Went there for a new set of tires, as expected the service was great from the front desk to the tire mechanics. Initially the tires were installed but upon driving it on the road I came to notice a slight vibration indicating that the tires were not on its optimal spot. I gave them a call and was told to come back to the shop within 2 hours. The problem was then solved, great experience from Tires23. Huge thanks again to the team and to Leo who mainly worked on my car.

Worst service i have ever experienced. I took my car to this shop for the roadforce balancing. They gave me the appointment for 5 pm, till 5,45 my car was still in the parking lot. They made me leave my work early and wAit for 1 hour. What a waste of time

Brought the brand new set of winter tire and rims through theit winter tire package. Price was very competitive for new set. Three months later had tire punctured in one of the tire so went back there since tire was purchased from there. They charged $60 for tire patch where you can get it done $25-30 elsewhere. Even for plug they were asking $20. Asked if the patch comes with any warranti they said no. Tire repair charges are way overpriced. Also they only take debit or cash for the labour charges no credit card accepted.

USED TO BE a good place...not anymore. This place was my to go place for tires and I have purchased numerous sets of tires/rims and switchover. Because they have so many return clienteles, they started to get greedy. Used to be $20 for switchover then $25. Last season I paid $30 and $35 for SUV. This fall, it went up again for $35 (Sedan) and $40 for SUV. You can jack up the price every season.

The prices are the best around and the service is great too. I do have to make a comment towards Louise Vrebosch, as you say: "I specifically asked over and over again for good all season tires that would get me through the winter in CANADA" Then complain about the tires that YOU requested. Then go to another shop and request winter tires. Why didn't you request winter tires in the first place??? And they don't freeze at -7....they freeze at +7.

Was really happy to come across these guys. I represent a large company and I have had to call around to numerous stores for pricing on tires. We need a great variety of tires for a multitude of vehicles, and no matter how aggressive or non-aggressive the tires were these guys came in at a substantial amount cheaper then any competition they have out there. They're installed dates are great, friendly staff, and incredible showroom. Everything is clean, invoices are easy to read and they go to their way to find the selection that you need. We will continue to bring her company's business to them and recommend them to everybody we come across. The savings alone are worth the drive out there guaranteed.

After experiencing a flat tire, I thought for sure I needed a new tire. Instead, Mike was able to inspect and repair the tire, saving the tire and my money. Have dealt with this establishment for the last 6 years with over four sets of tires purchased. Prices are very competitive and they have a variety of brands available to order. Have ordered Bridgestone, Michelin, Pirelli and Federal brands in the past and have been satisfied so far. They have a large waiting area with free wifi, which is helpful to get work done. They are very busy, so if you don't have an appointment be ready to wait.

Purchased winter tires 2 years ago , now they are vibrating. I paid today to have them re balanced which helped a bit. Then I noticed they left the old wheel weight on front tire and added new weights. Poor workmanship When I called they apologized but no compensation was offered and they didn’t offer to rectify it. If they can’t handle steel wheels twice imagine aluminum sport wheels. Never again.

I'm writing this to highlight the excellent service I received from Ben and the team. Ben went above and beyond for me when I was in a pickle with what ended up being a drill bit stuck in my runflat tire (side note: runflats are the biggest headache). I almost had him order a new set of tires for me but he suggested I check with my lease provider first. He was right and I'm glad I did. He saved me a thousand bucks just by being honest. We also got our winter wheels and tires for our other car for a fabulous price through them. The service is what makes these guys awesome though, so thanks!

I found Tires 23 based on a friend's recommendation, and I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I needed to change 4 all-seasons on my VW Tiguan, where one wheel was on a spare (got a flat and all 4 needed to be replaced anyways). The team there is friendly, I was in and out within an hour, and the price the gave me was better than anyone else, whether it was another local tire shop or bigger retailer like Costco or Canadian Tire. Moreover, they put the spare tire back in it's proper spot, where other shops I have went to previously just left it in the trunk or back seat. The only issue I can see someone having is that depending on your tire size they might have to order them in, but when I bought my Winter's from a VW dealership during a promotion they had they still had to order them and the wait time of 1 day was the same.

