Wonderful Experience. I live in Calgary and found the vehicle I wanted here in the city. I found the same vehicle at Davis GMC and called them, Jamie told me what he would do for me and it was a better deal than here in the city. I didn't have to think twice about going with the Lincoln MKX from Davis and Jamie. We took care of all the details over the phone and via email and I had my vehicle delivered to me in the city 5 days later. I am thrilled with the service Jamie provided and would recommend anyone give them a call. Thank you for making this experience so great!

I have heard that buying a vehicle can be a stressful, unpleasant experience, but I wouldn’t know, since buying my Kia Sorento from Davis GMC Buick with the assistance of Sheila MacAskill Croker was exhilarating and downright fun! I won’t say it wasn’t stressful, because it was. I found the vehicle of my dreams but then it didn’t look like I would be able to buy it. I even woefully had to have my deposit refunded, which Davis GMC did promptly and respectfully. I have to admit I shed a tear or two over losing out on my beautiful SUV, but then came the text from Ms. Sheila: I’m not done yet. And she wasn’t. In the end, through an in depth knowledge of my vehicle, great communication skills and perseverance, I got to ride off into the sunset in my white steed, while my knight in shining armour victoriously waved me off from Davis GMC Buick. Who knew that under that shiny helmet could be a gorgeous, sassy, savvy blonde! When I made a decision to go from 2 trucks to 1 truck Davis was the Dealership for me. I contacted Don Nunweiler to set up an appointment. Don was not able to be at work the day I wanted to come so he set me up with Julie Heckbert. Julie was very helpful in showing me and explaining the difference between each model, her knowledge of the trucks was very good. Don and Julie worked together to have my truck ready for me on a short turnaround, and Justin was great in the finance department. I would recommend Davis GMC Trucks to anyone !!!!!!!!

I couldn’t be more impressed with service I received from the employees at Davis. They were professional, kind and trustworthy. Even when a problem happened, they immediately took action to fix it and made me feel like a valued customer. They went above and beyond my expectations. We put down a deposit on a truck that they said they had found and they were going to transfer in. Comes out 3 business days later the truck didn't exist and they weren't even looking for one. We took our business to Murrays where we have delt with before and should have went with in the first place.
I used the quick lube here. It was efficient and was quite fast and price was not excessive. However I did get a wiper blade replacement and it was over priced. I will stick to just the oil changes in the future.
Travis was good and helpful. Service Department took longer than expected but we got it all figured and now I am good to go, thank you.

Normally good, got a 2019 vehicle, and took for an oil change this week , only 22000km, and service said I already need new tires, ? I have only 1000km on since I got it , so was Sold a vehicle with low tire tread . Always check before you buy I guess.
Absolutely the most incredible service I have ever experience I entirely forgot to leave a review! My car’s transmission exploded 40km outside of Medicine Hat from Lethbridge I ended up having to sleep in the dealership parking lot back in January of 2016 waiting for them to open. I was on my way to Saskatoon for a business trip and not only were they incredibly nice and helpful the mechanics were quick and they even let me get some rest in the waiting room! After an awful night and an even worse morning they allowed me to rent a vehicle at no additional cost other then a rental fee to make it to Saskatoon! They made everything so easy and stress free for me in a time where things were not going my way so for that I am so increibly thankful! 10/10 would reccomend to anyone!
This was hands down the best experience I have had at any dealership. I was in Medicine Hat for a hockey game, from Lethbridge and happened to pop in and take a look around. Jill was more than happy to help me out and breaks any stereotype of your typical salesperson. There wasn't a second that I felt pressured or obligated to buy a vehicle, she was very down to earth, and super friendly. When it came down to the vehicle I wanted she was on top of everything and even went above and beyond. James is a financing wizard! I had a glitch in my credit from being young and dumb which has been haunting me. When other dealerships told me there was no way I was going to get the same vehicle without paying astronomical interest, he completely blew me out of the water when he called me and told me about the approval and rates. Being out of town and working all day made for a lot of games of phone tag but both Jill and James were patient and helpful the whole time. In the end I drove away with the truck I wanted and couldn't be happier. You would be silly to not check out Davis Gmc in Medicine Hat.

