It's tough to find a good shop, but this is one of them. It's clean and welcoming. The staff are professional. More importantly to me is the impeccable workmanship. Things are done right and details are not overlooked. I'm one of those people that peek into to work area while my car is being worked on, then give a close up after taking the car back... I've always been impressed with the jobs. Prices were very good and a deal for the quality of the service I received.

I was referred to Premium Tire & Auto Centre by a very trusted source for anything car related, and I can't tout highly enough the level of service and professionalism that was provided by the team at Premium. Bill responded straight away for my request for a quote for winter tires for my new vehicle, and then when mommy brain hit and I forgot until that first snow storm, as soon as I reached out, he ordered my tires and wheels straight away and got us in at the very first opportunity to ensure the safety of myself and my children. Not only was the service impeccable, but the prices for the tires, rims and tpms was the best I've ever seen, bar none.

It's hard to find good honest mechanics. Premium Tire has them. Never fix what doesn't need to be. Even when I ask them to check something I might think needs to be fixed they, tell me honestly if it needs to be done. More importantly I have referred friends and family there and no one has come back to me with a negative review they have always been taken care of.

I was very disappointed with my experience today and would like to share my story. Booked in advance to buy and install a set of 4 new Pirelli tiers made sure the right size for the tiers during the booking phone call.went in today and made sure again the size of the tries before giving my keys. After they said your car is READY, I went out to check the new tires and they were the Wrong set of tiers! Went back to front desk told them you have installed wrong tiers, no Apologies or anything was said, after they checked the invoice they realized that they did make a mistake again no Apologies or anything, they checked the system apparently they dont have that size at ALL ! So I wonder who ever took my booking if they were aware of what they are doing in the first place ! So they said will just put your old tiers back and they did. So I dont appreciate wasting 2 hours of my day for being careless and unprofessional, not a single apology was mentioned the whole time.

These guys helped me out in a pinch when Costco and Ford let me down with absolutely destroying my lug nuts. Premium Tire got them off nice and fast and managed to get me in the day after I called. Fantastic service and very clean waiting area.

Coming from NY had low air in tire came here the Saturday they claimed they found the issues and patched the tire, I paid and the next day it was low again. They aren't open on Sunday so I came back Monday to new staff who has no etiquette and customer service skills, I said "good morning" no one replied and took 2 minutes for someone to acknowledge me even though I am the only person standing in front of them. I explained the situation and tried to give them the receipt his response "I don't want that, I just need the car keys". Will never recommend this place to anyone. They are lucky they even got 1 star from me in reality it is half a star and that's because the staff was nice on Saturday.

I was staying in the Comfort Inn beside the shop and had locked my car keys in my car 15 minutes before I had to be somewhere extremely important to be (my career depended on me getting there on time). I began calling CAA and anywhere I could think of to get help as soon as possible, however I am not from the area and felt lost. I entered the shop before they were even open and explained my crisis to a gentleman at the desk. The gentleman said that he had the necessary tools to open my car and to wait a couple minutes as there were other customers and they were opening the shop. I waited no longer then 5 minutes and the gentleman ran to my car with me and successfully unlocked my door. Because of this gentleman, I made it to my destination with two minutes to spare and my career was not jeopardized. I am extremely appreciative and grateful for the assistance that I received that morning. Again, thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me, you did more than unlock my car that morning.

Several members of my family now uses them based on my recommendation. as well. My family knows I'm happy with Premium Tire and they also know that I'm one fussy, picky person with a low tolerance for B/S. Over all, from what I hear, we've all been very pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism of the people who work there. Their prices are very competitive as well.

Very rude customer service from the mid-aged counterman who has been there for years. (he may even be the owner). He is not friendly, did not greet me, and provided a very negative atmosphere to a good looking store. He needs to develop his customer service skills once again, it is clear he has fell off the tracks. My recommendation is to take your business to an Active Green + Ross, Mr Lube, Canadian Tire, because they strive on good customer service and make you feel like a million bucks. Premium Tire is by no means cheaper than any of these places.

We got a flat tire along the 407 and barely rolled in to Premium Tire. They said that could fit it in the fix the tire that day. We waited in their very comfortable lounge until they fixed our tire. When they were done it was after their regular hours and yet the manager insisted we did not have to pay for this repair! Very welconing, generous and friendly place!

Got a nail in my tire on the 407, and my tire was quickly deflating. Fortunately, the next exit was Hurontario, and I limped my truck to Premium Tire. Despite the fact that they were very busy changing winter tires, they said they would take care of me if I would be willing to wait for an hour or so. They were true to their word, fixed my puncture, and then wouldn't let me pay. Great experience.
