I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I've been there several times and they've always been fair. My most recent experience is what prompted me to write this review: There was an intermittent clicking noise when I turned corners. Some days it was really loud and some days there was no noise. On the day I brought my car in, of course, the noise wasn't there but I left it with them to take it for a spin to see if they could hear it. Nothing. Instead of claiming the noise came from this or that and charging me for unnecessary repairs they told me even if there was an issue it was probably not a big deal. I fully expected to pay them for their time but they didn't charge me a dime! I would recommend Woodfield Automotive to anyone who asked.

Took it in because there was a nasty sounding knock. They were super busy that day (parking lot was completely full) and they said they likely wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. An hour later they called and said they had fixed the problem and because it didn't take long there would be no charge. Couldn't ask for better service.

If you want an honest mechanic, you have to go to Woodfield. Matt and his team are awesome and will take great care of you. Prices are very reasonable and he only does the work that's needed. We've been going for three years and we will keep going back!

It was my first time, but I've always been curious since the front always has really nice cars out front like Honda, Acura, Subaru, Toyota, Lexus - so I always thought they must do good work. Today that was realized. Very professional, excellent service! Would definitely recommend!

Mat is the owner, a very friendly person and he seems honest. The parking lot is very clean and well maintained as well as his shop. These days is hard to find a mechanic who is honest and you can count on.

Had a squeeky noise from my wheel. Went to London Honda to have it fixed under warranty. I explained in detail what my assumed cause was(and was actually right). "Could not reproduce" or find. Then they checked again after seeing a video of the sound. Again, couldn't find. Told me to change all the brakes. Paid $85 just for having it checked, and wasted 1.5 hour there. Then I went to this guy. He found it and fixed it in less than 10 mins for 30 bucks!!

These guys are honest. I took my car in for an emergency repair in the summer. They are willing to help me and I am so very thankful. They deserve more than five stars.

I called in about an hour and a half before I came in and the owner told me it would cost $71+tax to diagnose why my SRS light was on. I get in, 15 minutes later a guy comes out and scans my car... that scan costed me $80 which I already had done at my dealership for free. My dealership told me it was one of three things... so I came here to obviously rule out which of the three things it was (airbag, clock spring or electrical wiring). After the 15 minute $80 scan, I was told that it would be close to $170 to figure out what exactly the issue is...When someone calls in and asks how much it is to diagnose the issue, and you say "it will be $71 to figure out what's causing it" let them know that they are paying that $80 for a simple scan that is often free and will have to pay much more if you actually wish to diagnose the issue! I decided to choose this place for all of the positive reviews but I don't see how a shop like this has almost 5 stars. I feel quite mislead and out of $80, that as a student, is quite significant

Really friendly and honest service, and really great pricing too. Actually, forget pricing - everyone I've interacted with at Woodfield Automative has been awesome enough that they could charge a lot more and I'd still be going back there, no question. I have a really old car and they gave me a free estimate on all the work it might need, but were also really clear about what work was safety-related, and what work I could get away with not doing. When I got my winter tires put on, I accidentally provided one tire that was really similar, but the wrong size... and even though that meant they had to put my car in their garage and switch my tires twice (once to switch on the first 3 winter tires so I could drive to exchange the bad tire, and the second time to switch on the last tire once I'd grabbed the right size), they still charged me as if I hadn't cost them a bunch of extra time. They also checked the engine light readings to see if it would pass an emissions test and didn't charge anything at all for that! So in short, a really trustworthy, friendly, and honest team, and a solid place to take your car. I always leave with the sense that they genuinely care about the cars they work on (and the customers who drive them!), rather than the manipulative nickel-and-diming I've experienced at bigger auto service chains. Highly recommended.

I recently bought an older CRV and needed some work done. The staff and mechanics were very professional, courteous, and did not over sell one bit. In fact, I was given a free tire rotation for having brake work done here. All in all a great experience each time I've come. Would recommend 100%.

I took my car here as I thought the reviews I read were good. He charged 500 for one calliper and told me I needed 2 wheel cylinders that I checked my invoices and I had all 4 done 2 years ago. I will not go back.

Found them through good reviews on several sites. Needed an honest, trustworthy and fair mechanic for my vehicle as I was over dealing with the "stealership" (go in for an oil change, get a call 10 minutes later recommending $500+ worth of work every time). My experiences with Woodfield Automotive have been great every time so far. I don't feel they treat me any differently as a female car owner than they treat their male customers, which is nice and not necessarily the norm at a lot of shops. They fix your issues and don't go looking for other things to cash in on because they don't have to - their parking lot is always full with customers. Would recommend them and will continue to use them.

I've been coming to Woodfield Automotive with my Toyotas for majority of service and repairs for more than 20 years. The quality and timing of service is superior. They have knowledge, experience, very good job attitude and they are extremely customer oriented to assure satisfaction in any possible field. Pricing is also very competitive and affordable, it provides excellent balance between quality and the overall cost of the parts and services. I should throw one more factor - honesty and and effort to explain and educate the customer about the range and relevance of the service, cutting all unnecessary cost always being raised by dealerships and other automotive shops. If you are in the need of repair or service - this should be the first place to consider. These people make the impression you are a part of the family, not just a customer. Simple as that. Woodfield Automotive - please just keep up up in this way for the next 25 years or so to come.

After reading many reviews on Reddit about how Woodfield Auto was the best auto repair shop in London - I decided to check it out. I can attest to these guys being great - very respectable, and very honest. I asked them about a few issues another repairman had mentioned - and he quickly told me they were non-issues and I had another 15,000 KM before those issues were likely to materialize. These guys are A1 - give them your business.
