Watch out for your safety!!!! I went back there to change my summer tires and I trust they do the job. I was heading back home and I didn't go anywhere else. When I stop at my house because I sense vibration on my stering wheel. I found out that 3 out of 4 wheels, all bolts were losen. I may say 1 is a mistake but 3 DEFINETELY NOT. I paid for the service I even left a tip but not going there never again. Even 1 of my summer tire has like a stab with a knife in 1 side.

The next day I drive the car for barely 10 minutes at low speed and the car starts to shake, I lose control. I go out at the nearest exit (highway) the tire is completely destroyed. I go to another garage nearby and they tell me the tire looked good on the outside but had rubber dust on the inside and that is very dangerous! They change the tire for me for $ 60. I'm going back to the MAS Tire Center, it's Sunday, they are closed! I'm so disappointed and can't believe they did this knowing that I am driving with a baby! Really disappointed! Je demande pourquoi est-ce qu’ils ne l’avait pas dit? Ils me dit qu’ils l’ont su seulement au courant du changement. Ils m’ont chargé 160$. Le lendemain je roule l’auto a peine 10 min a basse vitesse et l’auto commence a trembler, je perds de contrôle. Je sors a la sortie la plus proche (autoroute) le pneu est complètement détruit. Je me rends a un autre garage pas loin et ils me disent que le pneu etait beau de l’exterieur mais qu’il avait de la poussière de caoutchouc a l’intérieur et que c’est tres dangereux! Ils me change le pneu pour 60$. Je retourne au Centre de pneu MAS, on est dimanche, ils sont fermés! Je suis vraiment déçu et je n’arrive pas a croire qu’ils ont fait ca sachant que je conduis avec un bébé! Vraiment déçue!

Not recommended at all. Very rude. Terrible communication. They try to sell you the cheap brand that they have in wearhouse and they weren't able to sell them and if you don't accept they get mad. I called to get the price for different tiers brands, somebody who was not able to speak French properly responded me and said we have X brand which is special. I asked for Michelin, he started to rumbling something (in his language) and then " we don't have " . I asked for Bridgstone , he said " Tabarnk" and hung up. Last year my husband changed his tires there, they used bigger size just because they wanted to sell those tires. When we asked why you didn't inform us before changing them, they said " this size is fine and you won't have any problems " right after getting out from there we realized not being able to turn the wheel properly and few days later paying for an other sets of tires in Canadian tires.