Since then I have been coming back numerous times. I used to compare prices with other shops, but now I don't bother because Tires 23 does not joke around when it comes to pricing. And the email communication is another plus for me because I can see every detail up front without worried about writing down notes on a fast pace phone call. You'll find good products & service at Tires23 - I take all my cars there for new tires and taking care of issues like flat or leaky tires - this tire shop is worth a try, whether you're new to the Greater Toronto Area, or simply dissatisfied with wherever you've been going. As of this writing, there is only one 1-star rating from a "Louise" who clearly knows so little about tires & cars, you wonder if it's even safe for her to be getting behind the wheel; what else doesn't she know about driving and road safety? Tires23 has all kinds of tires, and I believe that it's reasonable to expect a driver to know the difference between "all weather" and "all season" tires, especially if their life depended on it! For me, it's worth the drive to Tires23 from Liberty Village in downtown Toronto, because the prices are competitive and their reputation is among the highest.

I had recently put on a rim and tire package from tires23, shaz helped me and Ben was very informative. Their recommendation was extreme contact DWS to suit my asking of all season tires for winter driving. The install took 45mins and the past 2 weeks I've been glad with the installation and products. Additionally: about half a year ago, one of my friend got a nail into the sidewall of his rft. We went to tires23 and billy pulled it out in the parking lot for free. (Whereas the mini dealer wanted to sell him a whole new set for $1200)That was the first time I did anything at tires23 and that got me convinced they are the right place to go to.

Not recommended. Came in to have my winter tires put on, and one of the four lug studs on my front-passenger snapped off later on. More than one outside garage advised me that one of the Tires23 employees cross-threaded the lug nut, damaging it and later causing it to snap off. I called Tires23, and they flat out refused to take responsibility. One of their employees claimed "it's impossible to cross-thread a lug nut", which is the biggest load of nonsense I've ever heard. Poor workmanship is one thing, but endangering your customers and refusing to fix a problem you caused is unacceptable. I read these great reviews and risked it by giving them a chance, but I will NOT be returning to Tires23 ever again after this experience.

fabulous service. Called for specific tires for my BMW and they ordered and installed on same day! Fast and dependable service. Also the price I got was lower than anywhere else I got quoted for by about 15-20% and nearly 50% lower than the cost of dealership service for same tires! They also have free wifi and comfortable waiting lobby with couches.

I bought 4 new all season tires from tires 23, they installed them after 2 weeks I notices un even wear and tear so I thought I needed a wheel alignment, I went to my mechanic and did an alignment test everything was fine except that air pressure was way wrong, it's supposed to be 32 psi but I had 43 and 41 for the front tires and 30 and 39 for the back ones. So I went back for tire 23 to explain what happened but they said their machine is preconfigured to stop at 32 and it's somehow it's my fault.. I'm very disappointed at the level of service and lack of safety measures. I will not buy from there again.

It is a rip off. They say TPSM reset costs $50 everytime whereas Costco does it for free with seasonal tire change (8x8) The price of tire and wheel offered is not competitive as well. Stay away and take your business somewhere else.

I had a vibration coming from my wheels and tires since I purchased them last season. I had two different shops do balancing for me and neither could sort out the issue. I called up Terry @ Tires 23 and explained the situation. They have a road force balancer which performs balancing completely differently. Long story short, I've not had any vibrations since. Fantastic job.

Excellent.i ent by again today for patch, possibly the least costly thing you can do at a tire shop. In the end they did not charge me as the plug I put myself held. Even for taking their time to unmount etc they just sent me on my way and said it should be ok don't spend more than you need to. 10 yrs I've been going and will continue to.

The best way to get service at this place is to go in and to speak to the sales person they will be able to show you the tires that you want and describe to you what you will be getting for the price. In regards to phoning in for an appointment or trying to get answers over the phone don’t bother it’s much better going in in person they are way too busy to be answering the phone to book appointments or answer questions. In regards to emailing this is an excellent way of communication to determining which tires you want and the price of the tires. It will help you make your decision prior to going in to finalize it.

