Great place to get a new set of tires, your winter tires put on for the season, or just get your vehicle serviced in the city of London. This is one of two Hanford's locations in London, but this one is my go-to just due to location and it's proximity to where I live. The staff is always friendly, really helpful, and they always do their best to get you the best deals around. If you go with Firestone tires they can usually get the better deals than their competitors as that brand is their specialty. My one and only complaint, if I had to have one, is that it takes a while to get booked in to get your winter tires put on, but I'd say it's to be expected with an auto shop that does really quality work like this one does. So for any and all your tire needs in London give the place a go and I'm sure you'll come away happy with the work and maybe more money than you thought left in your pocket when everything's done LoL.

I was very impressed with the honesty of all the staff at Hanford's Wharncliffe location. The customer service person, Chris, saved me over a thousand dollars in repairs by informing me of a recall and sending me to a dealer to have the work done for free. I think most automotive repair shops would just stay quiet and take my money. I recommend Handford's to anyone..

I have appreciated their honesty and fairness over the years I have used their services. I like the fact my wife feels respected whenever she takes in the car for service. She feels treated well and they do a good job in explaining if anything extra comes up. Not once has she felt talked down. I have recommended them many times always with positive feedback. The staff at Hanford’s are exceptionally polite, patient, and kind—not to mention extremely capable. They answered all of my (many) questions without issue and took great care of my older vehicle. I was able to use a loaner car for the day so I didn’t need to spend any extra money on travelling to and from work and the shop. I highly recommend this shop!

Awesome service, can't recommend them enough. Friendly staff who know you and greet you by name. I've never had a repair that's gone over their estimate or one that was improperly completed. And they've recommended in the past when my trusty rusty was more rusty than trusty that they'd repair it if I insisted but I'd be far better off spending money on a new vehicle. I trust Hanford Tire completely and I'll always get all my vehicles serviced and repaired here!

Scam artists. I brought my vehicle in twice for noise during breaking. A "smart" employee decided I needed a new U joint in my steering column. I had no trouble with the steering wheel, it turned smoothly for me, plus this joint cost $800. Basically they misdiagnosed me needing new break pads twice. Could of ended really badly for me but luckily I took it to another garage.....and no, I did not ever need a new U joint.

Hanford's Tire & Service team went above and beyond to help us when we suddenly discovered a nail in one of our tires, as we set out for a long road trip into the US. Despite being extremely busy, they took the time to inspect the damaged tire and come up with a solution to get us on the road as quickly as possible. I was able to purchase a replacement tire at a very fair price and they arranged to have the tire installed at the Mufflerman across the road (who did this for us at no charge!!). Many thanks for taking care of us.

Had a safty done, they filled out the paper work incorrectly and I wasted the morning in line at service Ontario unknowingly just to have paper work rejected. Went back to the shop they said sorry about your luck and come back Monday... Have a temporary plate sticker so will have to take time off work to get this done or the transfer of ownership is null and void.. Brutal customer service and if they can't complete paper work what else are they missing...
