seriously disappointed with their service.. dishonesty, unreliable work as if one of the tire installer damages the wheels.. wasted my time for making me wait for more than a month for tires that they never even tried getting it.. never going back.. save yourselves time go to Kirk's or kaltire and get proper services done.

My truck has an uncommon tire size, so we called Taylors to see if they had any. Red said they had a set of four. GREAT! We told him we would take them and be there the following day ( we live 3 hours away) he said that was fine. Well the next day, we made the drive to get these tires showed up around 10am and he didnt have them, didnt know where they were and never called us back to let us know where they are and when we could get them. Absolutely horrible this place treats people. AVOID.

Stopped in here needing tires, and was sold a pair of okay tires with some decent tread left. However, after about 30 days or so, my tires were going bald. They offer a 60 day warranty, so went back and got a replacement set, but they again weren’t of good quality and wore out after LESS THAN 30 days this time. Taylor’s doesn’t not sell quality used tires, from my experience, and very difficult to call and phone in as they are always busy. The lady who answers is also not very friendly, so I would not recommend this company, unless you’re desperate, and just need something to get you by and not looking for quality.

Worst tire shop in the area, worst service I have EVER experienced. Never answer phone, tire/rim sat outside all week and was never even touched or brought in at night (or fixed/replaced). Good prices, but spend the extra $ for quality service and peace of mind elsewhere.

Looks like Taylor's tires was having a real rough day when we showed up. They where very behind, with lots of cars waiting for service. But they where friendly, super fun to get along with. They gave us amazing quality service, and got us a good deal too. They did not let what seemed to be a bad day stand I their way, I will defiantly be returning. Amazing staff, and great deals! Rough around the edges, but always out to help the people. Don’t wait until the snow hits to find winters, and don’t wait until the snows gone to find summers. They get busy during peak seasons, and you may find their personalities to be rough but remember this is a privately owned family business which means they don’t have the help of corporate to help them stay ahead. May seem disorganized and cluttered, but they have great prices and do amazing work! Anyone claiming they didn’t do their work properly (not tightening tires enough) may not be educated enough to know things such as re-torquing after 100km and so on.

I've gone to Taylor's Tires for decades to get good tires on all of my vehicles. Sometimes the wait can be long 'cause they're busy, but I always get great tires with lots of tread life for a great price. Planning on making another trip there soon for truck tires. Honest and reliable.

These people may be a little rough around the edges it's true, however they are good people. I got a whole set of tires for an extremely and I do mean extremely good price, anywhere else I would've ended up paying double or more. Also, they are actually quite nice once you get to know them. If anything I would say they provide this service out of the kindness of their hearts, because from what I saw they are certainly not getting fat off their profits like other places. I think it's sad how the world is fighting for tolerance and acceptance and yet because either they wouldn't let you swindle them (like I saw a group try to do to them when I was there) or because life is tough sometimes for them too and they're a little cranky about it like the rest of us, all of a sudden they are "unprofessional" and " horrible", I liked that they were unprofessional and I didn't find them horrible, just a little gruff and truth be told it made me feel more at ease and almost "friend-like ". I will never go to another place for tires as long as these people are in business, they earned my loyalty and it may not seem like much but my loyalty is like honour to the knights of old, it's sacred ????. I also recommend buying those nice lads some coffee and donuts or something nice, like I like to do, they still work hard even if they are not up to others standards in the socialization department and deserve to be thanked.

Great place to get a very very cheap tire, now do that in under 4 hours and maybe i'll use you for more than quicky to get me into town to get a set of tires put on by a shop that can do it in under an hour. Realistically, 2 stars for cheap friendly service, i will return for patches.

This is the quintessential "grey market" storefront that every industry has (or should have). Their mantra is to save people as much money as possible regarding their tire needs. Quite the opposite of EVERY OTHER TIRE SHOP. I'm not saying that mainstream tire shops are unscrupulous...I'm just saying that maximizing sales is not their raison d'etre. They are fully aware that the people who come see them, come see them for one reason.....price. You're not going there for the decor, or the ambiance....you're not even going there to get in and out quick. In fact, there may be a decent wait. Everything they do is unorthodox, and you should expect it. But as soon as you understand their mission, you begin to accept the process. They will even barter for service. If you have some spare tires, they'll give you a discount. $5 to fix a nail in your tire? $10 to rotate your tires? Come on.....get outta here with those prices! And that is a straight up price, no haggling or bartering. Where are you going to get that price anywhere else? Keep in mind, the environs are a result of their economy. Don't expect to have a waiting room, or hot coffee brewing. Just the basics. If you need pandering, drop off your vehicle and have some Tim Horton's down the street. And would it kill ya to buy the tire jockey a coffee while you're at it?

I've been a few times to get tires for my vehicles. It's a hit or miss. Sometimes you stand around waiting for hours. Sometimes the people working are helpful or just don't care. Same deal with tires. Scored a nice set of winters for cheap. Also got sold a set of 10 year old regrooved car tires. Illegal and unsafe. Ran them for a year before noticing obviously had been regrooved (knew nothing about tires when purchased). If you dont mind waiting and possibly having wheels scuffed, it's a fine place to go. Just look at what you're buying first. You get what you pay for.

I left my minivan Tire couldn't get back for a couple weeks of course they don't change the phone over on Saturday to just leave the fax number running aren't open on Monday leave the tires that they do fix outside between the doors and got a running story oh my guy probably dismantled in disassembled it because it was broken when he saw it more than likely incompetent you'll get what you pay for go to an actual dealership and get a real fix guy tells me he'll do it tomorrow a week goes by I just phone tailors again the lady answered she asked the guy he says I'll do it Tuesday again these people are incompetent

Used to be great but been here 3x in less then 3 months and every time it's sit and wait for hours and I mean hours. Been here 3 hours today alone watching everyone go ahead of me like my time doesn't matter and I've paid in full for a tire that won't hold air. This after n employee took off with my tire when he came to remove the flat one and kept it for over a week had to threaten legal assistance to finally get it back on and it's been 14 days and it's completely flat again. So not happy going elsewhere can't afford the damage being done to my car by constantly driving it nor can I afford to sit for hours only to be told I'm being impatient. This is 3 hours of time I could have been at work that works out to almost 60 bucks I'm out for work plus money for a tire that was supposed to be fixed 2 weeks ago. DON'T GO HERE

My husband took a trip from Tilley Alberta where we live to medicine hat to pick up some lumber and ended up with a flat tire on the trailer, hoping to make it home after he filled the tire. Unfortunately he did not have a spare. He was on his way home, and noticed the guys outside the shop and took a chance in stopping by, with it being good Friday they weren’t working but we’re more than willing to help him.