Buyers beware, always check your tires after installation or simply avoid this shop. As a tire shop, they installed my tires in the wrong direction for a directional tire. I did not expect this coming from a TIRE shop that I thought they were reputable and knowledgable in the main product they sell. My winter tires were purchased brand new from tires23 on Monday, November 11, 2015, and I did not realize the installation was wrong until I got home. After notifying them on the phone, all I got from them was some poor attitude stating "There is nothing they can do" and they expect me to take another day off work to go back for reinstallation, while putting on another 50 km on my brand new tires running in the wrong direction. In the end, I did take it back for reinstallation and I wasn't even asking for compensation for the error they made. Perhaps a sincere apology would have settled some of my frustration for wasting my time and problem they caused. But instead, the apology came in an unwilling and "take it for granted" tone, while suggesting "Everyone makes mistake" really upsets me even more. As a customer that rely on your expertises in the work you do, and telling me your mistake is not a big deal? At that point, I am sure they don't care about the work they do, and even less about the customer. I would suggest future buyers to spend your money elsewhere when the competitors offer similar prices with better services.

These guys had the best price out of everyone I called in Brampton and Mississauga for a specific set of Continental tires. It was easy to either email or call in and get a price, and easy to book an appointment for install. Terry was a bit rushed on the phone trying to get rid of me quickly, but understandably as I'm sure they're very busy in the summer. Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in-store and the guys worked quick and carefully on my car which isn't anything special. I reviewed the dash cam footage on my car of them driving it and working on it and they were very professional and efficient! 5/5, I will come back again for my next sets of tires for sure!

I decided to try out this shop since my regular tire shop was in the east end. I got a quote online and then phoned in and made an appointment to purchase and install new tires. My appointment was at 11am on a Tuesday to reduce any wait time. They took a 25% deposit when I made the appointment. I arrived 2 mins early and dropped off the keys at the front desk. They have a comfortable lounge with free WiFi but I didn't use it so can't comment on the speed. I was told it would take an hour to get the tires changed. Brought my Audi Q5 in got new set of winter tires intallins and didn't balance well .It was vibrating when I drove over 100 km/h or even at 70km range as well.. At first I was impressed by their low prices. I specifically asked over and over again for good all season tires that would get me through the winter in CANADA, and advised them that I drive North often. I was assured that the tires I bought would get me through several winters. Three months after buying the tires and one month into winter on my "All Season" tires, I just about died driving to Parry Sound. My friends (a cop and a mechanic) took one look at my tires and said I was stupid for driving around on the tires, saying they froze solid at -7. I contacted Tires 23 to let them know and they basically disclaimed all responsibility. Claiming that they are marketed as "All Seasons", so it's not their fault if they aren't actually "All Canadian Seasons". Horrible customer service, shady salesmanship. Never going back there. I ended up buying new tires from Tire World in Brampton and was sold awesome winter tires for less than the worthless rubber ice cubes from Tires 23. Drove up north several times this past winter without any problems. Tires 23 should be ashamed.

Horrible service, I purchased their tire package and booked for winter tire installation services weeks in advance. The day I go for service they said The rim I hand picked is out and I have to take the option they give me, it’s not something I’d pay for, I ask them how do I know if it’s the same price, they said they make the price and tell me it is the same(how do I know if you just jack up the price for me?). I told them I’m not satisfied with this when I’m paying close to 2k when I can’t even have my choice of rim, and they said what would I like them to do they will do, at this point if I book somewhere else, it will take a month for an appointment and I would run the danger of driving without winter tires. I suggested how about a discount, they come up with 50$. At this point I know I just got scammed. And I must take it as it is. When I’m paying 1.8k for something I’d like to get it right, unfortunately that’s not what they think.

Years ago I frequent ended tires 23 often. Myself and many friends went there for autocross tires. For a while it seemed like I was there every week or two. I haven't been there in years and found myself in need of tires for a Dodge Caravan recently. I called them up and the same friendly staff are still there. This is one of those places where you have the rare combination of good price, good service, and good product. Usually you have to pick any two of those. This location is also excellent because there are three cool electronic stores in the neighboring Plaza. A great way to pass the time while waiting for your tires to be changed. Also in that neighboring Plaza is a Greek takeout restaurant, I had lunch there today and it was tasty filling and about 10 bucks.

