Good selection of used tires,got to pick from a selection, so I got the best two of the 10 available, very pleased about that; for that I recommend you purchase theirs tires and run away from them installing anything on your car. Unfortunately they failed to tell me that the vehicle that carries my 6mos son drove away with 4 of the 5 wheel nuts. I noticed the day after they installed as there was a shake coming from the tire, called them and the manager promptly stated he didn't do it and it must have been someone else, it very well could have been another shop (5weeks earlier) but the fact they failed to inform me of this safety concern of which they themselves fastened and the way they handled my concern as the person who put their family in what was believed to be a safe vehicle gets them a whopping 1-star. If that place scrubbed up, and smartened up their customer service, they may have a future.

Hey there, i stopped by a while ago with my dad to get my tires changed, needles to say i was very pleased with the service and was now wondering if you guys purchase used tires from customers?

1) Called in and asked for new tire price but come installation they told me that is the price was for a used tire. 2) The wait was 2-3 hours. The only reply you will get when you ask: when will it be ready? is “it will be ready when it’s ready”. 3) workers will often forget to balance and fill tire pressure to full. 4)owner will pick up the phone, answer 1 question and then hang up. 5) after installation there was a grinding sound.

Not sure who i spoke to on the phone but they were rude and had no customer service skills at all. This turned me off to the whole experience of buying from them, if they do have quality used tires then great but i wont be buying them.

The price given on the phone including balanced and installed was not the price once I got there. The tires had plugs in them and were cracked. Needless to say, not impressed

Went it to change my all seasons to winter tires. Didn't balance the wheels even though I paid for it. Lost all my wheel caps as well. Very dismissive, act like they don't need your business. Don't give them your business

Got my tires changed here recently and it was a breeze. I made an appointment over the phone, brought my tires, and I was back and driving in about an hour. Can't ask for better service. The rate was also very affordable (similar to Canadian Tire and Costco).

Extremely poor customer service and Mr. Ishmat - Senior keep saying don't waste my time i am busy , i have things to do , don't waste my time...this is upon inquiring for different tires and finding the best for what i am paying for hundreds of $$ I had to tell him: i drove to your place on almost flat tire while other drivers on the road were waving me to let me know, so please stop telling me that I am wasting your time and go outside have a look of my car. The only reason i am still giving 1 star is there is nothing less than 1 **Old white guy old in the shop still very accommodating and tried to help while he can but of course he got to listen to his boss. Good job bro keep up the good work** Unfortunately Mr senior is very arrogant n have no regard of customer. You better have some Young blood run this place may be under your supervision.

They dont check their used tires properly. Please be careful buying used tires for these guys just because it has thread doesn't make it safe to drive on watch out for dry rot and leaks.

Just called to check if they had a specific tire in stock and how much it would cost for tire and install. Said “hi how are you?”. Received the “what do you want”. The person on the phone was speaking over me the entire time while I was trying to get my question out. Also, after telling him the size i need, I was abruptly interrupted with a suspiciously declared “yes I have 20 of those” as if he just wanted me off the phone and telling me what I want to hear. I asked if he wouldn’t mind verifying before I drive all the way down and I received the answer “you’ll have to call back tomorrow then”. My 3 year old little sister has better communication and assistance skills than this company as a whole...My review

Very poor service and rude staff. I just got 4 used tires from them and got them checked from my own mechanic who asked me to get 2 out of the 4 replaced as they were not the best quality for the price I paid! When I came back to get them replaced the elderly gentleman sitting at the front counter said I showed you everything. I told him I am not an expert and I went and took an expert’s opinion! He replied saying well I don’t have time now! Very poor and low class service! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Avoid at any cost, I changed 2 tires three days ago and one of them got punctured. I went back and they said that I need another used one which I agreed to pay for, they installed back my old tire from three days ago that was supposed to be disposed. The owner kept denying until I showed him the manufacturing date / brand that matched my other tires since 2010, he claimed he has alot of them but refused to show the inventory even though I know they don't since they told and showed me they only had Continental brand the first time I came in. I believe the first tire that I received was damaged too.

Don't go there, they damaged my lug nut while installing all season tires and it was a mission to take them off... They don't use torque wrenchs