Would not recommend Davis to anyone and will be sure to make everyone aware of the situation that my friend is having to deal with for the 6th time in the last year. They are not abiding by the $4000 warranty they sold her, with her vehicle, have sold her a lemon of a vehicle, refuse to give a loaner vehicle to this single mother even though all of her contracts clearly state they will provide a rental if hers needs to be kept overnight. The customer service is horrible. Also, make sure you check the car proof reports any vehicle that has had service/ maintenance 5-6 times per year for 5 years should not even be on the lot, be sure to see documentation that any liens found have been paid.
Our experience was beyond great from start to finish, we needed another car quickly as ours was out of commission and i work out of town. They were very helpful, explained things clearly and got me in a new car fast. I am more than pleased with the service and results. I bought used yet was still given a royal treatment at purchase, introduced to entire staff to be familiar with visiting them for future needs. excellent experience from start to finish. I was referred from a friend, it started with a brief conversation with sales rep Don. He asked what i wanted. And he found it. no trying to push me into something i didn't want or adding extras i didn't need. Robin in financing was also excellent. keeping me in the loop at every turn on what was happening and what the offers were (interest rate, payments etc.) When all was said and done i drove off happy with my purchase and never doubted it for a minute.I will use this dealership for any future purchases, or service i need.

Given a series of negative reviews in the past, I have to post a very positive review. Having never purchased with Davis before, I was drawn to them because on of their sales guys (Travis who had sold us our minivan in 2012) had moved from another dealership to Davis and I, in need of a used vehicle decided to give him another shot (He's a good guy). I purchased a great used Ford Explorer and was quite happy with it until (long story short) it came to the forefront that there had been significant engine compartment damage from a battery explosion that SOMEHOW had gone undetected throughout their evaluation period. Knowing that this would cause untold headaches down the road (the damage was extensive and had only been patched up from the previous owner, and probably was the reason why this vehicle had been traded in), I took it back to Davis... and was ready for a fight. Not only did I not have to fight, but Travis agreed with me that this was an unacceptable flaw (which escaped initial inspection, mechanical inspection, Car Star, and subsequent inspections through the sale, until about 2 months after the sale). Davis instantly and without question provided me with a loaner car and evaluated the vehicle. The total estimated damages came to about $8000 in mechanical and body work required under the hood. Davis, knowing full well that I would accept zero dollars worth of responsibility (and wouldn't have even bought the vehicle had this been known before the sale), has offered to do the work and cover it 100%. This is OUTSIDE of the warranty which I purchased with the vehicle. They have claimed that this was a mistake that should never have happened, and their willingness to cover the damages is quite astounding. (I was ready for a fight). Though I am not exactly a GM 'guy'... I would highly recommend them. Make sure you know what you're getting, but know that they stand behind their reputation, and I've heard positive things from other people as well.
Very easy to deal with and very helpful. I was working out of town when i decided to purchase my new truck and had no problem explaining to David what I wanted done to the truck, debadging and wrapping the mirrors and grille in black, even saved me some money and the truck turned out even better than I imagined.
Time will tell, waiting to see what's wrong with our 2018 Encore. Always been treated great here in the past, have no doubt this visit will be the same

I am honestly so hurt and upset by the lies and misinformation I was told by Davis upon purchasing my vehicle. I have owned it for 13 months now and it has been in he shop 5-6 times now. They knowingly sold me a lemon and now do not care that they sold a single mother an unsafe and unreliable vehicle! I would give Davis 0/5 if I could and WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM DAVIS!!

In from out of town, with a flat tire - they removed, repaired and reinstalled it, late in the day, not refusing like another dealership did. And they did it for no charge! I know where I am going back for my next oil change, or perhaps new vehicle.

Well I have dealt with Davis in the past things were great last time. This time the sales clerks at Davis were fantastic but when it came to finance department they just gave me a run around. To be fair there was issues on my part but I did everything I was asked and I did them quickly. But then I would not hear anything for days. I would have to phone and see what was going on, no one seemed to know, then was sent on a run around once again. Did what was needed, then again would not hear anything for days. so being tired of waiting I went to another dealer here in town and within 20min they new why I wasn't getting any feed back explained my situation so I can understand and by the end of the day they had me the same vehicle I was looking for at Davis.

