I didn't have to wait long for a tire repair, it was a first come first serve system, didn't have to leave my vehicle there or wait weeks for an appt. The staff were awesome and super friendly, I HIGHLY recommend them!! They're now my new tire shop, I will be buying my new tires from them in the spring.

Great bunch of guys! Had me in quick... Mounted and Balanced my 35’” truck tires perfectly while I relaxed in the waiting area... (other shops were very uneasy about balancing tires that big) Was in and out in a flash and my truck feels like a million bucks!

Thought I had a slow leak in my tire, so i took it in to get it fixed. They took the tire off water tank tested it and no leak, air up all my tires to the correct pressure and sent me on my way......NO CHARGE! I told at least a hundred people and now thousands more on Google. This is what I call S E R V I C E , I know who I'll be buying my next set of tires off of too...

Got my tires and rims changed for the winter. They had quite the line up but managed to squeeze me in. The staff were attentive and made sure to let me know when I was next. Some of the customers they get are pretty cranky and rude and they handle them well.

Nice guys, very knowledgeable, and the best prices in the area for tire installations, BUT they do not take app'ts. First come, first serve. This wouldn't be a problem, however they only have the capacity to service two vehicles at a time, so if you're only 3rd in line (like i was) your wait time will be 4 hours, yes 4 hours like mine was. Not great.

They were able to see me right away, and when the rims on my tire were the wrong size they let me know and were able to swap them with my original rims very quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Tried showing up before opening three separate times...no appointment needed they say...twice there was someone that got in before me yet the doors hadn't opened. Then a Saturday morning the store didn't even open at 8am when its the listed opening time. Brutal business operation.

The guys here are always amazing. I stopped in yesterday to get tubes put into my riding mower tires and they went out of their way to make sure it wasn't more cost effective to get new tires. Fast and friendly service, I really couldn't be happier. Rare to find such good Customer Service these days like at Sturgeon Tire.

staff were all professional friendly, swapped my tires, all good, but once I got home, I realized that they had given me the wrong tires, and I went back to rectify the mistake, but they insisted those were the tires I had on, one of them had a screw on the sidewall, that they marked with a circle of white, so, that tire can't even be fixed, the tires I had on prior were good fairly new tires, , but I needed more aggressive tires due to the weather, so now I'm stuck with 4 old tires, that I probably can't even use. camera doesn't show much of where these guys actually work, so check your tires, before you leave there, make sure those are your tires.

disrespectful service, they constantly loose your tires/rims very rude to deal with and there is never any management in the building, guys stand around on smoke breaks while customer vehicles are waiting to be finished.They never seem to have working tools, guys are running from there truck to the shop trying to get jobs done

The service on Marion store is bar none the best I've ever received in over 60 years of buying tires. Their prices are extremely fair (shopped around) for the quality of winter tires I picked The boys were all very helpful, definitely knowledgable and extremely courteous and even reminded me to come back after 100 kms to get my tires re-torqued. I would definitely recommend them for price, quality of product, service, knowledge of tires and friendliness

Dealt with Sturgeon on Notre Dame for years spending thousands each year on tires and repairs for my fleet of 30+ trucks. Gil at Notre Dame was the best! Had to switch when Notre Dame closed. Brought a flat into Maurice at Marion and, without having seen my vehicle or the other 3 tires on it, was told, very sternly I might add, that the tire was not repairable and I had to replace all four or I would be facing $7,000 in repairs to my truck. Not sure how he can predict the repair cost so well. Nice scare tactics. Can only imagine how many people fall for this scam. Took the tire to another tire shop where they repaired it for $33. No problem Maurice. I'm spending my money elsewhere.
