I had a pretty big leak in my tire so I called them and they were able to fit me in between apt and were very nice about it. They helped me with a smile and were able to fix the issue for a very low cost. I am a very happy customer!!! Thank you so so much :)!!

Good tires, but they only carry top brands, and no basic brands. If they don't stock your size have them call the wholesaler to verify availabilty, or you will have a quote for something they can't or won't get, I was looking for Lt 245 70 r17 108 load range C

Made an appointment online and scheduled a tire change and oil change. The oil change wasn't done. Apparently you have to let them know what you scheduled to be done. No a great system.

Worst, horrible, inappropriate and unacceptable service. They are keep rescheduling my appointment and not fixing my tyres even i was on time and saying they don’t have person available.

Last winter my wife hit a pothole and dented the rim on her way to work, she stopped into Costco to get something and noticed her tire was flat when she came out. The tire centre manager Corey was quick to discuss options on the phone and in the end was able to salvage the rim and tire for us. He went above and beyond to accomodate and squeeze it in. Will return this fall for a new set of winter tires because of him.

A big shoutout to Aleksa (I think I spelt his name wrong but it sounds like Alexa) who works in the tire center. Ask for him if you are there for tire needs. He patiently explained us everything about the winter tires and was not at all pushy. It's only because of him that we ordered tires and wheels from Costco. Such employees deserve recognition and appreciation. Keep it up!

I find it a huge inconvenience having to go to Costco to make an appointment at the tire center. Unfortunately, it's rare that anyone ever picks up the phone when I try to call to make an appointment.

Great service, timely and prices are extremely good. Dealers will match tire prices everywhere that is not named Costco. That says alot. Professional throughout the process. Gets very busy during tire change months so book well in advance.

My favorite grocery store Costco relocated from St Catherine to Niagara Falls offers ample parking lots. A gas station and nearby shops added great convenience making shopping complete. As seen in many Costco outlets, staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Merchandise is well stocked, fresh and competitive priced. The money saved in gas and groceries on top of time saving out bit the cost of membership! I have been a member for a long long time and never regretted it.

Quick service, i was able to make an appointment for the the next day for an 8-tire-4-wheels tire swap , the estimated time was " about an hour", they actually did it in 40 minutes !???? And the wheels feel perfectly balanced.

Fantastic crew there! Consideration is great! Questions? They answer them... timely! I couldn't get over the efficiency! Under 30 mins my 22 inch tires were back on the truck???? Ordered my tires on my app shipped to store set an appt and they take care of the rest ???????? the whole store/pharmacy and i cant forget the gas station attendants have all great staff!

Guys at the desk were awesome. But the process for picking up your car was a mess. People waiting to pick up their cars while others were buying tires which took a long time (understandingly). Took over 2 1/2 hours to get my car after dropping it off and told it would take 45 minutes. Again, the guys at the desk were great but the process for dropping off and picking car up. Not so great. Plus waiting around Costco for an extra 2 hours was not the most fun. Won’t be getting my tires installed here again unfortunately.
