They make lots of mistakes and you have to be carefull where to go for the tires, The manager Kelwi is such a bad person, as to take stem out of rim the guy damage the seat of a rim and he install the tire, after the stem is leaking and cause cupping on brand new tires, and when I came back to them to fix that they took 10 hrs to do it after Kelvin Said you have to pay for that, well your guys who work there have to look that rim stem seat is bad, before putting tire on, rather Appriciating me for that I haven’t billed you to work from any other shop he was asking me to pay for that, Do not came here for semi tires if you want to broke down on road even with new tires.

Denray tire on boys rd: Awesome mechanic and place to go to. Even referred other owner operators to get their trucks repaired there. Their mechanic Cory left the company so decided to try out Denray on Oakpoint hwy thinking they would also do great work. WRONG MOVE. Denray tire on Oak point hwy: Changed fuel pump with these guys. 2 months later truck broke down with similar problems. Found out Denray did not think to attach suction line to fuel pump. Amateur hour. Ended up costing me $700+ more for their mistakes. Was not compensated for the trouble as they refuse to pay any portion.

I feel like because I used the MPI tire program and they did not collect any actual money from me, that I was treated like extra baggage and not a real customer. My passenger tire is since making a grinding rotary noise and they "faintly" hear my concern. If they were willing to treat me more like a customer maybe I would be inclined to pay them for the repair they most likely caused but for theirs and my sake I will take my business elsewhere. I was actually recommended the Springfield location but because the owner Brad told me my work would tires could be done sooner if I went there. He lied. But due to my time obligations I went thru with the services. Next time choose the Springfield location Oak Point is NOT trustworthy.

All the mechanics are good at what they do there especially ROB! Definitely recommend Denray Tire for both big rigs and cars!
