Highly recommend this establishment! I dealt with Marc and Cindy, both of whom were very friendly. I had a hole in my tire that I needed fixed, I called multiple places around 9-10 am on a Friday and the best I got was Monday. Around 2:30 I called Fountain Tire and my car was back on the road by 4:45 for an extremely reasonable price. No doubt I’ll be coming back here next time!

Mark was great and communicated greatly. Price came in under quote. Took an extra day as the required part didn’t come in. When the part did come in it was the wrong one so I had to settle for a used part. But these things happen and at least I was made aware of things as they happened. Very happy with the service and work.

My girlfriend takes her car to this place and the level of care and commitment is amazing. They charged a minimal fee to look at a used car she wanted to buy and they found issues with it the dealer failed to state. Vehicle had been in an accident with rear damaged that was repaired. Gave an honest report and she stayed away from that one. Brought another in and was given a passing grade at no charge. She brought the vehicle back with a "check engine" light on and they ran the diagnostic and told her to return to the dealer. The repairs ended up being covered by VW and she would not have known if not for the advice of the staff at Fountain Tire.

The service has here has always been great. Any time they have had to do any additional work or replace anything they have always called to get approval first. I've never been charged stupid fees like charging you to change your tires when getting your brakes inspected, replacing an air filter after they have inspected it, or charging my battery after replacing my alternator. I'm always happy and look forward to bringing my car here.

Only went here because I needed a tire replaced under warranty and figured I might as well have them change over all my tires to my summer ones so I didn’t have to go to my mechanic on the other side of the city. In the end the issue wasn’t their fault BUT naturally because I’m a girl no one listens to me and I had to argue to get everything done until the end when they figured out what was wrong. They get a 3 only because everyone there was really nice but after getting my tires put on just an hour later my car started making a clicking noise mainly when I was coasting at lower speeds and it would stop when braking. Shortly after the clicking started my flat tire light came on for all tires and the clicking got louder. Turns out my tires were filled way more than what my car likes to measure them at so fine released the pressure to what it’s supposed to be because I know how to read tire pressure stickers but a tire expert can’t, anyways still clicking. I let this go on for a month because I hate dealing with stuff and finally brought it back in. They said it was my brakes and that basically because they were “cheap” and not a good fit for my car that that’s why it was making that noise DESPITE it never doing that until an hour after they had my car but they said it was a coincidence. Okay that’s fine, they said the only way to get rid of the clicking really was to get different brakes but otherwise wasn’t a safety issue. As soon as I left that day I noticed, not a single clicking sound…… but they didn’t fix anything? But now my car was vibrating when I drove over 80, mostly only when I was braking but the day I brought it back in for this issue it had been vibrating in general when I went over 80 so I assumed my tires weren’t balanced. They drove my car and said it only happens when braking therefore it’s your brakes and said that my tires were balanced from last time without even checking. After talking to them about it a bit going back and forth arguing they took my car in to make sure they were balanced I guess they didn’t really say only to find out they couldn’t 100% say they were balanced because I had a faulty tire that was expanding so the machine wouldn’t even balance. Yet they had just told me that the tires were balanced so it was impossible that that was the reason for vibration. Finally got the new tire installed and SURPRISE SURPRISE my car no longer vibrates when braking over 80. I even risked getting a ticket driving it up to 90 in the city and nothing….. just another day being a girl in the car world where no one listens to you????????‍♀️ again very nice people but not worth cheating on your mechanic lol especially when it would’ve cost me half of what they charged me here for a tire change. Like I said because the overall issue seemed to be that I had the faulty tire that was expanding I guess it’s not their direct fault but it’s just annoying when I have to argue to get things checked and had to continue arguing, I never had any issues prior and finally when they listened to me turns out there was an issue with the tire. And if I hadn’t had been so persistent and had listened to these people I might have gone and spent money on new brakes again when the current ones were only 2 months old and I still would have had the same issue because it was the tire or worse. Sure my brakes could be better but if I come to you with issues that only started when you touched my car two different times maybe it’s not a coincidence and you should’ve looked over my car more thoroughly considering they had my car for the entire morning the first time I brought it in and didn’t catch the issue with the tire despite removing all tires from my car? The icing on top of the cake was when they test drove my car after replacing the tire again and obviously realizing it no longer vibrates and not saying a single word to me ????

I just purchased 4 weather ready winter tires and also got a 4 wheel alignment. I was very happy with the process and cost Every one there was very professional and friendly, Also a special thanks to Cindy for filling out my rebate application This was my first time dealing at Fountain Tire and after this experience I can assure you that this will not be my last. Just dealt with the team here and was extremely impressed. My wife had an axle break in the Starbucks drive through about a block up the road. We were able to get the vehicle towed quickly to the wonderland / temple terrace location. We were called within the hour with an estimate . This came with pictures explaining what had happened and an explanation of what had to be done. The pricing was all more then fair so we gave the go ahead. We were surprised to get a call the following morning with the news our vehicle was ready to be picked up. There were no hiccups , no changes in quote and prompt friendly service ! They even through in an oil change. I would highly recommend this shop and we will be taking our vehicles here from this point on. Thanks again to the team over at Fountain Tire !

I have come here for all of my car needs: my broken flex pipe, brakes, wheel bearings, oil changes etc--and I have always been more than 100% pleased. I had an issue that had been "fixed" by another company, I went here because they treated me like the intelligent person I am to have them change the oil and a noisy belt. Turns out my $1000 fix was the problem with the noisy belt. They got the right part and got it all done that day.
