It was nice to see the tires i ordered 2 days prior were already mounted on the new rims. All they had to do was to change the tires on my car for my winter ones. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Better prices than the big box store with tire in their name who said they could not get me rims. Thanks D and L for getting me ready for winter.This was fall of 2017 Fall 2018 i went in to get my winters put on. They did accidently over charge me but once they realized the mistake they contacted me and offered a refund. The worlds best customer service.

As far as a tire place goes you cannot beat D & L. Definitely the most honest, best value and best customer service that I have come across in the automotive industry. To give you an example; my car would shake when I was driving it, I took it to two tire places that said I needed all new tires on the right side of my vehicle. The price tag was several hundred dollars. D & L told me that my tires were completely fine, and that it was a suspension issue on the passenger side rear. I fixed the suspension and the wobble went away. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars.

Well unfortunately I had the worst luck in the last six months getting three nails in my tires and always near the end of the day I didn’t call make an appointment I just showed up at the shop to see if they could help me out with my situation and my tires were fixed quickly. Each time I went there I was met with awesome customer service and treated as most customers should be treated with smiles and a willingness to help.In the past I have went to other tire places for the same thing and was told id have to leave my car there for three hours and find something to do which was definitely an inconvenience. I called in ahead of time to find out if they had the correct tire size, they didn't even have a matching set of tires. I decided to go ahead and have them mounted anyways. I get them done for a fairly cheap price and later that day I get out of London and actually exceed the speed of 60km and my car starts vibrating horribly. DO NOT COMPROMISE YOU OR YOUR FAMILYS SAFETY BY COMING HERE. THIS COULD EASILY CAUSE AN ACCIDENT
