Today i was on my way to sherway gardens with my bike and as i was peddling my pedal came very lose. so i saw that there was a plaza with maintenance. as i was walking in explaining what happened and that i needed help , the employees helped me with no ease. They were very kind and thoughtful to me this favor. i highly recommend if you need maintenance they will provide whatever you need. Also, im a car guy, and i must say im a big fan of their rims maybe when im older ill put it on my car. Highly recommend Megawheelz. Thank you!

The service is good. They have wifi so I can work on my laptop while I wait for my winter/summer tires to be switched. I have a Honda fit with 16 inch tires and it took a while to find rims for them but they didn't give up and eventually they did.

I dropped off two wheels to have two winter tires mounted on, when I called prior they quoted me $25 to mount and balance a 20” wheel. Specifically when I called them I made sure to double check the pricing for that size wheel. I dropped it off and told them not to rush. One hour into dropping it off they left me a voice mail telling me the tread wasn’t good on my tires and they will price me out new ones, the tread was fine according to my standards but I guess not to theirs. THEN they told me the tire size was wrong for that size rim, implying I needed a different size. He said it is a 10” rim and you can’t put a 245, I corrected him and told him this was a 9” rim - which is the correct stock size for that car. Then at the end he tells me the overall cost will be $97 regardless of the previously agreed upon price, his reasoning was “over sized wheel” and blamed the ridiculous pricing on new management/new owners. Then after all of that he says he can do $37 per tire, which once again was it the agreed upon price. If I didn’t know anything about wheels and tires these guys would’ve taken advantage of me and technically stolen from me, which could happen to anyone else. Finally to top it all off they didn’t even try to hide the weights behind my wheel spokes, which a professional tire shop would do. I gave them one start for their quick turn over as it was ready th next day.

Dwayne is the man. Prices are great, service is great, never scratched or left tool marks on my painted wheels. Had them refinish a set of machined wheels and thier subcontractor did an amazing job. In love with the Michelin Pilot Supersports that Dwayne recommended. Winter and winter swaps are first-come-first-serve during the busy season; either get there before open, or be prepare to wait.

I have been a satisfied customer for many years, but the past few experiences have caused me to leave them. It’s disappointing because they used to be a very reliable shop, but I guess that’s what can happen with new managment. My most recent experience was the final straw. I drove in from downtown Toronto to swap out my winter tires. Upon arrival I was told that my old all seasons needed to be replaced. This came as a surprise to me as just prior to putting on the winter tires, Toyota (my car is a 2010 Toyota Highlander) had inspected everything and the report stated that there was 4mm of tread left on all the tires which meant they did not need replacing at that time. All that being said, if Megawheelz had recommended that the tires needed to be replaced when they were being changed two months later I would have been less suspicious and likely would have purchased new all season tires at that point. Instead I paid to store them for the winter only to be told that the tires where garbage and I needed to buy a new set for over $1000! Needless to say I was extremely suspicious of the situation. I thought are they trying to scam me? Why would they store the tires and not notice or comment at the time that they needed to be replaced, after all, tires are their specialty? More importantly, were they even my tires? Regardless, with all that doubt and suspicion, I didn’t want to be pressured into buying a new set of tires and took the opportunity to find a new more reliable and closer shop for new tires. Toronto has many choices! I think it just comes down to sloppy customer service which easily could have been avoided had better attention been paid. Three strikes and you’re out.

World class customer service, employees truly go over and above to make sure you are satisfied and your vehicle is in the top shape. They take care of my tires for over 5 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They are reasonably priced, do quick job, go above and beyond to help each customer as much as they can. I've personally recommended more than dozen of friends to this business. The have nicely designed lounge area that is always enjoyed while you wait for your vehicle maintenance to be completed and/or change your tires. Mega Wheelz Tirecraft takes care of your vehicle as if it was their own. The automated system allows you to see your vehicle's condition and everything that needs to be done on the vehicle and is documented via photos, and in written format that's emailed to you. I found this helpful when you go between different places to fix/maintain different parts of your vehicle. I know that my Lexus dealership appreciated the detailed work that Mega Wheels completed.

