Got my Winter tires put on a different set of rims and paid for wheels to be balanced as well as have new valves put in. Got a flat tire the same week. Turns out they never put in valves and kept the old damaged ones. I don’t trust their service after this experience. If you do go here, make sure to observe to see if they’re actually providing the service you’ve paid for.

My secret spot isn't a secret anymore. Their service has been amazing for the past 5-6 years I've been coming here, so it's not a surprise they've gotten super busy here now. Reasonable prices. Keep in mind that the place is very popular due to very good prices so if you are looking for a tire change be prepared to wait a long time (during winter season I waited 5h in line). The tire change is about 30-40 min. I highly recommend it.

They really fell off. Took about 2:30mins had 3 cars ahead of me in line. Dropped my car, went to the waiting area. Came back to tell them to keep the tires in a bag when done since it was raining, noticed my car has been idling for 20mins while these guys were swapping tires? Still? After it was done they were dumped in the back seat with the grease on them still with no bag. $40 for this kind of service? hell no.

Booked an appointment yesterday for 5:10pm. Arrived at around 5pm (came all the way from Hamilton. Had good service when I purchased my tires a year ago, that’s why I decided to come back). Lady at the desk seemed so exhausted as she gave me instructions plus she was not wearing a mask. There were three cars waiting already and I thought there’s no way they’ll be taking us in on schedule. Waited.. over half an hour passed by, this guy just came and I overheard the service guy will take him in next. So I approached them and asked how long before they’ll take me in because I’ve been waiting and was on time for appointment. One of the guys said it doesn’t go by appointment. And they can’t really tell how long each service will take. And I understand that, I don’t ming waiting 5-10mins but for almost an hour? What’s the point of the booking system. Went back to see the receptionist and she said they’re only seeing people who’s booked for today. She also asked me if I wasn’t the one who called who’ll come in tomorrow instead. I came to her when I arrived and she took me in. I also showed her our text exchange that I confirmed my appointment. She just plainly said “I don’t know what the guys are doing back there, I only schedule appointments.” Not bothered at all, did not offer anything to fix the issue. They obviously don’t have a good system and coordination among themselves. Wasted my time.

The service at the LIBERTY Tires is AWSOME!! These guys really know their stuff and provide the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! I took our minivan in to LIBERTY Tires because the tires were leaking and I was told that I needed new tires, as the existing ones were too old. The two guys that I spoke to didn't hesitate to answer my questions thoroughly and patiently. The friendly staff, their sound advice, and the great service convinced me that we should buy our tires from these guys. I got quality tires at a very reasonable price, and I feel much safer on the road now. Oh, and I should mention that when I realized how long it was going to take to replace my tires, check the alignment, etc., everything was done very efficiently and quick.You guys are the BEST!!!

Been there for a wheel swap. The prices are okay, although the price was a bit extra than what was told to me over the phone (although the reason for that, 'if the tires and rims are new then it's gonna be additional $20', made no sense). The staff were a bit rude, may be because I didn't purchase the rims and tires from there. They didn't put back the nut caps after swapping the wheels, and when I asked about it they just told me that it won't fit, but when I tried after coming back to home I couldn't find any issue putting them there. Just improving the attitude of staff can itself bring in more stars!

Great prices all around. Got Tires, rims, tpms. Their prices were hundreds of dollars less than five other places i checked. I didn't know this, but the lug nuts, center rim emblems and tpms programming were included. The time to do the entire job was less than an hour. The waiting area could use a bit of a cleaning and face-lift, other than that, highly recommended.

Went only for a swap between summer to winter. They took 2 tires out and changed them over. On the 3rd one they broke the lock and the guy couldn't do nothing about it and now it was left to me as my own problem. They didn't offer to reimburse me and didn't want to take responsibility for it. I took my vehicle to another mechanic, got all my 4 locks broken and paid for them as well. The service was BS. Zero customer satisfaction. All they told me was never to put locks on as they break, made it sound like it's my fault. Was really pissed and truly disappointed. Never going back as they managed to screw up a $30 swap.

I don't see why these people are giving bad review for this place. Go to any of your local Canadian Tire and you will see what bad service and rip off are. At Liberty Tire, you tell them what the problem, they give you the honest solution. At Canadian tire, I guess they have too many unsold new tires so you expect to fix your tire? hell no, they will say they cannot fix the tire and they sell their inventory to you. So if you are not happy with honest place, go to Canadian tire. I recommend Liberty tires.

Spent $1100 and bought 'Cooper winter tires' from them last month, they advertise it as cooper but they are in fact starfire which is sister brand of cooper. Before these tires mu car was fine but after the installation from day one it has been wobbling. I have been there 4 times but they couldnt fix it and in the end one of the techs told me that they just got the new road force machine just two weeks ago and they themselves are trying to figure it out and I am an experiment case for them. I have been very patient with them, every time I go there they say we have fixed the issue please drive it for few days. The owner tried to give me all sorts of explanations about the tires and keeps on arguing but doesnt want to admit that problem can be with the tires. He keeps on insisting that problem is with the car. My car is only 1 year old which i bought brand new and I also spent extra $120 in dealership for inspection in which dealership told me that there is no fault with the car. All the sales are FINAL so be very careful before purchasing your tires. I am extremly dissappointed with whole experience. Please do yourself a favour And go to Kal tires or somewhere else

Not recommended, they broke my tire sensor and refused to do anything about it. After getting a used tire installed, a few hours later I was able to hear a noise coming from the wheel, brought it back to them to find out the sensor had fallen off in the wheel. The guy who installed it really didn't seem to know what he was doing based on the comments he made about it. Regardless they put the sensor back on and I left only for it to fall off again. This time I just took it to the dealer but it was too late as it was broken at this point so had to get a new one installed. Took the car back to these guys who refused to do anything about it and made excuses that the sensor must of been old and on its way out (yea the car is only a few months old...try again) Only reason I dealt with these guys in the first place is because the Tire Terminal didn't have what I needed at the time. In the past I've dealt with them several times and have always had great service from them. This was my first time dealing with Liberty and will certainly be my last time. Don't make the mistake I did dealing with these guys, go to Tire Terminal instead.