This was my first experience with Davis (and won't be my last). I have been a dyed in the wool Ford guy my entire life, so taking the step to a GMC says a lot about salesman Don Nunweiler. He made the whole process pain free, and put up with my endless emails and questions. We were only able to pick our new truck on the long weekend and Don couldn't be there, but Matt Lesmeister, Justin Bossence and John Corlett were great in all aspects of the purchase. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision, or being pushed into something I didn't want. I am already looking forward to buying my next vehicle!

I am highly disappointed in the sales and service at Davis. I have been in once a month for the last 3 months for the same issue on my vehicle I bought in June. I was told the engine was redone at 100000k , and with the issues I've been constantly having, it is doubtful I was told the truth. I have been charged for repairs on my vehicle and it is still not fixed. Would not recommend buying or servicing a vehicle at Davis!!! Once again my vehicle is going in and I am getting the run around. The lack of communications from this dealership is unreal. They sold me a lemon and are laughing at me! They refuse to abide by any of the policies in there paperwork for providing a vehicle when yours is under maintenance for 2 hours or overnight. I have been in contact with my loan holder, the claims department and AMVIC has been made aware of this situation. I DO NOT WISH THIS UPON ANY ONE AND EVERYONE SHOULD STAY CLEAR OF DAVIS!!!

Poor autobody service. Broke one of my headlights, ordered one that didn't match. Had to take my vehicle back because of scratches on some panels. Never finished on time, second time it's been there and second time I haven't had it when I was told. Although Al was very easy to work with I am just very dissapointed in the service.

We purchased a new truck from Davis Pontiac Buick GMC and we could not be any more satisfied! Ted Seifert was our Sales Representative, and he was awesome! He had a “no pressure” sales approach, and he was extremely knowledgeable. After we purchased the truck I was interested in purchasing some accessories like seat covers and a box liner. I emailed the dealership, and the Parts Manager, Mike Schritt, responded (at the speed of light no less!)by sending me numerous websites and attachments. This vast amount of information enabled me to make a well informed decision. We did shop around before deciding to deal with Davis. At one dealership, when we asked about a certain type of vehicle, they kept telling us “nope, we don’t have this item in stock so you should purchase this one instead....” they should have told us at the very least when this certain vehicle would be in stock. Also, through his employer, my husband has an “Employee Discount Program” where he is able to receive a discount from a few of the dealerships in town. At one dealership, the sales representative stated “I can give you a better discount than what your employer can give you” but yet, he did not ask where my husband was employed nor would he look at the sheet of paper where the discount was indicated! Therefore, how would he know what the number was that had to be beat? With Ted, he gladly looked at the discount. No questions asked! Thanks Ted! You are the best!!!! Dion and Adrienne Lattery
Once again let down by this dealership. Their Sales Manager Dan is completely useless at his job. My Salesman Hal was good. Although I feel the truck I was dealing on was the right fit for our family there was a cash deal sitting on the desk to go through after ours. Deposit was made to hold the truck until we decided to buy or not under the terms with finance. We was quoted a term which doesn’t exist with a price we was comfortable with. The difference in payment was over $300 / month. If you deal with Davis save yourself a headache and go deal with Troy the other team sales manager. At least he might get something done for you. They were very quick to drop our deal and take the next one wasting our time and credit score. Definitely disappointed and will not ever deal with this dealership again.