Took my car to change the summer tires/rims to winter tires/rims. Explicitly asked to mound hub centric rings on the winters, provided them with the rings. I was charged about 200$ and assured that everything was done. 2 month later I find out that no hub centric rings were not mounted whatsoever, which resulted in quite a few repairs. You make your own conclusions.

Very bad. Booked an appointment for tires changeover last week. Came in this morning and was told they don't have it in the system. Also was told very rudely that I parked in the wrong place. Cancelled appointment at another place for this one so now will lose a week. Note to the owner - customer service is still a real thing and still being valued by some ppl, may consider some refresher training for your staff and also look into your appointments booking process.

Came in for an alignment and all was done within an hour. I did notice a little issue but after coming back, Nav tweaked it and made it perfect at no extra cost! Great service, trustworthy and experienced mechanics, I will definitely recommend Megawheelz to anybody looking for trustworthy and efficient service plus a wide selection of affordable wheels. Will definitely be coming back in the spring for a tire/wheel package.

I was shopping around today for wheels and tires and found Megawheelz. Although I didn't buy anything today, I just wanted to share my experience I had here today. Nav took excellent care of me, explained my wheel and tire options for my car and not once did I feel pressured or felt like I was bothering him. I felt a worm welcoming as soon as I walked in. Keep up the great work! I will return to purchase my wheel and tire combo for sure, I'm just deciding between two sets. VW GTI mk6 ( apr stage 1, H&R coils, magnaflow cat back exhaust)

I was looking around for new wheels and tires for my new Range Rover Evoque. I called and visited a few places but they gave my very high prices because there wasn't a lot of choices available as my vehicle's body type was so new and I was specific about the look I wanted to achieve. I worked with Wayne and he took the time to call around after he couldn't find anything in his inventory. After about 3 weeks, Wayne finally found what I was looking for. I also bought tires for my wife's Mercedes Benz there and the service has been terrific. I would recommend Mega Wheelz and continue using them.

Bought a set of rims and tires at a reasonable price in early September just cause of the early promotions. I clarify verbally with the guy at the desk the price for all four rims with tires and I pay in full the amount so that on installation day I have no issues. Show up on installation day and the same guy tells me that I have a balance owing of 500. I said how?? He tells me that he only invoiced me for 1 rim and 4 tires. Messed me up because I had a better deal prior to the one from them, but took theirs cause of price. Only to find out a month later that they didn't invoice me right which is hard to believe when you do the same thing everyday. Even after confirming verbally it was for four rims and tires. They offered me a refund or I could go ahead and have them installed and pay the 500. I was to tired to argue and really upset at this point. Very unprofessional and I was definitley ripped off! There are plenty other companies like Wheels co in Vaughn who would of rectified this situation if it ever happened with their customers. All I got was new bolts!!. Even the other desk guy said " just discount him on the rims" and the other rep says " I already put it in the system so it's to late" like who says that in FRONT OF A CUSTOMER!!? It's like we messed up let's give him a discount on the remainder but never mind it's to late cause it's in the system now! Would not recommend this place nor would I ever go back to this rip off company! As a customer I felt ripped off and they really didn't do nothing to rectify there mistake except say " sorry" . Too bad sorry doesn't put back 500 bucks into my pocket!! Never coming back here again ! Plus I didn't wanna make a scene ok the spot since they was installing my tires. Last thing I need is them snipping my brake line or something cuz I made a scene !

Absolutely awful. Went in to switch my winter to my summers and the lovely employees FORGOT TO PUT IN ALL THE BOLTS. How can a store that specializes in tires not know how to safely put them on a car. They also offer other services like brake jobs if you can trust them with that.

