First time here and found them through an ad on Kijiji. The manager / staff were friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy a full set, but the manager inspected my tire and offered to save money by repairing my tire. At the end I still bought the full set because of the great deal. Will definitely be back when I need tires again.

Another shop quoted me about $150 for a midrange Michelin tire plus installation, etc. From JoTires I got top of the line Michelin Defender tire's with over 80% tread life for $60 a tire installed! Better tire for less than half price...WOW! Could not have been happier with the tires or the service. The last set of tires I bought was from a nationally recognized tire place and that company charged extra for everything – installation and balancing, value stem (which you have to have so why charge extra for it!?). With JoTires the only other thing I paid was the $5 Ontario Government tire disposal fee (although they did ask if I wanted to take the tires with me which would have saved me the $5). The price they quoted was the price I paid. Staff was friendly and super helpful. While I was being served I noticed that the person helping me had a donut someone had bought for them. I told her how good it looked and so she gave it to me! Who does that? Highly recommend. Reuse, Recycle and save a ton of cash! Everybody wins.

The rear tire on the left side of my car has been slowly leaking for more than a month, ive been filling it up every other day, 1st i took it to a local garage, after an hour they said they cant find any leak, so a week later i took it to my dealership and they said they cant find any leak and recommended to replace the tire at a cost to me, i said no coz my car is only 2 years old, took it to another dealer and an hour later they said it was plugged cost me 25$ woke the next morning sure enough it was low again, called them up and said i should just replace the leaking tire, i google for used tires and saw jo tires, called them up talk to a friendly lady and told her i need a used tire, and she gave me a price of 85$ installed, went their a couple of hours later and was greeted by a nice filipina lady(didnt catch her name) and said they will try and fix it 1st before they replace the tire, and sure enough they were able to fix it, no more leak!! yey! save some money too.. thank you! i will surely promote your business, and you have another customer for life!

Best tire place I have found yet. Just needed some tires mounted and balanced. They were by far the cheapest place(average price was $90+tax, they charged $60+tax). They did them the same day, and in about 20 minutes. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend them!

At the time of buying new tires and alignment, I was promised free tire rotation. When I brought the car back to have the tires rotated, the store wanted to charge me for the rotation of the tires. Not a good way to do business very disappointed, will not use them again.

Went there on a Saturday at 10:10 am and already there was a line up. Got a set of Michelin X-ice for my Prius for $280 + tax and was out the door by 11:00. Tires had about 70-80% treads, so very happy with purchase!

It's a decent place to get used tires.I can't say they are the best as I specifically came here because two years ago when I came I felt like I got a great deal on a set and you all season tires. I came in recently meeting for winter tires for a small sedan. I got for winter tires at 60% and after taxes it came to just over $300. another place I went through before I came to this place said that the same tires would have costed me $240 taxes in. the only reason they came into this place is that the place I wanted to go was too busy and this was my only day off to get my tires replaced. So I kind of knew that I would be paying more and still went ahead with it.

Update: came back this season and they worked out a deal with me on a new set of rims based on the experience I had last time. Really appreciated the customer service I received and the tires I got (a great price on) now look great on the new set of rims! paid for a set of used rims but apparently that doesn’t mean matching ones because one of the 4 is different and makes my brand new car look silly because one tire doesn’t line up the same way as the others.

One of the worst places to just do a simple summer tire swap. Not a place you would feel safe leaving your car in care of their staff for even a short period of time. 1. Who in their right mind would pump the tires to 45 psi for a normal sedan (normal tires)? It would only fluctuate by a few psi max even if the weather becomes colder/hotter but definitely not 45psi. 2. I do not have winter rims so they have to put my summer tires back on to the rims. I found MULTIPLE (by multiple I mean more than 15) scratches on the side walls of all summer tires. I am very sure there were no scratches when I brought them in. 3. Their staff would just leave your car window open and unlocked once they have completed the job. So if you choose to go somewhere when you car is at the shop, remember to come back before they are done with your car (they do not call to let you know when your car is ready). 4. If your interior is of a lighter color, be prepared to shampoo your interior after going to them. They don't give a damn about your interior and would just smear grease all over. I am not very particular about keeping my car 100% clean but I do expect any shops to pay some respect of other people's property. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY ARE NOT PARTICULARLY CHEAP EITHER. PRICE IS AROUND THE SAME IF NOT MORE EXPENSIVE. WOULD NEVER COME BACK. And if management ever reads this comment, I have my invoice and photos ready to show you.

