Mainly they are servicing commercial vehicles and large trucks but they were able to put a patch into my car tire and get me going again. They offer some used car tires as well. They're great if you need to have your tire patched or if you're willing to buy used tires for your car or truck. The patch on one tire cost me 31.64 including tax.

I have been going to Kroy off and on for over 15 years and always have been truly amazed and impressed with the way they treat all their customers. The true caring and 100 % customer service delivery is untouchable by most businesses nowadays. I told my folks to go there today and they'd gone to replace tires as advised by a mechanic. The Kroy crew, gave them a different story, and advised them to replace the ball joints immediately . They didn't need tires at all and were not charged one cent for the check up. This just earned them another "regular" customer and one who will be loyal and vocal about the great and caring job these folks at Kroy do. Thanks Kroy for taking care of my loved ones so well.

We went to see if they had a replacement tire for my friend's Kia Soul, and they did. Was put on the car within 30 minutes of being there. Fast, friendly, honest, and affordable service. Would definitely recommend this place!

These guys are the best! Went in for a title repair and was able to watch the whole process from inside my vehicle! It was very interesting to see the careful steps that were taken in the repair process. Very professional and the repair is guaranteed for the life of the tire. They also made sure all the tires had the same correct psi. I was expecting to pay more but my bill was just under 25.00 taxes in! I highly recommend this place for your tire needs. Also I like to support my Indigenous brothers that are in this business! 100% customer satisfaction!! Shout out to Richard and the boys!

My trailer tires burst and I was stranded on the road. I gave them a call and they had 2 used tires waiting for me when I pulled up. I brought the rims to them and was out of there in half hour with 2 very good used tires for a great price! I highly recommend, especially for used tires.

Best customer service and best tire service on the planet IMO. These guys are amazing at what they do without no greed. Went to big time shops around Mcphillps and they told me tire is gone. Replace all 4 and will be billed around 1000 plus. Came here at Kroy Tires and all was fixed for $25. Crazy I recommend it to everyone who needs their tires fixed or replaced. Have wide variety of used and new tires.

Just dealt with Kroy Tire and "Richard" and he was fantastic. Really helped me out of a jam with a used tire, and I couldn't have been happier with his pleasant attitude and superior service. Sorry to add this, but the woman who answers the phones there is a TERRIBLE, RUDE person. What a shame. This shouldn't keep you from doing business here, but just do your best to get to Richard I guess lol

I managed to run over a very large screw and didn't know if I was able to get it repaired. I went to a Kal Tire and they told me it would not be repairable. I mentioned that if that was the case, I would rather get a used tire, so they recommended I go to Kroy Tire. Upon getting Kroy Tire to inspect the damaged tire, they said they would try to fix it and if not, they would replace it. They were able to fix it, and that day I drove to Winkler and back with no issues. It has now been over a month since the repair and it's held up wonderfully. My only complaint was that the mechanic was not very friendly and didn't put the spare under the vehicle where it goes, he just threw it back in the bed and didn't tell me. Other than that, the man I primarily spoke to was very helpful and overall my experience was great. They saved me from having to buy a new tire!

Got 4 tires from here. 2 sets of 2( same tires) I was told that they were very close in depth and that they were in great shape. I brought the four tires to the shop and they said they couldnt put two of them on. As they were on there last limb and weren't recommended. Unbelievable someone would sell tires to someone like that

Okay so here's the frustration phone. These guys asked if they have a used tire. The size I'm looking for they say they don't then they get me to call back after a shipment comes and then don't call me back and let me know that they don't have a new tire or a used tire. Sorry then I'm quoted $245 on the phone for a tire and I'm thinking that's a great price... Then I drive all the way down there and then they tell me the price for the new tire is $350 so they were off by a hundred bucks and I said okay. Well that's the guy explain. Hey maybe they are computers were down. Maybe they quoted you the cost of it rather than the regular price. Again not my problem but now made my problem so I travel all the way over here to get the tire then they don't have used and the price on the new is $100 more than they said. So very frustrated. I gave the guys a chance to hey what can you guys do? Or instead of charging you $25 for installation will charge you 14. Can you do it now? No okay well so waiting like it's like my time isn't worth anything. Very frustrating. So here's my recommendation. Use pit crew instead. They'll sell you better prices for tires and they'll come and do it at your place of your convenience. So that's it for now. Thank you!

I was told my another tire shop that my tire couldn't be repaired, and that I could buy a set of four tires for $1000. Kroy tire was able to fix the tire, put it on, and check pressure in all of my tires for less than $30. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth checking out.
