Awful Tried to get an appointment then they said "Oh, we don't like take an appointment, so First come First serve ,You have to come in" But you don't know how many people are waiting in front of you even 8:00am (Open 8:00) I got dismiss at work and get there 3:30, there are already more than 10 people are waiting " You told me to I have to come in so you gonna do my car now? GT Tires and the entire crew are the best. Couple years back we had a slow leak on one of our Toyota Rav4 tires. I got the same story from Canadian Tire, Toyota (where we had purchased the car), Costco and Walmart. The tire was no good because hole was too close to side wall so everyone said they could not repair and suggested we purchase a replacement new tire for close to $300...Took it to GT Tires who plugged the hole without even removing the tire from the rim. Tire is still to this day as good as new. Recently we had another slow leak on a different tire and bingo GT to the rescue. My neighbour experienced a similar situation with a hole close to the sidewall and was told the same as I was from all the tire places he went to. I told him about GT, went and tire plugged fixed perfect. I can't over recommend GT tires...superb, honest and professional service which is something that's obviously lacking at other tire shops!!!

Came in to get new winter tires and rims for my car, quote was lost initially and the new quote i had called in for they had put down the wrong car even though i had told them the make repeatedly. wait time given was 2-3 hours which given time of year made sense. Actual wait time over 4 and a half hours. If you decide to go here dont wait around as the times they give you are nowhere near accurate, when i asked how much longer it was going to be i was given a run around answer and then told that i was quoted a different time frame this is not great customer service and i will be looking for a new shop for my winter tires and maintence after this

4 tire not on rim changeover was what I needed, they had me booked and my car in the shop within 10 minutes, and I was on my way in under 30 from the time my car was handed over to the techs. Went in for a emission test on my 2010 Honda crv, they failed it... I asked how could that happen because there's no issues with the engine or anything! I instantly felt like they were crooks! Go with your gut! so I went to speedy on Highbury and it passed just like I though it would, they also reassured me that there would have been no reason for it to fail.... Very shady people at gt tires! Do not recommend! Or ever use!

This has been my go to place for repair for the last few years. Service has always been quick and they've never done a thing without running it by me first. They are always good at letting me know if there are further issues as well that may require maintenance down the road. I will comment however, their customer service skills could be SIGNIFICANTLY better. I can't overstate that. The woman who normally answers is generally quite pleasant, but if things are busy you get the rushed response (yup, mhmm, sure, k) which doesn't bode well to the customer. It's worse when you get one of the guys who answer (sound like the techs to me) there's no emotion in their responses and yet again, monotone one word answers like they want to hang up on you which gives the customer the impression "Hey, just hang up already, I have more important things to do". If that's the case, just don't even answer the phone. Do I recommend them, you bet I do. They know their stuff and take their work seriously. A few customer service lessons and you'd never leave 'em. Over all, if you're looking for an honest business ethic, this is the place to go. Period!

Manager hung up on me! Absolutely Floored by what happened with a GT Tires manager. I purchased 16" tires that they installed, and then they removed them in the spring to swap back around to my all seasons. I discovered today at a different dealer the bags contain a set of 16" all season tires. Something "somehow" got swapped by mistake so I called for some help to figure out what's going on. The manager I spoke with said I should have checked them and "known" they weren't my tires. WTH? Are you "serious"? How would I know that a set of tires are my tires or not??? They're in black bags that I didn't open. (Beside which I'm not in the tire business. It's not my area of expertise.)

GT Tires is not a place I'll ever go again. I bought two new Toyo tires in February 2018 and they where very nice then. I went back July 14th for the other two Toyo tires. Not professional and very rude when confronting them about damage to my car, not owning up to it. Very expensive. A place to stay away from....they did not return my lock key to unlock my lug nuts and now if I have a flat I'll not be able to get my tires off. Very upsetting and sad....

I went in to change over seasonal tires. They tried to charge me $96, when I told them that my dealership charged me just under $50, I asked if it that was a mistake, he said wait and charged me $67. I got ripped off, almost charged me double. I would never go back there and would not recommend them to anyone. Plus, they were supposed to set up tire pressures and charged me for it but it wasn’t done.