Fantastic all around shop these guys have. Mark was the one who helped me out. Reserved my tires by phone and had them installed in 15-20 min. These guys weren't pushy, but knowledgable and gave me quotes on other stuff I wanted to get done. Open late and non pushy. Real hard to find. 02' Ford Mustang. $160 80% thread two front tires. Install and balancing. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Over charge. THEY LIE ABOUT TREAD, BEING LIGHTLY USED AND HAVING NO REPAIRS. Also , LIE ABOUT REPAIRS NEEDED ON THE VEHICLE. Bought tires from here that they told me were lightly used with NO repairs. In fact they were not lightly used, they also had repairs done to ALL FOUR TIRES!!! Plus when they put on tires they do NOT PUT LUBE ON THEM SO THEY RIP APART THE BEAD (took them off to get new tires on and they had chunks missing out the bead already as I PERSONALLY TOOK THE TIRES OFF THE RIM so I know it did not happen in the removal process.) Another thing is that they do NOT do a fitment test when they put them on the car. So they put the wrong size on for my car and it rubbed so bad that it took out my wheel liner within 10km of driving down the road. So I now have to buy new tires, and new wheel liner because of their mistake. Also they will tell you a bunch of things wrong with your car and only a few will actually be going wrong.. they are SCAMMERS I work at an Automotive shop now and I do tires now along with other things AND WE ALWAYS ALWAYS DO FITMENT TESTS FOR WHEN WE PUT ON NEW TIRES (or anything that wasn’t original) DO NOT GO HERE Would rate this NEGATIVE STARS

I went to Jo Tires today on recommendation from a friend. Its tire season so the wait was about 2 hrs. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. The tires were very affordable. Way under $600 for new winter tires. I was blown away when Joe the owner came out with muffins, cookies, cakes etc for us, his customers..WOW! Everyone was smiling. The customer is king and today I certainly felt like one...well a queen anyway. Thank you guys, job well done.

*UPDATE* Manager contacted me the same day, and I spoke with manager today - Was provided a solution to the issue. The prompt and professional follow-up was excellent. Will definitely visit again. Friendly staff, competitive pricing and fast service. One thing that happen that cost the review two points off... got my winter tires off today and summer tires on (off rim change). After lunch saw what seems to be a piece of silver tape on my rim. Turns out it's not tape but a part of the rim's paint was completely stripped during the tire change... I checked my other rims closer up and found areas on the edges with paint stripped and / peeling... needless to say not too impressed...

Delt with them a few times over the past 4years they were all good with one exception. The last time I was there, I had a terrible experience. (Please note that I must drive for over 45 minutes one way from my location per visit) Called ahead for tires availability and to get a price quote for premium tires. They gave me a specific brand and price. Ask them to put on hold for me and got there asap. When I get there and see the tires they are completely different brand than the ones I was quoted for. Talked to the supervisor. Said " This isn't what I paid for. These tires are not what is one the invoice or what I called in for" showed him the invoice which he billed me himself. He replied and said do you want them or not. LOL who in retail says that?! I explained had he mentioned that over the phone that this is the only brand he has of this size I would have looked else where at the time. I chose to come here for that great price on that specific premium brand. Not a different brand I never heard of. He repeated himself again and said in a more aggressive tone "do you want them or not".. (Really scaring people into accepting being ripped off. Do you think it will work?!) Didn't leave the shop, returned the tires and got a refund. Conclusion : Waisted over 3 hrs. Driving plus waiting at Jotires. Kept looking around for good deal on tires found a place in Oakville that had the Same brand I originally went for. Saved $15 for all four tires and installation compared to Jotires, made a new friend (local family owned business) and got a free air freshener ???? Never again will I go to JoTires nore do I recommend friends to go there anymore.

