Very poor customer service . only one person in cold vestibule at a time .Girl talks through speaker . Can NOT see stock and can not enter show room . Yet up the road at at wal one can touch and look at everything . Go figure.

Bought winter truck tires and they worked excellent Went back and bought 33" Mud tires and they seem to be holding up just fine on the 2nd year. Good deals!! recently went back again after a year and now I needed to get some trailer tires fixed (roofing trailer) the boss gave me two nice used tires installed for an amazing price. I will go back here and totally recommend the place.

I had a tow truck take me here because it was apparently a "great place" for tires. When we arrived the person working the front was very rude. I explained my situation and how I and the tow truck driver could not remove the lug bolts from my flat tire. The man refused to help with my flat tire and to put on the new one I was willing to buy from him. He said they don't install tires anymore and that the truck driver had no right dropping my car off there. The two exchanged a few words and how the truck driver knew the owner Warren. At the end of the discussion the driver told him to help me out. He had another call so he gave me his number and said call me if you need help. Long story short the man working the front desk told me Warren will not take my car today and that I would have to get my car from the back and leave. I asked if he could loosen the lugs so that I could change the tire myself but he said no. I asked, " Can you put air in my tire or fit me in tomorrow?" and guess what he said....."No". I left in tears with a flat tire, no help and no where to go. I got into my car and tried to find the closest place to put air in my tire. I called Tom's trucks and trailer repair that was next door and he told me to drive over very slowly. I told him how I was treated at Cost less tires and he could not believe it. He took off my flat tire, switched my rear tire to put the donut on and put the full size tire on the front. It took him three to five mintures to do and when I tried to pay him he said "No, you own me nothing. Drive safe and take care." Thank you so much Tom. You really saved me!!

The staff is amazing, super friendly and professional, great service. had to have a tire replaced due to a manufacturers defect and they got me in and replaced it instantly without even blinking an eye. also.. Booked my truck in to get a set of 37 inch mud tires swapped over. I was promised 2 hours, they were done in 2 hours. Great price, very friendly service, they are very skilled and take care of your vehicle. I have 12 inch wide rims and they managed to strech the tires without scratching or damaging my rims. They did a great job, perfect balance and the tire quality is unbeatable for the price! I've recomended Costless to a co-worker who ended up buying a set of mud tires and they are very happy with them. I will keep recomending Costless tire to all my friends. I am extremely happy with the tires, they are very smooth and low noise for big mud tires, I am very happy my experience.

I bought radar 4 seasons tires and use them for six months. I have done around 20000 km and tires almost done. Protectors death less than 4 mm, it's half from original. Completely wast of money

Very positive experience! Very efficient system with Covid. Simply text my required tire size and I had a reply by days end with availability and cost. Mine was a special order so when it arrived a week later. I got both a call and a text saying they were in. I have never owned Radar tires but they are a current date tire not old stock and they have an impressive tread pattern. These were less than half the price of most brand name tires and almost half of the Motomaster tires I considered. At this price I am happy to give them a serious try! At pick up the staff were very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this business!

Bought a set of the tunderer tracks grips. I've ran mickey Thompson and procomp extreme mud tires. These tracks grips are absolutely great. Really good in mud and deep snow. For the price on these u can't go wrong. They're 1/3rd the price and hold up strong. Worth it easy!!!

Called in a few times asking for a certain tire. The guy on the phone Confirmed that the tire was in stock. I drove a long way and when I got there. He tells me that it was an inventory error and that they didn’t have it. Such bad service. I seriously don’t know how that run down place is still open.

good value for tires, however their communication skills are not very professional, if they are out of stock for a specific tire, wait times could be months so keep that in mind if you want a spare down the road. other shops dont sell their brand.