Taking my vehicle here for service was the worst thing I have ever done. If I could give 0/5 stars I would have . Let me tell you about my experience with Davis GMC in Medicine Hat. It all started when my truck threw a check engine light one day on the way home from the US for an emissions systems error. When taken in for repair, they had my truck for 3 days and came back with the diagnosis that my DEF fluid was empty and that was not covered under warranty and would cost me 2 hours of service plus parts (~250). After I told them that was not what happens when the truck runs out of DEF (it has happened before and a 1000 km warning is given for LIMP mode) and that I found it funny that checking if there was fluid in the tank seems like the first step in a solution they reluctantly took the labor off the bill. I was billed for 1 jug of DEF and sent on my way. What really gets me about this is when I took my truck in for an oil change 2 days later and asked them to fill the DEF it only took 1/8th of a bottle. The capacity of the tank is 5 gal (2 x 2.5 gal jugs) so clearly the tank was not empty and I know damn well they didn't give me any free fluid. It was a few days later when I was again driving out of town and my truck threw another CEL this time I was 147 km out of town and had 150 km to limp mode. Take the truck in and diagnosis is broken MAP sensor...but the only problem is, they don't have any parts available and have no idea when they will be made. So after explaining this is unacceptable for a brand new $85,000 truck, they pull a sensor off a vehicle to get mine going. That is about the only silver lining to anything Davis did although it took days of complaining before they reluctantly "disabled" one of their vehicles sitting on the lot collecting dust. A few days later the truck threw ANOTHER CEL, this time it was apparently for a broken glow plug, which ended up being the ultimate end in my relationship with both Davis and GMC as a whole. While attempting to remove the newly installed glow plug (which was also faulty) a ceramic piece broke off into the cylinder head. Davis immediately called GMC to inquire about the solution and they were told, this has become a known issue and they believe the shipment of glowplugs was damaged, yet didn't recall the parts or tell the dealerships to be cognizant of the potential problem. They then instructed David to remove the heads of the engine to find and remove the broken piece (45 hours of work was the quote). Being that this is a brand new diesel truck with 75,000 km (I do a lot of highway miles for work) I was not comfortable with them ripping apart the engine with no warranty on the work being performed. My powertrain warranty would be over next year due to mileage and I would be liable or all future repairs for the next 4 years while the truck is being paid for (Quoted a new duramax to $25,000). Again why am I being held accountable for someone else's mistakes. I told them I didn't want the truck back if they couldn't offer any type of guarantee on their work. Their offer was to give me $3500 extra on my trade in of the current truck which ended up being $13000 below what I owe on it. Not to mention they came back with a new truck which was supposed to be at cost and ended up being quoted with less of a discount than the original truck I purchased (not to mention the salesman was told he could only make $1000 on the truck). I attempted to make multiple offers which would have rectified the situation (ie. free extended warranty on the new truck etc.) and GMC came back with $500 off. Now some people might think I am unreasonable but at the end of the day I was the one that was taking the hit on price of my truck. I was more than willing to split the difference between the cost and what was owing in multiple ways but nobody would budge. I'm also certain they will be marking up the price on the truck the took back from me again profiting off of MY misery. So being that I was going to be losing the money regardless, I have now taken my business elsewhere (Dodge).

Awesome Service! ???? The other day my wife's, (Nikki) and I went out for ice cream at DQ. We thought we could eat our ice cream outside but the mosquito were so bad. So we decided to eat our ice cream inside the vehicle and listen to the radio. Long story short, we weren't able to get our vehicle started and found out that we needed a new battery. Jessica and Clint were able to get our vehicle in and get the battery tested, which failed. And told us that we needed a new battery. They were able to get installed that very same day while Nikki and I were at work. They also gave us an awesome deal on the Battery and I just want to say thank-you very much and looking after us, Jessica and Clint.

They don't really update their listings, the car that I wanted was sold when I emailed them. I also filed a credit application but heard nothing about it. Another dealership in town (Sun Valley) got me a credit approval from TD in ten minutes.

Even though things ended up falling through on my end unfortunately for the purchasing of a truck I have had my eye on forever, Jamie made the process throughout entirely enjoyable. From delivering the truck to my place of work after hours to show the vehicle, to being extremely upfront, honest and fair. Jamie is not your stereotypical car salesman that commonly gets portrayed. I would not hesitate to deal with Jamie again and hopefully can in the future.