My experience at the counter was okay. I went in and purchased 4 used winter tires on rims and had them installed. My car was only a few months old and it was spotless before they took it in. I could not believe how dirty the inside of my car was when I got it back. The whole inside of my SUV was so dirty from filthy dust. And when they put my all seasons into the back of my SUV they left huge tire marks on the inside panels.It was unbelievable how dirty they got my car in a matter of 30 minutes. I have never seen anything like it before. They have no respect. I would never go to Jo Tires again nor recommend them.

Starting to wonder if I got what I paid for here. Got a good deal on Michelin shows but had to come back after noticing tires were not balanced. Noticed from time I drove off the lot. Spent 2 hours here in total and I didnt have time to go back. I also asked that they dont get my car dirty cause that is a pet peeve of mine. Just because it's not your car doesnt mean you disrespect someone else's car when they are paying you to get their car serviced..not dirty. Still car came back to me with dirt marks all over the dash and drivers seat. They did correct the issue without much hassle. I liked the fact they are open Sundays.

Well, after i left the shop, I had 3 scratches on the car, one of them deep to the metal. Plus the alloy Rims, where the paint was removed 6-7 mm at the edges. At the end, the tires were not even properly balanced, but i was afraid to go back, considering the above damages.

Buying tires is not something we do every day or every month. Its something we might do in a year or two. So you would not mind how the seller is as long they have what you are looking for. You would just get your work done, pay and go. But Jo's Tires store is different, although they know you aren't coming back in a long time, they still give you the best service in town. I went there during this weekend and had the best 'first' experience in buying tires. The owner even took me around for a tour of their warehouse and believe me it was a massive inventory! There is no way you wont find your tires here :) Gave me a discount when they found that the tires i chose initially had different pattern and recommended me to go for a different set of tires. Any other store would have just put them and left it for me to find it later but not Jo's. Farah & Jo at the front desk were very helpful and professional. I know I am not coming back for a long time before my next tire change, but I would surely recommend others to take a look at Jo's tires before shopping anywhere else. Kudos guys, keep up the good work!! 5 on 5 for sure.

Found this place on googlemaps randomly searching for a used tire place near me. Good thing I found them, very friendly staff, they closely matched my damaged tire with their stock so I ended up with similar tire pattern and thread depth. Overall, really good service and price point. They got a lot of inventory of used tires, they are able to repair tires, balance tires, etc. Definitely worth a call before you head elsewhere!!!!

If you are looking for used tires, this place offers the best price for quality used tires. My cars alloys were extremely dirty after the tire change - a sign of lack of care in handling parts. Also they did not put the metal valves back on and replaced them with cheap plastic valves. I would have demanded they put the metal valves back on but I did not notice the plastic valves for few days - another sign of lack care in handling parts.

Service was quick and reasonable price. Got a winter tire patched without any pressure to buy a new or used one. The saleslady saw the tread was pretty good and said they could easily repair it. Another place said they couldn't repair it because it was above the tread. But that's exactly where it can be fixed. Pretty happy. Oil change was fast and no evidence of dirt residue as is the case with older vehicles.

Called at 630 Thursday evening. They had my tires brought in within an hour, and they waited after closing for me to install my winter tires. By 8pm I had my tires on my car. Exceptional. Customer. Service by the younger guy at the desk that night. They also want to follow up with their work by asking you to come to have your wheels re-torqued. No wait for that either. Thank you. I will be back. Highly recommended tire shop who put their customers first.

This review is not about the tires…only time will tell me how good the (Good Year) tires are. This review is about JoTires. I Was going to get my tires from Costco...but my friend referred this shop. Just went to check the price but the way Mike explained, I could not resist and bought the tires from him. Price and the service were very good. The lady in the front also very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely suggest any one to use their services. It is not like any other tire shop…. I am glad I found this shop.
