Friendly staff, good price, fairly quick, overall rather good. They did only fill the tires to 38 rather then the 44 listed on the door so the tire light was on, but I went home and just pumped them up so not that much of an issue.

I had a flat tire and they replaced the valve stem on it for free. They even installed the wheel back on my car on the spot because a spare wheel can hurt your transmission and they weren’t very busy. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

Very courteous reception after making a telephone booking. The puncture in my tire was quickly identified and repaired. I was surprised at the very reasonable cost - much less than at my main Nissan dealership. Second visit to change to my winter tires. Hardly any waiting - in and out in about thirty minutes and the cheapest I have ever paid. Can thoroughly recommend them.

I showed up at Lutes Mountain Tire with a tire that had a nail in it yesterday. I told both the receptionist AND the mechanic directly not to torque my alloy wheel's nuts past 89 ft/lbs. The receptionist assured me that they are very careful about over torquing there! Cool. Fast forward to today and I try to take that wheel off for unrelated work... It's not coming off at all! Even with an impact gun and a breaker bar! I took my torque wrench to it, and it's reading 110+ ft/lbs. I'm scared to test any higher... I'll be giving them a call on Monday once they're open. IF they resolve this, I'll update my review. EDIT: I did return to have the wheel removed and torqued properly. I was greeted by the arrogant owner of the shop who denied any wrongdoing by his guys, wouldn't apologize, and made me torque my own wheel. Turns out they use air guns to "torque" wheels within a certain range there. I'd stay away, that's bad practice from a tire shop.

Went in there in need of a tire replacement on one instance and they hurried me up and got me back on the road quickly. Other time was to replace 4 rear tires on a box truck and he knew exactly what to order when I told him my needs and that the trucks traveled a lot on the highway in snow. Great price, included tax and install. I like knowing exactly what I'm going to get and how much it's going to be and they were perfect with that. Will go back with other trucks.

We were passing through Moncton on a Friday afternoon in late June 2019, and got a nail in the sidewall of one of our camper tires. We pulled into Canadian tire and they flat out refused to help us, saying they didn't work on trailers. Really??? We called Lutes Mountain Tire and they said "come right in". We were 5 minutes away and pulled in and they were ready for us. In examining the puncture, we decided to replace the tire due to the puncture location. By the time I went inside and paid and came out, the tech had the new tire mounted and was installing my TPMS monitoring valve cap. We were driving out the driveway with our new tire 21 minutes after my initial call (including being 5 minutes away when I called!!!) and we were able to continue on our way to N. Sydney, NS in no time to catch the ferry to Newfoundland. Lutes Mountain Tire saved the day. Friendly courteous service and lightning fast. Many thanks to the guys at Lute's Mountain Tire in Moncton! I highly recommend these folks!

I called Lutes tire after the first snow storm of the year to have my winter tires put on (I know I know I shouldn't have waited), anyways, they didn't really have any openings but because my winter tires were on rims they said he would fit me in and did so within an hour of my call!. Showed up and received excellent customer care was in and our within 30 mins of my appointment. Honorable and respectable family owned type business AND very reasonably priced! HIGHLY recommended, 5 star service and I will definitely be booking here for my future tire needs!.

Ordered new tires through this company the day of my appointment I had my vehicle towed from another ship to this one. When the vehicle arrived I was informed they would not cover the tow and add it to my bill. I had to waste my time and drive to the shop to pay the $60 tow charge. Will not be returning to this ship