This was my first time buying from a dealership. I expected a very different experience than the one I got. I had a cash-only price range and was looking to buy used but I was treated like I was buying brand new. All the staff were great and especially my sales consultant Shayne Manysiak. He was never pushy and displayed great patience as it took me a number of days and a couple of test drives (of the same vehicle) for me to make up my mind. I live in BC. Had an accident on my way to Medicine Hat with my Honda Ridgeline hit a bear truck was driveable so drove it to Medicine Hat. Spoke to my insurance they said they deal with fix it shops in Alberta. Took truck to Davis as they are fix it shop. Problems kept escalating. Had 3 conversations with shop manager about repairs needed told him the three areas that were visible despite these discussions he missed including one item that we had talked about a broken windshield washer container didn’t know about this until later I wanted to register the truck in Alta so had Davis do the safety inspection from this inspection it turns out the right strut had moved happens this is the area I hit the bear at. Right side fender tire and bumper. I felt this was probably the result of the accident but it was too,late to add it to the insurance claim I interacted with service department over the repairs needed to register the vehicle. Paid for the repairs Truck was delivered back filthy. Bodyshop dust inside and out hair from the bear still stuck in the tire between the rubber and the rim. It was driven maybe 20km and the interior trans cooler broke down. It was towed to the dealership who did an inspection and it was determined what the problem was it was at this point the windshield washer container was discovered to be broken and needed to be replaced body shop manager said it wasn’t on the repair order. Was given a quote to do the repair and was told the washer container would be replaced at the dealerships expense. Was given a quote when I got the final bill i was told by the service writer I was dealing with he had saved me a bunch of money final bill was 1000 higher than the original quote had them send me the bill upon review they had charged me for the washer container and a few other expenses brought this to his attention he reduced bill by the cost of the part and the labour. At this point I paid the bill and then wrote a detailed letter to the principal of the dealership sent it registered it was received December 11th. In my letter I said I felt the problems started with the body shop. They did not do a thorough inspection at the time they took it in for repair. I’m sure the strut was damaged by the impact with the bear. Asked in my letter to be reimbursed for this cost. Had a call from the dealership January 21st and spoke to the body shop manager his position was he has done and absorbed everything he is prepared to absorb around the repair. We spoke specifically about the washer container. He said the reason it was authorized on the repair was because he needed to submit a picture of the damage to get it repaired. He didn’t have that picture as it happens I had one as I took pictures of the damage when I stopped after the accident. It required opening the hood to do that. I said obviously he hadn’t done that he said he had done everything at this point he was prepared to do. So I am left with a very poor experience with no recourse to recover costs that would have been covered by my insurance if the body shop had done a thorough job at the time of inspection. Summation was right side hit, fender damaged bumper damaged washer container damaged right strut damaged all right side area of impact. Interaction with dealership personnel was poor at best my only recourse is to post my experience with the dealership and give an account of it. Overall rating POOR
I was selling my 2011 Yukon via Kijiji, Troy from the dealership had messaged me and made me an offer on the truck that we agreed upon. Troy made it so simple for me to sell the truck, he sent a team up to Calgary with the check and someone to collect the truck. I have to commend Troy and his team on making it such an easy transaction, there was no BS and everything was straight to the point. Excellent service by the team, if i lived in Medicine Hat i would definitely shop here, thanks again Troy.
I've owned 4 GMC/Chevy vehicles since 2000, and to date, not once have I EVER been able to get this dealership to complete a warranty repair. This is the reason I have been going to Calgary to make my GM purchaes since the 90's. Maybe if I feel nice, I'll let you quick lube the diesel I plan on purchasing from Calgary this fall.

I had a very positive experience when purchasing my pre-owned truck from Dave Leitch. He was good about finding out information on the truck that I was looking for. He also got my truck ready for pick up 2 days earlier then was planned at the dealership. I also dealt with Robin Lane, for financing and the paperwork which was done through email as I don't live in Medicine Hat. He was very informative and helpful in getting everything ready to pick up my truck. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and I would buy another vehicle form them in the future.

I have bought vehicles in this city at approx 4 different dealerships. I would say my experience of buying this vehicle through Davis was the most positive. We never felt pressured and all the staff was very knowledgeable about their product and area of expertise. Our salesman was Robert Tuck, I would recommend him to anyone. Found a great truck online that I called and set up an appointment to view on my way home from work in Regina. I called and set up an appointment for Saturday but got the job done early and was heading back on Friday. Called Friday morning to let hem know but only got the salesman voicemail. Left a message and showed up to view the truck 5 hrs later to find out they sold it. Was then informed that the message that was left cut out and didn't catch the number to call me back and let me know. The next sentence was " I noticed your number came up 902 blah blah blah I was with a customer but couldn't write it down". WTF. I left you my number the first time I called and did you not just mention your phone has caller ID? My caller ID on my phone keeps recent calls listed. Hmmm. If you would have just called and been decent I would have had seriously considered the 2010 and you could have had 2 sales this weekend. Bad move.

