Ensuite le mécanicien m'as appelé pour me dire que deux Bolts sur un côté était brisé, qu'il devait les changés car il ne pouvait pas me laisser partir en attachant mon pneus avec 3 bolts sur 5. À première vue une Bolt était un peu difficile à vicé mais encore correct et une autre complètement partie. Je lui ai demandé au moins 3 fois combien ça coûterait pour les faire changé et il me répondais je sais pas faut demandé à la réception elle va te faire un prix. Rendu à la réception, la réceptionniste m'as fait patienté, répondais au téléphone, m'as dit de m'asseoir qu'elle viendrait me voir avec l'estimé. J'ai finalement été la voir après 20min pour lui dire que je voulais une estimation des charges avant qu'ils commence à changer mes bolts. J'ai été très claire et elle m'a répondu oui aucun problème un peu fâché. 30min on suivis elle est revenu avec une estimation de 100$ plus le changement de pneus. Total : 160$. Je lui ai dit que non je changerais seulement le bolt brisé et l'autre qui était encore intact mais difficile à vicé, une autre fois. Je lui ai dit de m'amener au mécanicien et quand je suis arrivé les deux bolts étaient déjà remplacé sans mon autorisation. Et je rajoute que mon conjoint et le mécanicien s’était entendu pour laisser l’auto dans le garage durant la nuit mais a notre arriver nous avons vite constater qu’elle était à l’extérieur et qu’une fine couche de neige s’était déjà former ce qui nous indique qu’elle a bien passer la nuit dehors bref nous ne savons toujours si les reparation on été bien fais mais juste le fais de faire attendre ses clients comme ça et de leurs mentir en pleine face est asser pour ne pas recommander et ne plus venir ici.