I am actually reviewing service that I did not get. Reviewers here are raving about calling them for their amazing prices etc. Well I tried calling them 10+ times and no one picked up the phone. I called on 2 separate days in case you were wondering. No worries I said, they must busy. I will complete and send them the customer contact information form on their website. I filled in my contact information along with the brand, size and exact tires that I am looking to buy. I already did my research. It has been over a week and I get nothing. ...not a response...not even a peep. The silence is deafening. It is telling me to go elsewhere. I am happy that their business is going well. I tried to support a local operation. I really did. But I will just go to Costco which was my first instinct. They get an epic "F" grade here.

Updated as of Aug'20 - I've bought two sets of tires from these guys. Nothing to complain about as you can get the tires you want at great prices. I had a mishap with my purchase where I noticed after driving off that the tires installed were different from what I wanted. It was probably a bit of an error on both our parts but I think it is commendable that they took ownership of the issue and swapped me to the correct tires without any fuss, and very quickly. That was very much appreciated. Will definitely continue recommending them and going back to them in the future when I need to buy more tires!

I have used Tires 23 several times now and like how well they are organized and their reasonable prices. One hiccup I have however experienced today. I have ordered in advance winter tires on black steel rims a month in advance, scheduled time for the swap and pre-paid a deposit. Today I have arrived only to learn that the black rims were not available, just silver. For me it was not a huge disappointment, however it shows less discipline that they had before. Also for some other more people, who are particular about their car exterior, this could be a bigger disappointment.

I've used tires23 several times over the years and have had very good service on almost all occasions. Their pricing is very competitive and they run group buys with many local car clubs which is always a nice plus. The location is convenient and they are open til 7pm on weekdays. I usually drop my car off during the day and just pick it up after work. I docked them 1 star because of a vibration issue I experienced with my last set of tires which another shop diagnosed as bent wheels (they were used.) Wished that they had caught that problem when they were installing my tires. Otherwise they have been a very good source for wheels and tires in Mississauga.

I agree with the other reviews below, this place used to be good but their service has gone down the toilet. They couldn't balance my wheels properly, broke one of my wheel sensors and had me paying for a new TPMS. ALSO when they called me into the work area of the shop I saw an employee kicking another customer's tire repeatedly (while on the car, raised on a lift), not sure what they were trying to achieve but I'm glad I didn't see them doing it on my car. Me and my whole family were going to this place for years. They ruined my tire during an install, told me it could have been ruined from before. I told them if I was a faulty tire it shouldn't have been put on in the first place. Went in on a Saturday with a 2pm appointment they warned me that the garage door broke and it had just been fixed and as a result they more than an hour behind. I sat down used the wifi for a bit and within 45 minutes my car with brand new winter tires was ready!! They are quick and efficient! With the best prices!

Great price on tires, they're very busy because of this. I purchased good quality tires for about $200 less than what everyone else wanted. The stock was fresh and not tires made years ago. The only reason I left such little stars was because I'm certain they dented my front fender during install, unfortunately I have no way of proving it so I didn't bring it up but a word to the wise go over your car before and after install.

Heard great things about this tire shop from local car enthusiast. Brought my RSX to get tires mounted on the OEM wheel. The tire weren't balance properly and were way off. Had to bring it to my friend mechanic shop to get it re-balance. he was also surprised that Tires23 Didn't do a proper balancing; considering their reputation. the steering wheel vibration almost gone on the highway now.

These guys are wizards with pricing and tire services. My go to shop for brand name tires and they are consistently cheaper than bigger stores even on sale. Strongly recommend getting new tires road force balanced by them the first time. Word of advice to a tire shopper: get everything done by them (i.e. purchase tires, mount, install and balance) as it falls cheaper than buying tires externally and having them do the rest.

Before you step foot in this store you better do your homework.... The sales team aren't helpful at all they act as if your not purchasing anything. Theres bunch of rims in the showroom but no info what they selling and the sales aren't even offering opinions or trying to sell you something. Also they don't even know the prices which they had to go back and forth to the desk. I only bought it cause it's near my home and the price is good.

