Great place, been here a few times already, and the staff always go above and beyond. On my most recent visit, the owner went out of his way to assist me with a tire I needed repaired after a pothole incident. Not only is the service amazing, but you also won’t find a better price anywhere else. If you need tires/rims do yourself a favour and check this place out!

Spent more than enough money on rims and tires at this shop. Went three times, once to get the rims installed, and twice after because the car was shaking after 85km/h. All three times I was told the rims are balanced, the set up is fine, we don’t know why it’s shaking. The third time, Justice (whoever he is, owner or just one of their mechanics), spoke to me directly and said it must be my alignment and to get that redone and come back. I said okay, and went to my regular mechanic. When my mechanic took the rims off, he checked the balance and found that three rims we’re completely off balance, and the fourth didn’t even have weights on it. I ended up paying for a balance on the rims, and the problem was fixed. When I sent 416 a message to explain what happened, I got a call from justice. He started the conversation by asking me to reiterate the issue, which I had already explained over text. When I explained the situation to him again, he told me “well it’s not possible that that’s true because I checked and every rim had weights, your mechanic must have taken them off”. He followed that up with a couple other excuses before resorting to just telling me to calm down, relax, chill, and that they’d figure it out (which theyd said each time I came back to check the problem). When you spend $3000+ on a set of rims and tires, you expect the installation and customer service to go smoothly. If the shop makes a mistake, they apologize and move on, but that’s not what Justice wanted. He was right, my mechanic was wrong and sabotaged the set up and that’s that, no other scenario is possible. Oh and by the way, the third time I went to fix my problem, it was 4/20, and Justice’s eyes were redder than the eye of Sauron. Anyways, long story short, these guys are completed unqualified. I’ve had three sets of rims on my car, and never had these problems. I’d 100% say if you’re looking for rims on your car, and you actually care about your car, find another shop.

He was telling me he is ordering the tires and after 4 months later he basically told me to get lost and he does not want to give me my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS THEIF. Went here because my 2 front tires had a slow leak. I dropped in without an appointment. They inspected them and didn't find any issues so they were remounted with extra sealant. I was charge $30ish which was the amount charged usually for one tire. They haven't leaked since so they did a good job.

Amazing experience and extremely satisfied! I usually don’t like to go get anything done for my car on my own, as I have been scammed numerous times, but i was highly recommended to go to 416 wheels and tires and was told that I would get walked through the whole process. As it turns out not only did they go step by step with me and provide me with options but Lynna and Justice were already outside waiting for me so I didn’t have to wait, as I had an appointment with them. Besides the fact that I could see everything that they were doing to my car I felt comfortable and I was entertained the whole time. Saved $640!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST PRICE IN GTA. Tell him Marcin the Youtuber sent you:) This was the 5th store I visited that day to get a price on new 19" rims and Tires. The Owner; Justice was super cool and helpful, he had plenty of fresh wheels in stock and put out a couple next to my car to get a sense of which one would look better. In the end I grabbed a pair of 19" Scattered NICHE ASCARI's and 19" Continental Extreme Contact DSW06. Just for fun I called two other stores I visited to get a quote, they were average $640 MORE for the exact same setup. Make sure you stop by and say hi to all the cats.

Basically anything that could go wrong did!! Have a luxury car with expensive 19 inch BMW rims and michelin winter tires tires. Had my winter tires changed over, (take Summer tires off rims and put winter tires back on rims) Had one run flat tire with only a few psi to no air in it and started to drive home not knowing, you know because I trusted them to do their job properly....and messed up the run flat Michelin winter tire. Was able to pump up tires at gas station, thought maybe the tire had a nail or cut in it but it was able to hold air no problem for a few days. but had to replace 2 of the tires because the runflat side wall all chipped away from inside of the rim area from driving on them. Checked all the other tires and they were all either almost flat or pressure not adjusted at all to factory specs. They were all 15-20psi air. Also they never replaced my old tire valves either which i paid to have done too. Also 3 of 4 of my BMW rims were scratched in a circle pattern by the lug nuts/hub area. Seems where the tire balance machine locks onto the rim caused the scratched area close to the centre cap and lug bolts area. Lost my trust and lost another $800 because of their laziness and negligence for safety and quality control. I went to another shop for the damaged tires replacement and they said my wheel nuts were not torqued down properly at all. Some were too tight or too loose when checked with a torque wrench and my wheel lock key was damaged. So in total all the things they messed up: -damaged BMW rims - 2 damaged tires from not checking air pressure after installation - and loose lug bolts - and no new air valves Tired to contact them to make things right with no answer through email and phone, so I decided to write this review instead. I don't usually complain because I know some things happen by accident but this encounter really grinded my gears.

