horrible workmanship with ridiculous excuses and delays. I brought some mildly bent wheels here for them to be repaired, expecting a quick fix. I was told that it would have taken a week (acceptable), yet after a few checkups via phone I got the runaround several times by different people. Annoyed, I called back over the span of 2 more weeks asking to see when this could be taken care of and was repeatedly brushed off. Understandable if its a busy time of year, but customer service could be improved. More importantly, after week 3 I went back after calling about 5 times and was met with a very confused staff. It took 20 minutes (with me assisting) to help find my wheels, after this search was done, I was horrified to see my wheel lips were smashed into place and left with ugly dents by the tooling... I mentioned that this was not right and it had looked like my aluminum forged wheels were not even heated prior, to which they admitted. Now, my wheels WERE smashed back into shape making them semi functional again, but is that an acceptable outcome? I don't think so. Especially since now they are worse than ever and will need truing by a proper wheel shop. To make matters worse, I was then given an excuse of this being "normal" and was proposed with an extra fee for these new dents to be removed. This is insane and borderline fraudulent. Please avoid this shop at all costs. Pictures to come.

I have a brand new BMW M850i 2020 so when I damaged my 2 front mags in huge pot holes I was so scared to take it to any random garage. I asked the dealer how much is it gonna cost to fix them. I have never left a negative review for any business but this one deserves it! I left 1 mag to get repaired last saturday and they told me by tuesday it will be done. Called on thursday and it was still not done and the person told me by friday 12 it will be ready. Inexperienced,misleading and unprofessional so called wheel shop If anyone is looking to get work done on your wheels I’d highly NOT recommend this shop at all After sending my wheels to get fixed cause I had a 19” wheel that had a bend due to a pothole , they told me it would take a week to get fixed , assuming they were busy with work A week passed and I didn’t get any news regarding my wheel , so on the second week I decided to call to see what is happening with my wheel I get informed that my wheel is ready and that I can come pick it up Arriving at the shop , I was told that they were looking for my wheel , I waited 45 minutes ! And then I was told rudely by a confused worker that my wheel was NOT ready and that I shouldn’t “rush” them with my early presence, I calmly explained that an employee that I was informed by the phone that my wheel was ready and he denied anything I said and yet again RUDELY demanded me to leave and that they will call me back in a week , this was the first time I’ve ever been treated in such a matter by supposedly a respected local wheel shop A couple a weeks past and still no call back from the shop I go to the shop again demanding for my wheel to find out they did not do any work to my wheel at all , they wanted more “time” after the time they actually had being on stand by and being mistreated as a client aswell ,after demanding for my wheel back I had to argue to get it out of there hands This is one of the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever had business with
