I can't say enough about the staff at Selkirk tires ***extra shout out to Roger. Amazing! They were so accommodating, quick and fair pricing. I was treated like I was their best customer and it was my first visit. It is an hours drive for me but well worth the trip. I consider them my garage now. thanks~

Ken & I ended up at Selkirk Tire with a bent camper axle - needing 4 new tires. Roger was amazing to work with! He was honest & helpful & a whole lot of entertaining. We sat in the office area for about an hour & heard so much interaction with other customers. We were pointed in the direction of help with our axle. Turned what could have been a frustrating day into quite a day of feeling cared for.

Picked up a set of Duratracs at a great price to have installed on some existing rims. The rims had tires on them which were removed and new ones installed/balanced with no issue. Old tires returned and new rims were installed and torque checked onto the truck. Driving off with the truck my ABS light, parking brake and traction control light all showed up on dash. Alarming to me as they've never showed up before, I brought it back and due to them being a bit busy they quickly checked it and advised I can bring it in whenever works for a scan and checkup. Which worked good due to my psi sensors on the back being dead I scheduled a new appointment the week later. Brought it back, new psi sensors and a scan showed the wheel hub / bearing needed replacing due to a broken wire. With the owner positive it wasn't due to the shops mishandling but just a bad situation (my truck has over 325K on it) given the day it happened I was offered to have it serviced free of labor and charged a discounted rate for the parts. Even after the work was finished Mark the owner showed me the hub assembly (which couldnt have been the fault of the shop once I saw it) and explained exactly what happened but honored the initial deal for just the parts and made it clear there wasn't any animosities between the deal because of the situation. Been coming here for over 5 years and have suggested them to companies I've worked for as well for parts and tires and will continue to do so. Thanks again Mark.

Although I got friendly service when I swapped out my winter tires, my front tire was never tightened and the wheel was loose. Thankfully it didn't fly off on the highway and just came loose in town. The lugnuts, including the locking bolt were completely loose and could be turned by hand. We trust mechanics with our safety and this is not at all safe. I will be going to Winnipeg for my car needs.

Took my vehicle here for a seasonal tire swap to get my summer tires put on. Didn't think to ask for a quote cause I've never paid over anything more then 25 dollars a tire with balance. So expecting a little more then $120 bill at most. Showed up to a 185 dollar bill due to the fact that the balance alone cost me 85 dollars. Thanks for changing my tires but I'll never be back cause this is outrageously over priced

Owner Roger is ride and mean to me as a disabled terminally ill person who can't always hear well and is dying he gave me major panic attack covid exposure right in my face. Cost my tharapy bills. Don't recommend at all