Just an updated review, things were sorted out and all is well. Had two jobs done, one was fixing a nail in a tire, it was a busy day, but they managed to squeeze me in at the end, patch was sorted out nicely. Had some tires i wanted to swap onto my current wheels, big tires though (large 35" on a Jeep), but they can handle it, balanced and installed. Good service.

Beware of this shop! 416 Wheels and Tires installed the wrong offset rims on my one day old 2015 Subaru WRX STI. Then drove the car from the rear of their shop to front. The rims cut into my Brembo calipers and and run-out my rotors. Both front calipers were gouged with metal missing and not refinishable. The repair costs from multiple Subaru dealerships is over $3500 to replace all the damaged parts and 416 Wheels and Tires is refusing to pay for the repairs. 416 Wheels and Tires admitted to negligence in writing, refunded the winters + rims, but is leaving me with a +$3500 bill right before the holidays because they won't fix the damages they caused. I would never recommend anyone go here after this experience. I bought a new car that worked extremely hard for and now I can't enjoy it because of their mistake. This is furstrating and I've given 416 Wheels and Tires every opportunity to make things right. I'm writing this review purely so no one else has to go through this experience. In Response to the Owner: Dec 29th Thanks for the apologies again but the solution to fix the damages is a non starter. 416 Wheels and Tires is offering to refinish the calipers which voids my warranty. I have proof of this from several Subaru dealerships within the GTA. Subaru and all of the other shops I've spoken with recommend replacing the damages parts, which 416 Wheels and Tires is refusing to do.

There's a big lack of professionalism and business understanding at 416. I called the number listed on Saturday as I needed some tires mounted on a set of wheels. The hours posted said 10-7pm and it was 2pm, Justice answered the phone and said they were not open which I found odd. He then said that he would be open 12-5pm today (Sunday) and I said I would come by to get the work done. I show up at 12pm and wait until 12:05 to head inside. The gentlemen who uses the other half of the unit said Justice should be arriving in 10-15 minutes so I waited outside. I went back inside and he was still not present so the other guy called Justice and was trying to explain things but in an effort to save time told me to talk to him. Justice seemed like he had no idea what was going on and basically told me he wasn't going to be in today. Very unprofessional after telling me himself he would be in 12-5pm just the day before. Would suggest avoiding this place if your after reliable and professional service.

I never take the time to do these review things so this is a first... I've had so many bad experiences in regards to automobile service in the past that I decided to write this review based on a great experience this time. I got an AWESOME deal on my tires!!! Costco wasn't even close with their rebate. The service was fantastic and very quick. I had all four tires changed and I was in and out by the time it took to have a cigarette lol..literally. He was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about tires, rims, etc. I highly recommend this place and will return again in the future.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! I got my winter tires changed from this shop January 11th this year for my 2011 Mercedes Benz GLK 350. I went to go change my winter tires from them and I am trying to switch my tires back now but one of the original bolts they took off is missing from the box I gave them to put it in. I called back the store to ask them what they can do and the manager there was super disrespectful and they just said there’s nothing they can do. Now I have to spend more money and go to my dealership to get this original bolt. Terrible customer service, especially for something that was their fault. Please check your bolts if you got it changed from them!

Just purchased a new 19’ set for my G37 coupe at 416 wheels and tires. Was recommended to go here by a friend of mine. Dealt with Justice and Lynna who were both awesome to work with. Justice is the tire expert and handled all my questions and concerns in order to meet my desired setup that was within my budget. I did not feel pressured into a sale or mocked for my budget being a brand new customer. After spending close to an hour deciding on the best package with Justice, he was able to work out a very fair deal on gorgeous 19’ 10 spoke concave rims and Continental low profile sport tires along with installation and balancing. Lynna ran the front desk, dealt with payment, scheduling and overall was a pleasure to deal with. She was knowledgeable as well and responded to all my texts regarding the process within a few hours. Tires look great with no issues whatsoever. Morning is the best time to reach them as they can get busy mid afternoon. Best tire shop around for quality, fair prices and customer service. Be very cautious if u buy here. Bought tires from this shop. They stripped the key to remove lock bolts. Tires were run flats and should not have plugs. They did have numerous plugs. Ended up with flat again. Paid for tow and new tires Again. No effort to make good on the tires.