Aggressive knowledgeable individual.Via the telephone he had me trusting him and placing a deposit on same. I had to travel from Winnipeg to Medicine Hat. Honesty and Integrity for sure as everything he showed me about the vehicle was right on! Jamie and this dealership were a No Hassle dealer. Everything reasonably I wanted they gave me and more. I would give Jamie a 5 star for his Tenacity. Advice to this dealership is keep Jamie around as he represents your values and more. I will look at this dealership for my next purchase for sure. Bought a used truck there and was told it was a "hockey mom's" truck. After purchasing, found out the owner, since new, was an oil company. Very disappointed in being misled. Not to mention, the laundry list of problems I found immediately after inspecting it in my garage. They did resolve the issues, but they told me that their "top mechanic" performed their inspection. Well if their top mechanic missed a leaking rad, worn rear axles and severely cracked bushings, I would definitely not want to have a vehicle serviced there either
The extended warranty on used vehicles is a joke they just give you the run around until the warranty is up we ended up just diagnosing the problem ourselves that was after they took our van to a dodge dealership because they couldn't figure out the problem and that costed us money. They have lost our business, great job you guys!!

Refuse to give loaner vehicles even if warranty states they have too. They sell lemons and the service department cannot fix anything which is why cars go back 6 times in 13 months. Ask for proof that lies found have been paid, make them show you the full report and how many times it needed service/maintenance! Do not buy at Davis.
My husband and I but a new Acadia in December as we needed a more reliable vehicle for the newest addition to our family. Don and Robyn and the rest of the staff were amazing! I have returned to Davis GMC in Medicine hat because of the great experience I had purchasing a new truck from Sheila MacAskill in April of 2016. With the arrival of a new family member I had a need for a larger Truck. Sheila was great in helping me find a Beautiful 2017 SIERRA SLT CREW CAB truck that suited my needs in the price range desired. She also worked aggressively to get me top value on my trade. The finance department was also great. My common law spouse also needed an upgrade in an SUV. Sheila helped us locate a great used 2012 GMC DENALI ACADIA out of the AIRDRIE Davis GMC LOCATION. They were fast at getting the SUV here to medicine hat. Much to our delight she brought the vehicle to the house to make the experience of viewing easy as our new born baby doesn't allow us to be as flexible as usual. Sheila delivered vehicle to our home and did Demo/Delivery at our home. Wow I will never buy a GMC. My friend bought a brand new suv there last year, and she had it towed almost every single month for a ignition/injection problem. Now they want her to show up every week to get the oil check, like if we had time for that. They should take that truck back and refund her, total junk. We are going to AMVIC.

I recently traded two vehicles for a new truck. From beginning to end, Sheila MacAskill and John Corlett made me feel like they worked for me. went in to look at a new to me truck and david huntus, was great, didn't mind my humming and ha'ing, i knew what i wanted just hard to let go of a vehicle i made a lot of memory's in but it just wasn't practical anymore. took the vehicle home and realized one of the head lights didn't work when i drove to work in the morning, called david up and he took care of everything till it was fixed. great guy glad to have dealt with him.

After leaving a deposit on two vehicles the general manager Mike heddena.Backed out of the deal for no apparent reason. All the arrangements were made for delivery of the vehicles for an additional cost which was all agreed upon. The check's where already made out to the dealer from our bank. We had already bought a truck from lethbridge with no problem. Talked with Tim Davis to no avail. Will not buy from this dealership ever again. Had numerous friends ready to buy also but said they would not after this .