**Worst experience** I got my actuator changed in September and within a month it started acting up. Got my car back to the garage and got it replaced under warranty and within 30mins of the drive the newly replaced actuator starting acting up again... To the Owner of GT Tires... Thanks for your revert. I will be honest here. For the second time in a row the actuator wasn't working successfully. I waited there for 2 hours to get it fixed. When I called the GT Tires office the lady( Manager) who sits there told me to come back again next week, however, I work from Mon-Fri and cannot come anytime before 5pm. I shared my concern with the lady and asked her if I can come back on Saturday to which she replied that the person who fixed my car doesn't work on Sat. Now my question is that is that the only guy who can fix it what about other technicians?? Secondly, I requested her to get my car picked up to which she also denied. She was very very RUDE and not at all ready to help. It was GT Tires fault which costed me 2 precious hours of my time and still the issue is persisting and instead of helping and fixing the issue I was talked to RUDELY.. Infact, she said the the actuator that was newly replaced under warranty is good but the other ones are bad. Now, how can the other actuators be bad when till date they didn't give me any trouble but the one recently replaced by GT Tires was the one which was faulty. That tells me that the parts are of cheap quality coz they went bad back to back twice. The customer service is PATHETIC, UNPROFESIONAL and I will never recommend any of my knowns to go to GT TIres... You just lost a regular customer coz of the shoddy work and super bad attitude...

After a horrible experience here in the past, we should have not trusted GT Tires with our vehicle again. Our truck had a slow coolant leak and my husband took it in to be looked at. They said the thermostat housing was leaking and that it would be $372 + tax and said it would be done by the end of the day. 4:30pm rolled around and we had not heard anything back about our truck so my husband called and they told us it would not be done until the next day now. No phone call to let us know or apologies. We would not have left it there knowing this as we needed a vehicle that evening and had to borrow one. They couldn’t find a $5 part apparently and said it would be done in the morning. My husband goes to pick up the truck and they want $110 more than what was quoted. Why? Because they replaced a bunch of stuff that we did not agree upon and without even calling to ask us. So this $110 increase is apparently because they couldn’t find one $5 o-ring. Terrible, terrible communication skills, no effort to even contact us. Highly recommend taking your business to a more honest and professional establishment.

Went in for a safety and e-test, came out with a $450 dollar quote for a new windshield because of a repaired chip that was smaller in diameter than a dime. I took it too other shops who all agreed that the chip should not have been an issue passing a safety test. Not to mention the chip was the first thing they would see getting into my vehicle, if they knew they were going to fail the inspection, why complete the inspection without calling me before hand to let me know? Obviously, I would have told them to discontinue the inspection and save my money. Everything about this experience made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone else.

Ok so the service initially was ok. But then i had issues with tire sensors right away. No big deal they didnt want to fix it. But seriously if you cant put directional tires on the right side of a car.... Do you even need to be in business? As an active member in the car club community, I can promise, not a soul I know will ever set foot inside GT Tires ever again. Bad service is bad service, but potentially putting someone in harms way because you dont care enough to check, is just horrible. I do not recommend going to GT Tires for anything if you value your car or your safety.

WOW This past spring upon switching my tires for the year, the garage I was at had told me that they would not install my summer tires as the the tread was past its point of being safe. Then they told me the only tires that would fit my rims were north of $1900.00 and they were the only place I could have it done. I had been thrown by the price and idea and decided to keep my winters on and look elsewhere. Not 20 minutes later I pulled into GT where the owners son had laughed at my story and showed me three other brands, gave me his professional opinion and saved me half of what the other place wanted to charge me. And guess what all manufacturing date at their Stock was up to date no old 2017 or 2018 like other places in London, from knocking the doors till receiving the car took only 25 minutes! Bought four tires. Needed an alignment also. They melted my inner tie rod boots off both sides. Didn't find out till a year later when my steering rack seals failed from exposure from the melted boots.

I called them late on a Saturday and they had my tire in stock. I asked if they could do tire today and without hesitation they said yes. I got there and they were busy. I was in and out of there in no time. What I was most impressed about was the friendliness of both the women at counter and the tire technician. Very impressed. Highly recommended based on this experience, which was my first.

I bought a set of four all season tires brand new from gt tires and i spent more than 1500 for these tires and they said it has 80,000 kms warranty if anything happens to tires such as bumps or blow ups i was driving on the highway and one of the tires blow up, a day later i took my tire to them for a replacement and they changed that these are rated for 80,000 kms even tho i have it on the invoice that it covers up to 80,000 kms or one year which ever is first, and they say this dosen't mean that way. do not get there junk tires and dont become fool for their scams warranty

Been here before and it was great. This time I went in to get tires. They said, ok, come in, in the morning and we will do it up for you. Came the next morning to find it will be closed for several days due to lack of labour. Everyone was out sick.

I had brought my car there you're the year before 4 new tires the service was excellent the guy explain every little thing to me took his time and best of all didn't make me feel stupid. Great service! I went in to fix my steering as it was making ton of noise. They did what I needed and for a fair price. They also fixed my headlight (it wasn’t turning on even with a new bulb from Canadian tire-they couldn’t fix it!)and I didn’t even go for that (it wasn’t on my bill either). I’m very happy and I’ll be going there for all my car services.

Had an alignment done on a vehicle with 80,000 kms. Steering wheel off centre which will engage electric power steering assist. No test drive, and was told by Rob who aligned it that since no warning lights are on he's not going to touch it.
