I was going to go to Canadian tire to fix a possible tire puncture, for which they quoted around 42$. Got recommended to Tirecraft by a neighbour (as I recently moved to this area). When I called they gave price based on conditions, which made more sense to me. Canadian Tire told me they may take 30min to 1hr, while this place said it should be done within 20-30min. When I reached, staff were very cordial and professional. Car was fixed in 10 minutes with the lowest rate 24$ + tax for the small nail puncture, so guess they are very honest. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommend everyone. Fast, efficient, economical and great customer service. BTW I had forgotten my charger and tablet in the lobby. They were so nice to keep it with them safely. Very very honest !!!

I was very satisfied with the service. I had nail in my tire, which was almost flat when I reached the shop. They fixed it very quickly and charged a very fair price. Overall, I had excellent experience. Therefore, I'd recommend this place to other people.

Called this shop to ask to repair a tire. They said come down and we will get you in. Showed up and was told they will not repair a runflat. Doing a simple google search revealed that a runflat may be repaired as long as the puncture is in the tread (not sidewall) and that it isn't larger than 0.25" in diameter. The older gentleman at the desk refused to attempt the repair and tried to sell me his tires. I had a suspicion that this may happen as some shops are less likely to repair runflat so I brought two spare (used) tires I got from kijiji to remount on the front wheels. He told be to wait for a bay to become available, but a little later he told me that my car is too low and that they will not be able to help me.. This shop clearly doesn't have the skills and expertise to work on higher end cars and although I do appreciate their honesty about this and and at least refusing service instead of butchering the job I am still left very frustrated and stranded with a flat. Thank you for wasting my time.

This place was fantastic! I was in a panic trying to find a shop able to take in and fix my tire with a large screw stuck right in there. I called up Nabali's Tirecraft, he told me to come on in, and it was fixed in minutes. This easily would have cost me at least 6 times as much anywhere else. I am very appreciative for they're help, and great service. Thanks!

Third set of winter tires I have bought for three different cars. Did my homework and they have always been too of the list. Excellent service and helpfully through it all. Can't say enough about them. Good choice if your doing your research.

wish i was able to give him zero stars, after trying to charge 500$ for a simple change of 6 spark plugs and an oil change, then goes on to try and scare me saying my car has broken upper arm controls so i shouldnt drive it...went to another autoshop and they told me my car was perfectly fine. will definitely never come here and recommend people to stay away.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I was promised immediate service, and then told to wait. I was told it was one price, and then paid another. THE WORST PART, the Owner gave me someone else's car key, which i immediately returned, and then accused me of stealing the key.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Very unprofessional shop .. Went for a simple swap of a tire and it went totally wrong 1. The mechanic did not torque rims until i advised him to (how are you called tirecraft and not even torquing tires ). 2. another one of the mechanics went into my glove compartment without asking and proceeded to look at my ownership ..( i don't mind but i don't like people going through my things without asking ) i could have gave him info if he asked...3.After a rough time getting a simple install done i went to the highway only to realize that tire was was not balanced properly ...4 .I called to arrange it to get re-balanced he told me i have to wait for three days until i can get it fixed because his machine has to be fixed he is aware of the problem ....( so i was not the first guy to complain ) ANYWAYS Please save time and money don't go there its dirty and not professional at all .. If its that hard to change one tire then i wonder what they do when there is a real problem .. it is NOT GOOD TO DRIVE WITH UNBALANCED TIRES ,HE SHOULDN'T OF TOOK THE JOB IF THE MACHINE IS BROKEN MINUS ONE IF I COULD