For many years I have been looking for the perfect "truck" that would replace my favorite, stand by diesel, which I had a sentimental attachment to. When I entered Davis, seen my new truck, something clicked and I knew I was doing the right thing. Sheila and Kristin made the decision so easy for me and the transition was smooth. They were very patient, flexible and willing to accommodate my needs and wants. I would strongly recommend Davis to anyone!
My wife and I bought a new 2014 Buick Verano in May 2015. The service was top notch, and the dealership was more than welcoming. The sale process was very pleasurable, as I have yet to enjoy buying a new vehicle in the past. Along with the sale the body shop repainted my new 2015 Ram 1500 as the paint started to peal off 6 weeks after I bought the truck. Note to self, don't buy a dodge. Even though the truck wasn't bought through Davis, and they had no responsibility to help deal with the problems, they stepped up and dealt with Chrysler Canada on my behalf and ensured that the required paint repairs were paid by Chrysler and I experienced minimum hassle. They gave me a loaner truck, a GM 1500, the truck I should of bought. Again I can only say positive things about this dealership and their commitment to their customers. As of June 28th my poor Buick had suffered just under 13000 in damage from a collision with a deer during my move to Ontario. The wife was driving with 3 children in the back, and thanks to the well engineered construction of the car there was only some minimal bruising from the seat belts. We had the car towed back to Davis from Sask where the accident happened. Al from the body shop has taken care of all the dealings with the insurance and is ensuring that the repairs are completed and the car is returned to us all the way over here in Ontario. Along with Mitch who has stayed in constant contact with us to keep us updated the staff at Davis is beyond top notch. My experience with Davis has been by far the best car buying experience I have had since I bought my first new vehicle in 2004 and I will be returning to purchase any future vehicles from them, even though I am now living in Ontario. That alone should show how positive my experience has been with them, they have far surpassed any expectation I had and they continue to go above and beyond.

We were a bit hesitant to even look after our Calgary experience but we worked with Andrew in sales and appreciated his help and honesty. We were driving from Winnipeg to Calgary recently and when we arrived in Medicine Hat we noticed a noise on one of the rear wheels of our Dodge Caravan. We asked someone in a restaurant whether he could recommend a repair shop that would be able to check the vehicle and he suggested several Chrysler dealerships. When we contacted them none of them were able to help us for several hours so we decided to try your service department even though we were driving a Dodge! Your service people took us in immediately and discovered the problem in short order. It turned out that we only needed two lug nuts installed on the wheels. They had the parts delivered from a Chrysler dealership, installed them and torqued all 4 wheels for us. When I went to pay for the repairs we were told there would be no charge for the labor...only 6 dollars for the parts! Unbelievable! Thank you so much for the amazing service! We would recommend your shop to anyone. And we weren't even pressured to purchase a GM vehicle! Super service that is very rare these days! Ron and Wendy

I've been going to Davis for quite a while, and I really don't anything bad to say about their vehicles or service. I had my my vehicle in last week to get my seat repaired, and I couldn't have been happier with the service I got. I really like the new service manager Tony, and I feel like he is welcoming change. I can tell he has a customer first attitude, and will do whatever he can to make customers happy. That kind of attitude is what will make people keep coming back. After two previous used-vehicle purchase experiences at Davis GMC Buick, both of which were great, how could I not come back for more? This time around I was looking to swap my minivan (a 2012 Chrysler) for something a little more sure-footed in the winter weather we get around here. Somewhat appropriately, it was a bitterly cold Saturday morning in December when I walked into the showroom. Sheila MacAskill was quickly on hand to offer assistance and hot coffee, and after a few pertinent questions regarding what I needed and wanted from a vehicle, she informed me about the deals currently available on the 2013 GMC Terrain. She then headed out onto the lot to clear snow from an SLE version and bring it around for me to take a closer look at. Not a pleasant task since the temperature was at least 25 below zero before taking wind-chill into consideration! Naturally, a test drive followed....thank goodness for heated seats! The Terrain was very easy to drive, and gave me a lot more confidence to handle the icy conditions than my minivan ever could. I enjoyed the drive, and upon our return to the dealership we started to talk numbers. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 2013 Terrain could be mine for less than I was currently paying for the minivan. As a result, I set my sights a little higher, and we began talking about a 2014 Terrain SLT1, which had more "toys" than the SLE. Sheila then informed me that zero percent interest financing was available on all 2014 GMCs, which was too good a deal to pass-up, so once again she headed out into the freezer to clear snow from a vehicle so that I could take a look. I was sold. Some more number-crunching followed, again with pleasantly low numbers resulting, and the deal was done. I was then introduced to Robin Lane to go over the financial details. I had dealt with Robin previously (when I bought the minivan) so I knew everything was going be handled quickly and efficiently. The vehicle was ready for me a couple of days later, and after Robin steered me though the necessary paperwork Sheila took the time to explain all the important features of the vehicle to me. A tour of the dealership followed, during which I was fortunate enough to win a T-Shirt in their "poker" game, where one card is dealt in each of the departments. So, I have now had three buying experiences at Davis GMC Buick, and they just get better each time. Would I go back a fourth time? Without hesitation!
I need an updated wireless charging module for my Silverado. I contact GM Canada Parts, part of Davis GMC, and they had the part in stock. The part, in question, was about $20 cheaper than anywhere else in Canada. Ordered and received it over night via FedEx. The total cost was still below what other companies were selling it for. Just purchased a new family vehicle through Andrew at Davis. Was looking for fleet vehicles for my DD company. Dealt with some shady salesguy named Tony Weigel. Needless to say you are better off purchasing anywhere other than this place. Not only was he rude in my dealing with him he was blatantly trying to gouge me on pricing. I would suggest anywhere else. GOODLUCK DAVIS GMC on hiring winners, my money will be spent elsewhere. Maybe look at who you have representing your company a little bit better in the future.

