De la leurs propositions de l’achat de TPMS universelle pour cloner mes TPMS originaux. On mas dit que juste rouler avec que mon véhicule va les apprendre. Pourtant je savais très bien que mon véhicule fonctionne pas de cette façon... et je leurs est répété... j’ai fini par me dire « bon c’est eux les experts, j’ai du en manquer un boutte ». Finalement a peine sorti du stationnement, le sapin de Noël allume erreur TPMS. J’ai pas pu retourner immédiatement car c’était l’heure de fermeture. Bref j’ai subit les cloches et les warning toute l’hiver par manque de temps pour y retourner. Au printemps dernier, j’ai fait l’achat de pneus d’été pour remplacer mes pneus sur mes roues originales. J’ai profité de l’occasion pour demander par le même occasion de procéder aux véritables clonages de mes TPMS. Bref je n’est pas pu vérifier son fonctionnement vu que mon véhicule était maintenant muni de ses roues d’été. Entre temps, je suis parti en road trip, mon véhicule n’avait que rouler 400km environ avec mes pneus neuf avant mon départ . Une fois rendu dans Charlevoix, j’ai commencé à entendre un bruit. Après vérifications, je me rends compte que j’ai perdu une noix de roue et les autres était lousse...une roue sur les 4 était pas serré. j’ai dû trouver un garage en catastrophe pour remplacer la noix qu’il me manquait. Là maintenant, la neige arrive, j’installe mes roues d’hiver, je roule et ho! Surprise! Les TPMS ne fonctionne toujours pas. Et la je ne parlerai pas de mon véhicule de travail qui encore une fois des mauvaises programmations de TPMS a chaques changement de pneus . Bref jy retourne dès que possible pour qu’il me regle ca une bonne fois pour toute et je retourne plus a cette endroit pour mon véhicule personnel. Je perd du temps de travail pour leurs manque de rigueur et ce qui me trouble c’est que des le moment ou on parle d’une problématique, a la place de prendre en notes les points apportés, ils tombe en mode défensive immédiatement sans même que on ai fini de parler.

Une fois le véhicule sorti du garage, j'ai attendu que l'on m'appelle pour au moins 15-20 minutes afin de voir combien de temps ça prendrait pour me faire appeler et si on allait me charger 5 minutes de temps mécanicien. On ne m'a juste pas appelé et quand je suis entré 15-20 minutes après la fin du temps mécanicien en disant que la job était finie depuis longtemps, la dame au comptoir et le mécanicien se sont mis à l'écart et dos à moi en chuchotant pendant 4 minutes minimum. C'est mon véhicule, et c'est ma transaction. Je devrais être au courant de tout ce qui se dit et personne devrait chuchoter direct devant moi. Évidemment, la facture n'avait pas encore été imprimée mais les clés étaient déjà rendues derrière le comptoir. Le mécanicien est donc passé au comptoir pour remettre les clés mais rien n'avait été fait pour finaliser la transaction, le temps s'écoulait encore. Au final, on m'a chargé 15 ou 20 minutes (je n'ai plus la facture) de temps mécanicien donc le triple ou le quadruple du temps réel que j'ai observé dans le parking. Peut-être que ça aurait été encore plus élevé si je n'étais pas intervenu. Voyez-le comme vous voulez, moi j'y retourne plus jamais.

Jy suis retourné le le demain car il y avait un frotement étrange au niveau dun des pneu... le respondable ma dit que le problème venait de mes freins qui était fini et que cetait pas eux les responsables(mon auto avait meme pas 6 mois d'usure et meme pas 3000 km)... résultat ils avaient tordue ma tôle derrière un pneu ca pris 2 secondes a redresse a la main.... sérieusement j'adore me faire prendre pour une ignorante...
