I moved away from London 2 years ago and I miss Clarke Road Auto. John was always so good to me. I was always willing to hand out his business cards to anyone ever looking because I trust him. I also bought 2 cars from him over the course of 14 years. Ken is great there too. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle to them. I was a single mom and they always took care of me. Fair, honest, dependable, kind, reliable and reasonably priced. Definitely a name you can trust.

I have never given any sort of a review for anything before but i found this one necessary. We have used this establishment several times in the past and were quite pleased with their services. Some time ago my wifes car was in need of some attention so she went back to Clarke Auto. When she was there she also inquired about the exhaust. It was getting substantially louder and she was getting concerned about it. She was told then, because of their limited time, and accordance to their scheduling, they would address it at a later time. Unfortunately the noise and the excessive fumes inside her car quickley became much worse. It happened to be her Catalytic Converter and was unsafe for her to continue driving unless she changed it immediately. She recently took her car back to Clarke Auto for an oil change and was chastized for having her exhaust fixed by someone else. She was told her oil would be changed but not ever to call back again. I can understand the frustration with the present situation all of us are in ,but like a previous reviewer already stated, it was rude! It upset , and greatly offended her.The attitude he displayed has no excuse when dealing with my wife or any of the public to-day...
