They told me to come back in an hour. So when I came back they couldn't find my tire at first. But once they found it, it was right where the first person set it down on there counter. He apologized instead he was getting pulled a half-dozen different ways at once. No big deal it took it to the back where the gentleman working there did my tire next so it took an extra 10 minutes but they did a great job kudos to them and thank you for the good Tire I can finally cut my grass. LOL thanks again

I was looking for trailer tires and wasn’t confident with the selection Fountain, Kal Tire, Canadian tire, etc. had to offer. I stumbled upon these guys and their website had great selection. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone to make sure they got what I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. They mounted my tires within a couple hours of dropping off. In person customer service was also good. This is where I’m going from now on for all my rev vehicle tire needs.

When I googled Specialty Tire looking for their phone number, I was kind of shocked to see they had an average review score of 4.7 with 100 reviews - pretty decent average for the number of reviews. After talking to Patrick on the phone and being helped by Jo, Cindy and Paul when I went in for a replacement snow blower tire, I now fully understand why they have the review score that they do. Quick, efficient and tireless(!) customer service! I will go no where else from now on. Worthy of everyone's business. Thank you

My wife and I were looking for UTV tires and we needed them now. When I called them they told me they had what I need in stock so I drove to their store. I was amazed by the selection of tires they have! It's not just for cars, but for everything thing: tractors, lawnmowers, ATV/UTV, name it! The price I paid for 2 tires respected more than enough my budget: it cost me $400 taxes included for 2 UTV tires with the rims on (120/tire+60/rim). Accessing the store can be confusing a little bit, but the route to get there is easy: simply on century drive. The store though is attached to another store that connects from the inside. If you are a regular customer it won't be a problem but if it's your first time like me it can be confusing. Overall, great service, great prices and great choices. Just a bit confusing to access the store.

Called from the trail after blowing a tire the day before a big ride. They were extremely helpful on the phone and found what I needed in stock told me to come down. Was 2 hours away and rushed to their location with 30min before closing on a Friday. Removed the tires in their parking lot and in 20min had 2 new front tires installed leaving enough time to buy the staff donuts! Great price great service and saved our big ride without ever making us feeling rushed. Everywhere else should take notes.

I was in the market for some agricultural tires for my daugthers atv, and when I found the tire I wanted online, the only place that seemed to offer them in stock was these guys. Placed my order and got a reply almost immeditaly. Had my tires within a few days and delivered all the way to quebec. The product was exactly as described and the girls at specialty tires were a pleasure to deal with. Prices wise the tires they sold, for my specific model, was about 50% cheaper than anywhere else I found. Definetly a go too for me for my future project tires.

I came here to get new bearings for a trailer, i brought in the old parts to make sure i got the right size. Unfortunately there was a mistake and they didnt fit. This really sucked. The thing is, they made it right and exchanged them no questions asked. Even when the wrong ones were assembled and covered in grease. What really matters is what a company does and handles an error, and they hit the mark and I will continue keeping them my first thought to go.

Great place for wheelbarrow tire issues. They were very helpful as the axle size on my wheelbarrow didn't fit the new rim I bought. I brought it in the following day and they made sure I got the right size bearings to fit the axle.
