my ol truck broke down in the dark of night. so i got it towed and gracefully left it in their parking lot overnight. my luck turned around when they had a cancellation. they worked on my truck and had it finished by the time i was finished my shift! 405$ parts (195) and labor(210) for replacing a bad fuel pump

I was passing through town when I had an issue with my wiper arm (It was loose). I stopped in here and asked them to take a look. They tightened up the wiper arm and sent me on my way... No charge. Very friendly staff. Thanks guys!

Excellent service. Very professional and fixed my exhaust (flex pipe) on my suv for a fraction of the price the dealership wanted to charge. Dealer sells entire unit only but these guys can do custom exhaust work. Highly recommend Dale and the boys!

We were on day 3 of a 37 day roadtrip, from Toronto, Ontario to Newfoundland, pulling a tent trailer without any working trailer lights. Back in Ontario, we took the vehicle and trailer to service 3 separate times, all of which were unsuccessful and were told they had no other solutions. We randomly found MacMillan's Auto Service around 6:15pm (yes, after closing hours) and walked in and spoke with a gentleman at the front which we explained our issue. Instead of turning us away and telling us they're closed, he took extra time to come outside to our vehicle (in the rain) and help not only diagnose the problem, but also fix the issue within a matter of 20-30 mins. We were highly impressed with the hospitality and customer service of MacMillan's Auto Service and would highly recommend this place to anyone, including locals and travellers passing through the area with any car troubles. Unfortunately we did not get the name of the gentlemen that helped us, however we would like to highly thank you for going above and beyond to assist us in fixing the trailer wiring.
