Je dois donc faire enlever les pneus pour faire installer le tpms qu’ils ont oublié de transférer de mes roues d’origine aux nouvelles roues. Pourtant c’est eux qui ont enlevé les roues d’origine. 184$ jeté dans le fleuve et un après-midi perdu à attendre après eux parce que c’est la première fois qu’ils faisaient des 22 pouces mais ils m’avaient dit pas de problème au téléphone quand je leur ai spécifié les dimensions. Ils connaissent pas ça mais font semblant du contraire. Le propriétaire m’a obstiné que c’est moi qui aurait du demander qu’on installe ça, alors que je ne connais rien là dedans. Selon lui, il pouvait pas deviner qu’il y a des capteurs de pression d’air sur un Lexus RX 450H!? Voilà l’exemple parfait d’une entreprise mal gérée qui va trop vite et surtout, qui n’admet pas ses erreurs. très mauvaise expérience. Bref si vous avez des pneus 14 pouces sans capteur de pression sur des rims ils devraient se débrouiller, mais ne leur demandez pas plus. Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce garage de fond de cour. (Réponse au propriétaire suite à sa propre réponse qui suit mon commentaire): Monsieur, vous n’êtes pas honnête. Premier mensonge: mes roues d’origine n’étaient pas montées sur des pneus d’hiver, elles étaient montées sur des pneus d’été usés à la corde. Elles le sont encore d’ailleurs je vais prendre des photos. Un vrai professionnel aurait vérifié s’il y avait des tpms sous les pneus usés. Deuxième mensonge: Vous avez changé mes valves de votre propre décision et me l’avez mentionné alors que c’était déjà fait. Je ne me suis pas plaint de ça non plus. Troisième mensonge: Vous avez changé les boulons de votre propre décision. Je n’ai jamais dit que je ne voulais pas mes boulons d’origine. Vous m’avez dit que les boulons d’origine ne fonctionnaient pas avec les nouvelles roues et que vous deviez absolument les changer et vous m’avez chargé 50$. Quatrième mensonge: vous m’avez dit de votre propre aveu que vous ne vous attendiez pas à ce que ce soit aussi difficile à poser des pneus comme ça, donc ne venez pas dire ici que vous en faites souvent. Finalement, si un professionnel en pose de roue et de pneu comme vous n’a pas la responsabilité d’installer les valves appropriées au type de véhicule concerné, je me demande bien où s’en va le monde! De toute façon, j’ai appelé un autre expert qui m’a bien confirmé que ça fait parti de votre travail(évidemment) de vérifier s’il faut des tpms ou non. Vous devriez avouer vos fautes quand vous en faites, ce n’est pas à vos clients de payer pour vos erreurs. Le seul perdant dans cette histoire, c’est moi. 184$ à l’eau pour un travail mal fait. Fin de l’histoire. (P.S je peux fournir des photos pour confirmer mes dires et j’avais deux amis présents avec moi qui peuvent confirmer ce que vous avez dit et ce que j’écris ici)

No appointment garage. First time at Garage Pelletier today. I brought only my winter tires with no rims at 7:20am thinking the garage was opening at 8am. I was surprised to see a mechanic getting the garage ready. He then started changing tires outside in the rain! 4 people were in front of me in line and at around 8, more mechanics were there. 2 mechanics worked on my car and I was driving home by 8:25! It was great to get this kind of service during the tire rush. There's no waiting room but being up close when you're having your car worked on can be a great experience. I'll be coming back to get my summer tires on!
