This is my second time dealing with this business. Both times a very pleasurable experience. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and for how busy they are very quick service. I took my car in yesterday as it needed an alternator and was throwing random codes. The alternator was a special order that had to be ordered in. The alternator arrived as promised this morning, hours later I got a call saying my car was finished and ready to go. Although I didn't need one today they even offer me a ride to pick up my car. I can't say enough good about this company. Trump auto Medicine Hat will be my go to people when I need work done on my vehicles. Highly recommend. - Dan Dueck

I have been bringing my vehicles here for about 15 years for service and repairs. I have found this place to be a decent shop. Don has been honest to deal with. He has saved me money on a number of occasions. Once when a repair was not done properly it was fixed promptly for no charge. I will continue to use this shop and have recommended Trump auto to a number of friends.

I had a very bad experience at Trump Automitive.. getting a second opinion saved me THOUSANDS after Travis recommended I replace the engine in my vehicle. To give a quick summary of events, I brought in the vehicle to replace the steering rack seals. While in the shop, they recommended I replace the tires and the water pump. I agreed to the repairs, however within 20km of me leaving Trump Automotive, my vehicle started to overheat. I brought it back to Trump and they did some diagnostics. I was told that my head gasket was blown and it would be 12 hours labour to fix, so I may as well replace the engine.... I declined, obviously, and brought it elsewhere. Turns out the water pump that they replaced was air locked and no new engine was required. They also botched the wheel alignment and the tires were up to 2.5oz out. I am so thankful I went to another mechanic and was not gullible in this situation.. though I wonder if the water pump even needed to be replaced at this point? They did not stand behind their work in my situation.

Guaranteed fix for a life time! They fix it the best way and you don’t have to worry about it at all!! Book your appointment, leave your car, they will do an in-depth assessment and call you to let you know the trouble and an estimate to fix it, I would recommend this place! I wish they do a test drive after the work so they know if the problem is resolved or not!

I took my vehicle to Trump Automotive for the first time to get my winter tires put on. The staff was very friendly, the shop was extremely clean and was very Covid safe. The price for the service was the best I found in town and I will definitely be using Trump Automotive for all my future vehicle needs, inside and out!!

I went to swirls today with a friend and had just got a new vehicle two days prior. We were sitting and chatting while my 6 month old was on the back seat and we had the door open standing by him and a couple needed in their vehicle so we moved out of the way a shut my vehicle door, my car locked with my baby inside. We went over to trump automotive and two guys came right away and helped very quickly to get my baby out. They were very quick to help me and didn't charge me for their help. I am VERY grateful for their fast help. Thank you so much !