Buyer beware: What the other negative reviews on here say is very true. I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews. This is he most unprofessional shop i’ve ever seen. You are greeted by by someone who owns a bike shop in the same building. The owner justice is not welcoming at all and acts like he doesn’t care about anything. It shows in the 3 cats roaming around and the place is a mess. One tiny bay in the back where the work is done. They could not mount 4 tires properly and scratched my rims. The payment is done on a cracked ipad with a card reader. Avoid at all cost.

My friend and I have had two very positive and timely experiences with Justice. In the fall of 2015 Justice found and installed two sets of tires on an Audi A4 and an Audi S4. On our first call we were able to speak directly with Justice. He gave us prompt and accurate information. His selection of tires and rims were more expansive than other centres. His prices were fair and there were no unexpected additions to the invoice. He worked efficiently to install both sets of tires in order that we could drive away safely with minimal interruption to our busy professional lives. Because we were so pleased with the excellent service, we returned in the spring of 2016 to remove the winter tires and have Justice install the summer tires. Once again service was the same day, efficient and at an exceptional price. We highly recommend his service!

Bought a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports a couple weeks ago and just now found out that they have a manufactured date of 2010. 6 YEARS OLD!!! Put them on new wheels today and found out they are also completely worn out. Had an alignment the same week I got them so that's not the issue. They either weren't actually new like I was told or they are just brittle and wore out from their age. I would highly recommend staying away. Just wasted $1000.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Hands down the best wheel and tire shop in the GTA! Never in my entire life did I think I'd be writing a review for a wheel and tire shop but these guys definitely deserve a reward for how awesome they are. Top notch service from the time I called them to the time I picked out my wheels to the time they installed them. Both Justice and Lynna are amazing and trustworthy people. Prices are a lot better than your mainstream tire shops and they carry all the name brands with manufacturer's warranty. They also do not shy away from going above and beyond - to no fault of their own (Tesla sold me the wrong TPMS sensors), I am having to bring my vehicle back due to a TPMS warning and they are completing the work at no charge. This is what I call service! The big companies have a lot to learn from these guys, its not always about making money but also about making your loyal customers happy. I have already told everyone in my office about how happy I am with their service and will continue to share my experience with everyone I can. These guys are going to be our family's forever tire shop for the rest of our lives. Keep up the good work! We wish you guys nothing but success and prosperity.

I found 416 wheels and tires as I was desperately looking for a tire rotation at 6pm on the Thursday before Good Friday. Justice, the owner, instead of telling me to come back another day, accommodated me by agreeing to do the tire rotation and assessing my tires as to whether there was enough thread that would not only last this Spring/Summer season but also whether they were safe for the road. It turned out that two of the tires had to be replaced and I ended up purchasing a pair of Pirelli tires which were affordable (as compared to prices offered at dealerships and well-known tire shops), had them installed onto my rims and eventually onto my Audi. I was impressed with Justice's professionalism, the great selection (and prices) of tires he has available onsite, and his amazing customer service. I plan to store my tires at Justice's shop next season. Highly recommended! ????

After reading a number of these reviews I decided to go to 416 wheels and tires source out a set of all seasons for my car. After talking to Justice and explaining my budget he not only educated me on the best type of tires to meet my needs at the best price, but he also ensured the installation was done properly. At the end of the day I got a set of tires that I was happy with and installed at a cost cheaper then the other tires places I looked at including Costco which was just down the street. I will surely tell everyone to see Justice when looking for a set of tires.

**read the other 1star reviews before you buy**Do not buy aftermarket rims or tires from here. Paid 2900 for new rims and tires on my truck. Was told they were 22x10 twice on the phone. Got there, they installed the rims and tires and they were only 22x9... Not what I asked for. So I said ok, I'll deal with it. Drove away and immediately on the highway the entire truck was shaking like crazy. Took it back (took a day off work) for rebalancing and was assured everything was ok THIS time. Drove it for 3 days and all the wheel balancing weights fell off. (they use the cheap plastic stick on type). Had to take my truck (another day off work) to go pay 140 dollars to get it PROFESSIONALLY Balanced at a genuine tire store. Very amateur experience here. I would not recommend buying anything from this store