I recently got my alignment done at mega wheels on April 20th on a 2015 BMW 7 series. Right after when the car was realeased to me the first thing I noticed was the steering off-center. I came back to them and they tried to adjust it but still was off to the left. After i called them and they said to come next day on April 21 at 4:00 p.m. I came back at 4:05 p.m. and they said they couldn’t do anything about it today as they got to busy and that they called me in advance and left a voice message. I later told them i didn’t get any call or voice message, so they later said they might of called the wrong number. I also let them know that car still pulling to the right at which there general manager admitted. I told them there alignment machine specs are wrong for my car based on alignment specs from the dealer that ill attach. They also did alignment based on 19inch when the car came stock with 20inch wheels. I sent them the specs. On april 22 they sent me an email in the morning saying to call them , and I phoned up and talked to someone there who was saying there alignment machine was right and they offered to do it again today at 3:00 p.m. which i said theres no point of just re doing it multiple times and that id like my money back and ill get alignment done at the dealer and send them the alignment sheet so they know i didn’t lie to them. He declined and said tue car is great and drives straight and steering is straight. I told him thats not what the general manager has said and then he froze and started stuttering and thinking of what to say. In the end i didn’t get any compensation and would not recommend to do alignment here. Sells repro rims and if you ever damage one - don’t bother asking for a replacement as they won’t find a replacement for ONE rim. They are only interested in selling sets and couldn’t be bothered sourcing one for you from Asia or breaking up a set sitting in their back room. So basically your screwed if a rim is damaged as you have three paper weights and zero options or support from them.

Called megawheelz for pricing on installing new tires and I told them that I had my own tires. They quoted $100 and when I came in, they said that the pricing only applies to tires bought from megawheelz. They then told me it's $160 instead. Ended up wasting a whole trip driving to their location.

This has become my go to place for our two older BMWs. They are a little cheaper than the dealer service, but more importantly, the dealers are less adept with handling of older vehicles. Megawheelz have been able to fix issues that the dealer recommended to ignore, like a noisy alternator that was difficult to remove due to seized bolts.

I needed to buy winter tires for my Audi TT. I first spoke to a mechanic named Nav who helped me right away. I told him I did not want to go too pricey but I wanted a reliable winter tire. Immediately he showed me a few options and the one he recommended. I also needed to get rims for them and he helped me out some nice looking rims for the TT. Nav promised me his recommendation will be the best quality with the lowest price in the GTA. I did some more looking around and he was correct! I could not find a better deal anywhere else. Zack booked my appointment for me and I am extremely happy with the customer service at Mega Wheelz. I wish I could give this place a -1 review. I booked half my day off work so I could get an alignment done. When I arrived at the place, they told me how they left some equipment downtown to do the job on my lowered car and that for them to go get it would take about an hour. So they told me to come back at 5:30, and when I came at about 5:15 I saw my car sitting in the parking lot in the same position I left it. Come to find out they did not even start on my car yet and then told me how they would be done MAYBE around 7. I had called a WEEK prior to book my appointment and ended up wasting the whole day. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

In terms of tires and wheels they are fine but very expensive. I would never recommend their mechanical services as they won't honour their work. My GF spent 1200 on a new steering box that was leaking within a month. they kept giving her runaround saying it was somethng else until finally I went in and they asked for the receipt. Said they couldn't look it up in their system. Long story short they basically laughed us out of there. Very unprofessional.

I have been taking my car into Mega Wheelz for the past few years now and have had nothing but great service. Not only are the staff very accommodating, but the product they carry is nothing but the best. My last visit to Mega Wheelz was to get my winter tires put on and I was very pleased to have this service done in next to no time upon my arrival. I asked Matt if I could purchase a new pair of wiper blades and he found the right ones and also installed them for me. I purchased my winter tires and rims approximately 2 year ago and have never had a problem. Matt, Nav and the rest of the staff definitely provide top notch service to any customer. I highly recommend Mega Wheelz.
