Short notice appointment, called a day prior, ordered tires and they had them in first thing the next morning. Fast! As far as installation goes, they stripped two of my lugs, and I had to end up pounding one out and installing a new one. New service guy not taking care by threading the lug nuts on by hand first. This guy instead used the impact wrench to start threading and, stripped two threads. Oh well, no harm, ready to drive to Chicago, all is well!

Thanks for the alignment. This place can align jdm mini trucks. Some shops cant do these due to the width of the truck and hoist. Thanks guys

Service sucks in all areas of store. The shop can be dead and you will bring in a flat tire to which they inform you they need 2 hours.

I called in the same day of to have a tire replaced having thought it was unrepairable, so they ordered the tire I needed as it was hard to find elsewhere. After a while of bring my car in, I get a call saying that they were able to repair the tire. Very thankful and appreciative they were able to do so and for them to do it instead of selling me a brand new tire as it would've been more costly. Great service and staff. Definitely will take my cars here for tire purchase/repairs in the future. Thanks!

I called first thing in the morning with no appointment, they told me to come right down. I needed my battery replaced and an oil change. They charged me exactly what I was quoted; AND they had my car fixed before lunchtime! Friendly, Fast & Easy to Deal with. I would service my car here again, and recommend them!

Bad won't ever deal with them again or recommend them to anyone .They install items that don't work and when you take it back they don't want to correct it and then you have to fight with them to get a refund ie put after market wheel sensors in knowing full well they don't work on certain vehicles
