They come back to me saying brakes and spark plugs. Ok, they're doing the repairs. The next day, my car does not start at all. I take her back to the garage. I bring it back after getting boosted by CAA and I am told that my battery is finished, it must be changed. I ask them why this was not checked during the inspection. I am told that the inspection stopped at the brakes and spark plugs, it was never completed, so I spent without knowing if I had thousands of dollars left in repairs to do. If it was the case I would have refused the repair and found another vehicle! Fortunately, they offer me the full inspection for free after I complain to the manager. Fortunately (even more!) That I do not have other too urgent problems according to the inspection report! I go back to the battery, I NEVER had a problem with it and the day after their 'inspection' it no longer works. The garage tells me that a door has probably been left open by one of my children and that this has finished the battery ... I give them the benefit of the doubt and we pay for a new battery, accidents happen. Second incident: Two months later, I go there to have my winter tires installed. They put down my winter tires and I leave. I drive 30 minutes to the grocery store and go home. When I got out of my vehicle, my rear tire had a puncture! So I go back to the garage and explain the situation to them. They pass me right away despite the high traffic. They inspect the tire and the verdict: It's over, I have to change it because of a hole in the rim. I had never had any problems with my tire last year, it was new a year older! They have been stored in a place out of everyone's reach. The garage informs me that maybe it was something I hung up on my 30 minute drive or maybe someone who punctured my tire with a very small object. All this within an hour of putting my tires on ... I find that very unlikely. I am informed that they have no tools in the garage that could have made a hole like that so it comes from the outside. They install 100,000 tires per year and I am the first to have a puncture following their intervention. I talk to the manager, unfortunately he has nothing to do for me, I need a new tire at $ 150. I explained the situation to him and that it's been twice that something happened after a repair on their part. I am not satisfied and I find it all really improbable! The manager informs me that unfortunately I am one of a small percentage of people who will not be happy with their service and that they cannot be perfect. A lady overhears our conversation and informs me that the garage put its tires on her too and after driving a bit she realized that one of her tires was cracked so she had to change it. Funny coincidence. I pay and inform them that I will never go back there again. The icing on the cake, my decorative wheel cap that was installed on the new tire they fixed fell off while I was driving my vehicle that night. It was on my wheel before leaving the house because I checked if my new tire was still inflated ... When I reached my destination I checked the tire when I got out of my car to be sure that it was still inflated and then my wheel cap was no longer there. Twice a problem directly after their intervention or even three if I count my wheel course. Make your own conclusions. (Original) Malheureusement, après deux incidents séparés, je ne peux pas recommander ce garage. 1er incident : Je demande une inspection complète de mon véhicule. On me revient en disant freins et bougies. Ok, ils font les réparations. Le lendemain, mon auto ne démarre plus du tout. Je la ramène au garage. Il me boost et me disent de faire 75KM au moins pour charger la batterie. Je fait 75KM, arrête l'auto et ... elle ne démarre plus. Je la ramène après me faire booster par CAA et on me dit que ma batterie est fini elle doit être changée. Je leur demande pourquoi ceci n'a pas été vérifié durant l'inspection. On me répond que l'inspection s'est arrêtée aux freins et bougies, elle n'a jamais été complètée, alors j'ai dépensé sans savoir s'il me restait des millers de dollars en réparation à faire. Si c'était le cas j'aurais refusé la réparation et trouvé un autre véhicule! Heureusement, ils m'offrent l'inspection complète gratuitement après que je me plaint au gérant. Heureusement (encore plus!) que je n'ai pas d'autres problèmes trop urgent selon le rapport d'inspection! Je reviens à la batterie, je n'ai JAMAIS eu de problèmes avec et le lendemain de leur 'inspection' elle ne fonctionne plus. Le garage me dit qu'une porte à surement été laissée ouverte par un de mes enfants et que ceci a fini la batterie... Je leur laisse le bénéfice du doute et on paye pour une nouvelle batterie, des accidents ça arrive. Deuxième incident : Deux mois plus tard, je vais là-bas faire installer mes pneus d'hiver. Ils posent mes pneu d'hiver et je quitte. Je fait 30 minutes de route pour l'épicerie et je retourne à la maison. En sortant de mon véhicule mon pneu arrière à une crevaison! Je retourne donc au garage et leur explique la situation. Ils me passent tout de suite malgré le fort achalandage. Ils inspectent le pneu et le verdict : Il est fini, je dois le changer à cause d'un trou sur le bord. Je n'avais jamais eu de problèmes avec mon pneu l'année passée, il était neuf d'un an en plus! Ils ont bien été entreposés dans un endroit hors de la portée de tout le monde. Le garage m'informe que c'est peut-être quelque chose que j'ai accroché durant mon 30 minutes de route ou peut-être quelqu'un qui aurait percé mon pneu avec un tout petit objet. Tout ça dans l'espace d'une heure après la pose de mes pneus... Je trouve ça très improbable. On m'informe qu'ils n'ont aucun outil dans le garage qui aurait pu faire un trou comme ça alors ça vient de l'externe. Ils posent 100 000 pneus par année et je suis le premier qui as une crevaison suite à leur intervention. Je discute avec le gérant, malheureusement il n'a rien à faire pour moi, il me faut un nouveau pneu à 150$. Je lui explique la situation et que ça fait deux fois que quelque chose arrive après une réparation de leur part. Je ne suis pas satisfait et je trouve tout ça vraiment improbable! Le gérant m'informe que malheureusement, je fait partie d'un petit pourcentage de gens qui ne seront pas heureux de leur service et qu'ils ne peuvent pas être parfait. Une dame entend notre conversation et m'informe que le garage a posé ses pneus à elle aussi et après avoir roulé un peu elle s'est rendu compte qu'un de ses pneus était fendu alors elle a dû le changer. Drôle de coincidence. Je paye et leur informe que je ne retournerai plus jamais là-bas. La cerise sur le sundae, mon cap de roue décoratif qui était installé sur le pneu neuf qu'ils ont réparé est tombé pendant que je roulait avec mon véhicule cette nuit-là. Il était sur ma roue avant de partir de la maison car j'ai vérifié si mon nouveau pneu était encore gonflé... Rendu à destination j'ai vérifié le pneu en sortant de mon auto pour être certain qu'il était encore gonflé et puis mon cap de roue n'était plus là. Deux fois un problème directement après leur intervention ou même trois si je compte mon cap de roue. Faites vos propres conclusions.