I have been going to Tires 23 for 9 years now. I store and get winter tires switched annually. And also have bought really good winter ( Michelin Xice 3 and Blizzak) and all season tires for my previous and existing car. So satisfied with their service. In addition, extremely impressed with their service even during the COVID19 pandemic times. They are fast to respond to emails, voicemails and the team is extremely professional. Highly recommend them. Also very high quality workmanship + service + clean place.

Bought a $1200 set of tires, two of them had holes within a month (not saying this is their fault).. stopped by to see if they could help in any way and was told that I'm SOL and have to either buy a new set or pay to patch it. Not even a $5 discount or anything, didn't seem to care. Passed by another tire shop and they warrantied one of them and got me a new tire despite me having purchased it elsewhere. Day and night difference in service.

I originally went to Costco to get my winter tires put on as their rates were cheaper, especially when taking into account that I didn't have a separate set of rims for my winter tires. However, after never being able to actually reach the tire department, never having my calls returned and being told I would have to wait 2.5 months to get my all seasons put back on, I decided to look elsewhere. Tires23 charged the same rate costco did, but with much better service. Booking an appointment was easy, and I was able to get an appointment very quickly considering how busy most places were. I arrived at my appointment early and everything was on schedule. Would def recommend!

Replaced 4 tires and rims 2 years ago. Within one year, one rim was cracked. shop said there is no warranty on the rim due to crack. ok, ordered a new rim and replaced it.This year, found another tire had leaking problem.went to the store and they said the 2 years old tire is bad and need be replaced. replaced the so called bad tire and was told everything is good now. went home and the next morning found out the newly installed tire is totally deflated. went to the store and was told the rim was c this time. when asked why they did not find the rim problem at the first place, and they don't have a answer. now i am wondering whether it is the old tire cause the leaking. overall, very disappointed with the service.

Iv been coming here for the past 3 season and the service always flucuates .As soon as you walk-in try to avoid Ben, He was straight up rude from the moment I stepped foot into the place. Came in thinking I might need a run-flat replacement for my BMW 5 series. low tire pressure light indication was on leading me to nearest tires shop. He was not willing to help me as I was debating on either doing a plug or replacement. The prices we're reasonable but when choosing which run-flat was best suited for my car, Ben was no help and didn't seem to care. Workers in the back Simon and Leo where nice enough to help me understand why a plug is not good for run-flat and went ahead with purchasing new tire from them. Place is a hit or miss . My last swap over was much better experience.

I bought new tires for my new rims and had trouble with the balance. They offered to road force balance for 100 bucks more and that still didnt help. They said my rims were warped and tried to sell me new rims. On top of that the 'technician' took my car out for a test drive without my permission and redlined it up and down the street. When i got on the highway my engine light came on briefly which means it was overrevving while cold. I only had to wait three hours for this crappy service. Thye wouldnt take an appointment, they told me first come first serve. I will not be going back again.

Good price and service. I had three sets of tires changed here and no complaints. One thing to keep in mind is the wait times. If there are a few people in the waiting area expect to be there for 30-60 mins. If there are more than 5 people already in the waiting area it could be 1-2 hrs before your car is ready. Showing up early for your appointment won't make a difference. Otherwise it's a good place.

Great staff…I had an issue with the key for my lock nuts being totally stripped. The staff at tires 23 directed me to the right place to get them removed safely, rescheduled my appointment and when I came back, they were super polite and efficient. Horrible customer service! We got our winter tires there 2 weeks ago and had Tires23 install for us. Ever since Toronto hit the big snow, our car has been slipping big time. I mean we can't even hit a slight brake, have to drive less than 15km/hour. Last winter we had 4 season tires on, driving on snow/ice was better than the brand new winter tires we have. When I called in about the problem, the guy said there's nothing we can do. All cars slip badly in this weather. He didn't even offer to invite us to the shop for a check. Very careless attitude. We are considering to file a customer complaint.

These losers damaged my rims twice in 2 years, using what seems like a crowbar to get the tires off my precious rims. Multiple scratches and dings all around the circumference of all four rims while trying to pry off the rubber from the rim like the animals that they are! Tires23... an excellent example of what is wrong with modern day society and the "good enough" attitude so many possess. I hear SimplyTire on Toro Rd are really good and I almost went there first, I wish I had. Thats my next tire stop.
