It took a week to get my jeep back due to them ordering the part wrong, and just pushing it off to the side. The procedure itself takes 4 hours max. Then I get it back and it isn’t fixed and they overfilled my jeep with oil. BY TWO WHOLE LITRES! And they charged me for it!! Not can this only wreck the part they just put in but other seals as well. Very disappointed.

Had my mother in law turn up about a problem with her lights and she was told to keep her main beams on. She had a journey man mechanic round to look at her lights yesterday and was fixed in 15 minutes and discovered that Ebels had taken her drive shaft we will not be using this auto shop ever again and I suggest that no one else does as taken parts from customer cars is theft and is dangerous

I had a pretty bad time with this car shop, however, I have had friends who have taken their cars into Ebels Auto and had a great experience. When I took my car into the shop I kept asking when they could take a look at my car, they kept on giving me round about answers and shrugged me off. I don't live in town so it was extremely difficult to plan my life around something this that Ebels Auto didn't seem in any hurry to get done. It took Ebels Auto 3 weeks to finally fix my car. I called the shop often to see if they were making any sort of progress and from what I could tell they spent an entire week looking around for a part. And when I called to check in, the people at the shop were fairly rude and always acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Finally after the 3rd week of it being at the shop they told me that someone will specially come out on Saturday and fix the car for me so I could drive it away Saturday afternoon. I arrived on Saturday, and low and behold, no car mechanic showed up to fix my car. It took me until the next Tuesday to actually receive my car. When I finally arrived to pick up my car, I was surprised by the bill. It appeared that there was an extra part I was not aware of added to my bill. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. I will say that these people do care about what you're paying for. The prices these guys charge seem fair, and a lot cheaper than a place like Canadian Tire.

Parts ordering is great. The mechanical service is the worst experience I've ever had with a shop. Brought my truck in with no issues other than a leaky seal which I caught when changing my brake rotors. Truck came out with squealing joints and vibrations at highway speed. Truck goes back in twice for suspected joint failure in the driveshaft. Each time it went back was more $$ spent and the problems still exist. Taking the truck now to another shop for inspection. They should shut the shop down and focus on parts. Mechanics are inadequate.

I would 100% recommend Ebels Auto! When my '99 van broke down and I had to make it to BC for work, they were able to work quickly to fix it and somehow managed to get it done THAT DAY! That is extraordinary in itself (and normally I wouldn't ask but I had to). They were also amazing about letting my dog sit in the lobby with me, and keeping me updated frequently on what was going on. If you're looking for a mechanic, this is the place to go.

I have been having transmission issues. $2,000, multiple attempts and several months later I still had a transmission leak. They are cheap, nice, and tried hard to help, but it cost me a whole lot of time and money and I finally ended up taking my truck to National Transmission to get fixed.

Be careful and ask a lot of questions when considering using this business. Had a part replaced at a cost of nearly $900 that didn't need replacing and did not address problem. On top of that charged me $100 for a wheel alignment that was not done! Crooks. One star because I couldn't give zero. Karma...
