I cannot say enough good things about this place. I've used them before and will always go back to them. Super friendly staff. Fixed a tire with a screw in it fast. They even stored and put away my spare tire (which needs to be deflated). Do not skip this place for auto service.

DO not go here!!!! I needed tires put on my 1 ton dually and the staff had put fine thread wheel nuts on my corse thread studs. I travled from there to garven road 1 way and lost both rear wheels driver side. Lucky nobody died, staff told me that this was now may fault, and wouldnt take responsibility. I still had the recipt in my pocket!!! If you value your life or anyone elses take it to a tire shop that knows what tires really are.

These guys are first-rate. Accommodating, competent, and professional. I use them exclusively for 2 cars for all maintenance/repairs and also for tire storage and rotation. Never had an issue and always found them a pleasure to deal with.

I've been a customer for a few years now. Recently, my rear brakes began making more noise than they should. I sent the shop a pic of my rear rotor and discussed it with Don. It appeared there was a crack in the rotor, same with other side. Took the car in, the shop had a closer look at the rotors, discovered that the rotors weren't cracked, just rusty. Don told me I could replace them, but it really wasn't necessary. So, I didn't! He could have easily said my car needed new rotors, calipers, pads and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I appreciate Don's honesty and his employee's excellent work.

Hubert follow up fast and went through efficiently. The tire change is pretty fast. Cozy waiting area. Although, pricing is very competitive, the service is very good! Note: since I got a new lug nut, he has written a reminder that it should be re-checked after specific km (1 time only)????

5 stars for: -Prompt service -Fair pricing -Friendly + courteous staff -Knowledgable + experience -A feeling of safety Regarding "safety" -- I'd like to note that in my experience going to auto centres, one may not always feel comfortable in this type of work area. So what I love about Integra Tire on 2830 Pembina is the way they make you feel there. The shop itself is situated just off of a high traffic area, easy to get in and out of. And when you go to the front desk you are greeted warmly and listened to respectfully. The reception area is always clean and tidy and comfortable. To me a feeling of personal safety and being able to trust an auto shop that will deal with us honestly and fairly is a very big deal. I very highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Mr. Moffat, Complete FABRICATION !!! The tire that came off your truck was NOT the tire we installed. When the truck returned to the shop, the tire we installed was still bolted on with the 8 (correct) lug nuts that we had installed. Stop blaming others for your lack of proper maintance.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!! Took my car to my local dealership, where it was recommended I buy 2 new tires and get some suspension work done for $1200. Went to Integra who carried the same Brand tires for $200 less. Also showed them the suggested suspension repair quote. Owner Don McKee pulled my car in, up on the hoist, and then spent 10 minutes under the car with me, reviewing the work the Dealership had suggested. The end result - the "work needed" was just normal wear for my car, and no repairs of any kind where required. The "Dealership" had fed me a song & dance, to pad their bottom line. These guys are totally honest, and didn't charge me anything for the inspection and opinion. Bottom line - I SAVED $200 on the tires, and SAVED ANOTHER $1200 on the bogus repairs I didn't need. Quick, Efficient, Professional, Tires in stock, clean facility, and HONEST! They have your best interests at heart. Highly Recommend them!

They were very helpful and contacted us as soon as they knew what needed fixing and were also ok with it being parked there for a few days until we arrived home.
