Fair pricing and quality work, what more can you ask for? In an industry filled with people trying to tell you that you there are a 100 things wrong with your vehicle that need replacing/fixing to take advantage of people that don't know any better, it's nice to have someone give you honest feedback as to whether something actually needs work or not. These guys won't try to gouge their customers. It is this kind of honesty that keeps me coming back. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else in town.

If you need any work done to a vehicle don't hesitate to take it to these guys. Had an exhaust leak in my 32' class A motorhome. Drove in from Edmonton and they were accommodating, professional and very fair with the price they quoted. They ended up doing a perfect job despite some hiccups they came across while working on a 28 year old motorhome. These days it's difficult to find a mechanic shop that does great work, is honest, fair priced and truly cares about the customer, nice to see they still exist. ????????

I took my vehicle there for an estimate and still no estimate ten days later. I admit it was a more difficult case, but I called after the first week and he said he was working on it. I had also given them the option to opt out since it was a bit trickier job with my motorhome but they didn’t take that option. The guys were great and very personable when I visited. I could also tell they knew what they were doing. All that does them no good if they can’t close the sale.

We were in a jam and needed to go to Vancouver for Thanksgiving. Everything was closed in Penticton and my rear brakes were grinding. I was lucky that Jason picked up the phone and even though the shop was closed for Thanksgiving, he opened the shop for me and took my car for service. He could have easily turned us away, so we are extremely grateful for his generosity and compassion. We were able to get back on the road and made it home for Thanksgiving dinner. Well where do I begin...Once upon a time took my used 2006 Pathfinder in for an Inspection for Insurance. Had an appt made for the next day after purchase which was awesome. Check engines lights were off but came back on rite away and it was spinning out of gear, thought it needed sensors but not sure at this point. Have made an appointment with Gershaw Auto, SouthTech is my first choice but Larry has decided to retire... God Bless! The day I came in to minute muffler to pick up and stepped into the office section which was filled with cigarette smoke killing me and my lungs, was not impressed especially considering I phoned prior to my arrival, jeesh... Phoned them today and spoke with DJ about the problem and lack of knowledge, which was a complete and utter waste of time. After speaking with him for a few minutes, he says excuse me brb there is a phone call I need to take............................................................................................. after 10minutes on HOLD I hung up which is when most likely was getting an important phone call I MISSED...which happened to ruin my whole day! Boy oh boy I say what! big deal when you owe them money and want to have a lean on your vehicle, but when the tables have turned there is zero accountability on their behalf. ridiculous, never back to this particular minute muffler on Kingsway. thanks for nothing.

Brought my moterhome here to have the exhaust gaskets replaced. It was there for a total of 19 minutes and when I got it back the brakes were very spongy (just had the cylinders, lines, and calipers done less than 6 months prior) and the brake light was on. They allowed me to drive home 15 minutes away with barely any brakes!!! And they never did the gaskets and told me it needed a new motor. Little do they know my hubby is a licensed heavy duty mechanic and will ne having some serious words with this shop. Will never take anything there again.

Me and my buddies were stranded on a friday afternoon during a roadtrip to Calgary from Winnipeg when our brakes gave out. No place in town would take us in until monday, but these guys made it work in their schedule to help us get back on our way. Even when knowing we were desperate we got a very good price and havent had an issue since they worked on the brakes. I would recommend this location to anyone. Kind people and quick service at a good price.

I have dealt with Minute Muffler since 1979. They have done at least 3 dual exhaust systems over the years for me in addition to muffler changes and they are an A1 service to deal with. Their pricing is competitive but their service and the quality of work is second to none. Let DJ and his team look after you as your first choice and you will not make a bad choice.

Jason and his Muffler Argonauts came through again - First: I had no appointment - no prob, car was on the hoist in minutes for a look. Second: Moka the English Bulldog kept my wife and I calm while he phoned for a replacement muffler - none around. He kept phoning his various suppliers without giving up. Finally found the elusive part...THEN Third: Drove both of us in his personal truck to our dental appointments while they worked on the car. THEN Fourth: Had both of us picked up and brought back to the shop in our quiet car!! Super low price and Top Notch Service here, and I will be a returning customer! Very highly recommended! These guys are the best. They solved my exhaust issues at a very good price. DJ is the manager there. He was recommended to me by another mechanic. After the exhaust work was done I told him about a transmission problem I was having. A different Automotive shop had suggested that I may need a new transmission. DJ showed me how to check the transmission level and it was bone dry. He filled it for me, and problem was solved. I can't thank these guys enough. Saved me thousands of dollars (they also changed some belts that were squealing as well).

I had a leaking right side Schock !! The other one was 12 years old as well . The free inspection confirmed that they need replacement and that the brake pads were still in great shape and need not to be replace. The crew replaced both strutt and did a complete maintenance check on the brake assembly at a very reasonable price !!. As it turned out one of the new factory strut was faulty but the crew at the shop replaced it right away !! Great people and great service !! I would recommend Minute Muffler of penticton without hesitation if you want a professional job with great staff !! Mooka the British bulldog is also a cute one !! Rod

First time going here. Always hesitant going to a new repair place. But, can't fault them on anything. It was really timely work, good customer service, and best of all was the price which was significantly lower than a quote I'd been given from BCAA service centre.

Absolute disgust, disgraceful & money grabbing incompetent management. Brought in my 2010 dodge caravan for brake repair. I was called few hrs later & told my van needed rear Pads, brake rotor & Callipers on 1 rear wheel & materials + labour $950. I told him I don't wish to go ahead with the repairs. He called me 10min later saying he got prices for part cheaper and total cost reduce by $150. This ignorant man thought everyone was stupid like him. I told him not to go ahead with the repairs. I went to part source & bought the materials rear Pads, brake rotor and callipers for 1 rear wheel for $414. I spoke to a mechanic in town who said labour cost $100. I brought van & parts to him and in less than 1hr my van was ready. He said callipers in my van is good. I returned the callipers n got a $213 refund (I had just repaired my van for $300) compared to $950 Minute muffler in medicine hat alberta was asking for. I went back to the shop to show this reap-off people I saved $650...he began given excuse that the shop has to make profit from parts and labour and that was why I would have paid in excess $950 what shouldn't be more than $300. Ppl please do your homework b4 you go into this shop otherwise ppl in this shop will call you stupid & dumb for parting with YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY UNNECESSARILY. I will tell everyone I know to be weary & careful with this shop

The parts he ordered tinted tin to be more then originally thought and he gave a discount to help get to the quote he originally gave.
