Arrivée la personne qui est au service à la clientèle m’a donné un rendez-vous mercredi le 14 avril pour réparer le tuyau déchargement. Je lui avais déjà dit que je ne voulais pas de remplacement, mais juste un soudage . J’arrive mercredi je lui laisse la clé de ma voiture et on avait déjà convenu que je venais le chercher à la fin de la journée parce qu’il serait déjà réparé. Vers 16 heures j’appelle pour savoir si la voiture est réparé afin que je puisse venir la chercher et le monsieur me dit non il n’est pas réparé on s’est rendu compte que ta voiture a plus de problème que prévu donc nous avons fait une soumission et tu pourras venir chercher ta voiture et la soumission également. J’y vais je prends ma soumission et je vois que les réparations (remplacements) vont coûter 600 $ environ plus précisément 595 $ je ne comprends pas les dépenses parce qu’à chaque année mon auto se fait vérifier par un autre garagiste qui est à Montréal et aucun problème n’avait été détecté auparavant donc le prix ne faisait aucun sens. Et en plus de cela, j’avais demander à ce qu’aucun remplacement ne soit fait. En regardant plus dûment cette soumission, j’me rend compte que les informations de la voiture sont fausses. L’année de la voiture, le numéro de plaque, le kilométrage, la couleur et le modèle étaient toutes fausses. Aucune information présentée était celle de ma voiture. Je me suis donc rendu compte qu’ils voulaient me crosser. J’appelle le garagiste habituel de mes parents et ils me dise que ma réparation coûtera 100$. D’après sélect Longueuil, mon tuyau d’échappement avait été réparé plusieurs fois donc c’est pour cette raison qu’il fau la remplacer. Chose fausse car c’est la première fois que mon tuyau se brise. Ils ont profité du fait, que je sois une jeune fille qui n’y si connaît en rien dans les voitures pour me crosser, mais une chance que mes parents ont été là pour remarquer cela avant moi. C’est la dernière fois que j’irai dans ce garage. Je conseille a toute jeune fille de se présenter là-bas avec ses parents ou un homme :), vous risquerez pas d vous faire crosser comme moi:).
