Curtis tire has reasonable prices and good hours for people that work 9 to 5. I can go in as early as 730 and have lots of time to get to work. They do more than tires too, oil changes and other vehicle maintenance, etc. The technicians are competent and careful. I've always had good service in dealing with Curtis Tire.

Went there with a blown tire. They inspected it and determined that a new tire was needed. They checked their inventory for similar tires and didn't have it. They asked if I had winter tires and they suggest to put them on asap and we can check for tires in the spring because that's when they go on sale they said. They provided a lot of info and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Great place to go to for anything tires!

Not a good shop for repairs my wife took her car for smiple repair and ended up getting charged for thingings she did not want done on the car. After all that, they did not do anything they said they would do even a simple oil change was not done cause it was empty and she drives my daughter around every day the engine could of seized. BAD, BAD, BAD SHOP DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR ANY REPAIR PLEASE!!.

My boss uses this place so I thought I would try them. I understand and have patience for the busy time it is but when it comes to the little jobs of just switching rubber off rims you are ignored and brushed off. No respect for the person with the little jobs...if you want attention and decent treatment here you have to be paying big dollars.

My elderly father visited this location yesterday to have a tire repaired. I guess people drive their own vehicles into the bays there. My father had a hard time with the guys hand signals as he entered the bay... the fellow came to my fathers drivers side window and was incredibly rude and said "When i am giving you directions YOU BETTER pay attention to me" and his tone was harsh. My dad was shocked at the scolding/ tone. Then I guess that people who wait for their vehicles in the waiting area are discouraged (but he isn't physically able to walk well) and they told him that if he was going to wait then he would have to have his mask on the ENTIRE time (which is fine, my father is an adamant mask wearer) and the entire time not one employee regularly wore their mask.

Did not rotate 9/32 rear snow tires to front drive axle, to replace 5/32 front snow tires. Mounted wheels back on last year's locations. When asked why not rotate, made a lame excuse "we don't ALWAYS rotate during seasonal changeover", instead of just admitting the error and offering to rotate them correctly. Too bad. Up to this incident, I had the impression for the last 3+ years that customer best interest was the way they did business.

I've been here for tire work twice so far. I came back because they were so good the first time. Showed up with no appointment and they had me all fixed up in barely half an hour. Long enough to drink one coffee and read one newspaper [supplied...good coffee too]. These guys know their stuff, and they work briskly and professionally, without any overcharging or gouging at all. This time they did a little extra patching on my tire but still only charged me for the rim and the labor. If I get winter tires, I will definitely go there for the install at least. And I think i have found the place to do my next oil change. Finally...if you are there after 11AM...there is a great Vietnamese restaurant right across the street with really good pho, spring rolls, etc.

Had a flat that wouldn't stay full so stopped in here today for the first time. Was a bit busy when we arrived but they got tire off and it could not be fixed. Decided that 4 new tires was our plan. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. New tires were delivered right away and installed and we were off. I came to the tire shop with a couple tire sensors. After the fact and after they installed them they told they will not work because they are different then what they are use to. Poor customer service. My wait time was decent, but I feel that they don’t look out for you just want to make the quick buck. Btw my sensors were new. I told them they should advised me of the problem as soon as they knew since I was sitting in their waiting room the entire time. I could had the option to return from the parts store I bought them from. I am not going back to this place.