went through the lot to be able to see what they had seen a truck that i really liked and would have bought nobody cam out too see if i needed any help went inside to ask and the girl at the front paged for a sales person seen them standing around but nobody came to help so i left and will never go back

We were looking for a used truck for safely commuting back and forth to work, in a rural setting. We had been to a handful of dealers but saved the best for last. We are so glad we did! My husband had successfully dealt with Ted Seifert on a couple earlier sales and he was our "go to" guy for this search. He, along with Don Nunweiler, found us a truck to consider, and they couldn't have been more spot on. They really listened to what we were looking for and delivered just that truck. It has exactly the options and performance we had hoped we would find in a GMC truck. They were very accommodating in every aspect of this transaction. We were also introduced to each dept. of the dealership. All the staff were very friendly and willing to quickly assist us if needed. Don Lane was our finance man and he did a us a great service with this, and in a timely matter. We were on a fairly tight schedule and he had everything ready for us to sign in no time at all. When the owner drives his Buick like a complete cuck and forgets the logo is on all corners of the car. The dudes lack of care just baffles me. Safety and driving are no concern.

This is Peter Witts posting this message "Not impressed". April 2018 I took my Pontiac Sunfire in for a bit of work. Which they did. They could not get a certain part and told me they would order it. Got a call in October to tell me the part was in and to bring my car in. Took it there and also asked that they look at my remote start. two days later got a call that someone had sent the part back the day before I went in and they would re-order it and call me. It is 9 months later and I am still waiting. They did not also not bother touching my remote start although the vehicle was in for two days.
Great people and great service. Far and above what I've experienced in the past at other GM dealerships.

Day one with my new Terrain, Dave was attentive and was able to find Terrain with the color and equipment I wanted. Shop tour was great, and even though they were all busy took the time to introduce themselves to me. It was quite the thrill when my Terrain was drove out of the showroom. Parts manager and crew are great to deal with
Kelly and the team were increadibly helpful in helping us find our vehicle. He listened to what was important to us, never tried to push anything on us. We've had other dealerships that hide things in small print or don't tell you everything that's going on, well that wasn't the case here. They encouraged us to ask questions, made a point of explaining everything to us so there was no surprise. Even after the papers were signed they were still so helpful with anything that we needed or asked about. Just an amazing team of people there. Definitely coming back to get another vehicle here.

Have had the most unpleasant experience with this dealership since I started my lease agreement last year in may. Countless problems with my vehicle, and TERRIBLE customer service when a problem arose. I am about ready to give my vehicle back and go else where. Where do I begin? My wife and I needed a second vehicle, on a very tight budget. Not only did the team at Davis find us something within 12 hours of me messaging them, they went above and beyond to make sure that we could afford, and make sure the vehicle was protected. Than, instead having me drive all the way to Medicine Hat, they brought the vehicle to where I live. I am amazed at how much they go above and beyond for their customer. I will be coming back for any of my vehicle needs from now on, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Absolutely amazing.
