If you ever have a question or problem just ask and they will go the extra mile to help out. They ask, but they don't push, the extra's which is nice. I started going to Mobile One because my dad had recommended it. What I found there was that you're treated more like a family then like just a customer. By my second appointment the staff knew my name, and that's in the drive-through Lane. They're always careful to explain to me exactly what's going on, and they stand by their workmanship. I've already got three more people I've recommended going there. And they've all been happy with the service as well. Definitely worth the trip, your vehicle will thank you for it.

Do not trust for mechanical repairs!! They quoted us over $600 to fix our car. My husband and I knew something seemed wrong and could tell they were trying to take advantage. When we said we weren’t getting the work done there, their attitudes quickly changed and you could tell they were mad. We left the shop without having the work done, they charged us $180 just to look at it!! Took our car back to our trusted mechanic and our bill was only $100!! It was just 1 small cheap part that needed replacing. I’m glad we listened to our gut and got out of there. I Would never recommend this place! Update- As to your reply. Sorry, but trying to make me look like a delinquent isn’t going to work. You were paid for your services and the tow truck company said they would apply it to your bill. We didn’t ask. Thanks for the judgment tho. Also that’s exactly the problem, you looked at my vehicle for 1.5 hours and presented me with a $600 quote. It took my mechanic 20 minutes to discover that the temperature Sensor was done. He ordered the part Instantly!! He also replaced the cooling fan relays as a precaution. You had no parts ordered and requested that we get a hotel for the night so you can order parts for the next day?? Why wouldn’t you order parts within the 1.5 hours of staring at my vehicle. I’m glad you feel satisfied with your service but I surely was not.

From out of town visiting family and thought i'd get the oil changed. The service was friendly and fast. Unfortunately a day and a half later I noticed that I was leaving huge pools of oil on the ground. I tried to contact the store but they are closed Sundays and had no emergency number. Went to the location hoping someone might just be there but no luck. Went to the Walmart across the street and they were fantastic. They quickly put my vehicle up on the lift and told me the filter was loose. He could unscrew it with a finger. He checked the filter to ensure there wasn't a seal from the old filter in there and tightened it up. Walmart was great and didn't charge me a thing and the leak was fixed. Glad I hadn't tried to drive very far after the oil change. Even still I was paranoid looking at the oil pressure gauge the drive home the next day. So 2 stars for these guys and 5 stars for Walmart. UPDATE: Almost 2 months later thought i would complete the loop on this review. I was never contacted by the this shop for any follow up.

Mobil 1 was very good to me, treated as if i wasn't dumb, ( like most delerships do) I came to get my Universal joints and a vaccume leak done and they were very qucik and y truck drove perfect after, no more rattles and they even quoted me 4 tires for half price and warned me that i needed my cat cut out and that would solve my engine issues, they werre very cool specially kyle!

Very fast and efficient. These guys definitely do great work indeed. I've come here about a dozen times and never do any unnecessary work, just what's needed. And if they see an issue, they always do a great job of communicating the problem. They have a full range of oils, including synthetics. Plus wipers, filters, fuses and more. It's not the cheapest, but it's definitely one of the best.

Best oil change experience ever! With almost 16 years experience in town, these guys are still remaining friendly, efficient and professional services. I'm currently sitting in the car writing this review, actually I didn't even left my vehicle during the whole process. Kyle helped me today with oil change, very passionate guy. - Topped up windshield liquid once I pulled up. - Noticed that the filter to engine was dirty and had that replaced - Pressure checked for all four tires and set to 35lbs. And as I'm writing this review, all the works is completed. (25 mins max, beat me on that) So anyone in town is looking for an oil change, highly recommend! Thanks Kyle!

The staff here are awesome! They are very professional and they are very understanding of the fact that I don't speak 'car' and they explain everything to me. They are also super efficient! They even fixed my drain plug after another company damaged it. My drain plug was rounded making it hard to remove. Another company (in Lethbridge) put an engine flush into my engine and told me they were unable to remove the drain plug and told me to go back to the company who did my previous oil change which was in Medicine Hat. Mobil one explained to me that an engine flush should not have been left in the engine like it was (especially for the Lethbridge to Medicine Hat drive) and they ensured the engine flush detergent was rinsed out of my engine by flushing extra oil through it and replaced my drain plug. Thankfully these guys keep good records and were able to confirm for me that I did not have a problem with the drain plug last time, and it only came up after i had to go to another company. These guys are awesome and I would recommend them to everyone!

By light service, I refer to oil changes and a quick over view how the truck at the time is running. I was having issues with my brakes squealing, more than just a rock caught. I got in and they pulled everything apart to find that one of my brakes had a bent plate that was continuously rubbing and causing the horrible sound. By the end of the day, they had corrected the problem and got my car back to it's proper working order. Man what a day! After what seemed like the worst work day I've had in a while, complete with a soul-crushing hole in my tire, I limped my way over to this shop. Not only did they service the truck, which it was overdue regardless, but also made accommodations to ensure that the hole in my tire was fixed. Called ahead to see how much an oil change would cost, gave the make, model, year and engine size for my vehicle and was quoted a price, when I pulled into the bay I asked the cost again and the price went up almost $20 and it was the same guy I talked to on the phone 5min prior, he claimed the lower price was only for up to 5L of oil, hmmmm .....i just gave the specifics of my vehicle for a quote when I called and when I arrived he knew the oil capacity of my vehicle without having to look it up....SCAMMERS!!

All around great experience, I brought my mercury in , they gave me a quote and broke it down explaining all the costs to me, when it needed more work John called me personally and explained to me the problem and how they would fix it, took about a week they work at a great pace got the car back and it’s running better then ever. 10/10 would definitely recommend going there there also one of the more reasonable priced shops in town they don’t charge a arm and leg.