Inexperienced and rush the work. I urge you not to take a car you care about to this shop. I took my mustang and they scratched my rims so much. They had a tough time taking the wheel nuts off, so they resorted to using a massive torque wrench and aggressively nicked my wheel while doing so. They also didn't put my custom valve caps back on and tried to send me packing with plastic ones.

Dishonest people, always offer you a lower price to exchange your tire, but once you drive in to his place. He change his price plan. I have 2 different experience. First time I pay him $100 to change my tire, Second time I ask him before drive in he said $60 for change installation. But once I drive in he said your tire is band new then I have to charge you $100 for installation. Then I told him this time NO. Afterthat I found another garage do the same job charge me $50.- So try different place. This guy 100% dishonest.

Went to get winter tires and rims for my car (Type R). They first made sure the rim fits my car and have enough clearance with my brake calipers and then installed the tires perfectly and made sure to put Honda hub caps on it which gave it an OEM look. Cheers

Come here all the time but the last time I came will the last. Terrible customer service. Had an issue with a tire and had brought it to their attention and the owner would just cut me off every time I spoke. All I wanted to do was explain my problem however he refused to listen and kept saying he did not manufacture the tire so its not his fault. Regardless they are reliable for the services they provide and the owner would not own up to it. All I wanted was was an apology but instead all I got was rude person who in the end cussed me out. Went to change winter tires for my car. PAID $200!! 10 days later, I go to my mechanic and find out one of the lock nuts is missing, the caps on the bolts are missing for rear drivers side wheel. Just 1 wheel! Called these guys up. Spoke to some guy name Harri. He tells me I should have counted the bolts before I drove off. I lost it. Which shop tells their customers to count the bolts? All in all, he didn't help. He kept denying and kept saying why would we keep your lock nut. Worst customer service ever! DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!

Had my alignment done with them. Nice guys but the alignment wasn't done properly and it was still some degrees out of alignment. I requested another appointment to come in but couldn't make it. So I called again and they kept telling me that their alignment guy went on vacation for 2 weeks. 2 weeks past and I stopped by randomly and was told that the alignment guy had an emergency with his mother. Okay, I'm not gonna mess with that but I was told he'd get someone else to do his alignment and that he'd (owner) would at least give me a call once someones is able to do the alignment. Instead, it's been over 1 month since the last excuse and nothing still. All in all, they're nice guys but amateurs at what they do. I should have spent the extra $20 and just went to somewhere more reputable.

Been good in the past but recently not so good. Last tire change had very low tire pressure in each of the tires. Also they told me they were going to be open on a Saturday but were close. Not sure if there has been a change in management or process but will no longer be my first choice when looking to get service done on my tire.

I had been in this place a few times. This time I had 4 new Chinese tires installed for $400. The tires looked good but not good on the road. These were all season but noisy as winter tires. Came back talk to the owner but no solution. Hs said as soon as the tire is rolled on the street then nothing he can do. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I booked an appointment Monday for Saturday at noon and was confirmed, when I got there there was a huge line up of cars. I walked in and told them i had an appointment and the person at the front lied to me and said the alignment machine was not working. I walked into the back and asked the mechanic if the machine was working and of course he said yes. The guy Harry at the front said that it works but there’s something wrong with it but if I wanted to wait 2-3 hours they could fit me in. I called Hensall Auto and they took me right away and did an amazing job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LIBERTY

Went to see used tires which were high up on the shelf. 1 of the 3 looked like no more tread, all flat, so we asked to see the other 2 to compare. Clerk refused kept reminding us slightingly no fuss about used tires. If there's a negative star, I'd rate it that.

After putting on their budget I had a hobble shake in the car. I took it back to them to let them know about the issue the mechanic at the back said that my rim is bent or my alignment is off my shocks are warn which is not the case just spent 1400 on redoing all the suspension and steering components. you can feel the tires are warped and showed it to him he felt them and said I was crazy and my mechanic of 15 years was wrong. I was called brother boss and chief all in the same sentence and was treated like an fool that did not know anything. needles to say iam out $400 and got to get a new set of tires. they do not validate the warranty on the tires !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay Away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After driving on tires for 5 k had a massive blow out on tire

Very unprofessional and rude service .i had a nail in my tire and all i ask was to kindly check at least rest of the same tire that i am paying to get it fix. the lady at the reception was talking to someone personal on the phone in a foreign language completely ignoring i am standing there to pay.when i ask for any kind of warranty for the work done she reply NO and walk away.this would the last time they get any business from me. if the technician had done the visual check .i wouldn't be writing here .i ask him three time he kept on saying its ok without even checking it.i think this should be good example for the owner to improve the services instead of defending his employee and we do very much appreciate you provide us services in english french urdu and punjabi,vietnamese.but i can assure you she was NOt talking to a customer as i do understand the language she was talking in. .again you have opportunity to improve your business or reject the constructive criticism .
