Was here to enquire about new set of winter tires. The staff at the counter was super polite and quick to give me one basis my preference. They also offered to fix the same in 2 hours which is not common in London where appointments would take days if not weeks. By far one of the best in London.

I phoned to make sure the tires I needed were in stock and the representative was so very nice and helpful in discussing my options. I arrived later that afternoon to purchase my tires and get them installed and while they were quite busy it didn't take more than an hour. He helped me get what I want" the tire I was buying today"! When I met him today, a totally different experience with him. What a Kind, knowledgeable, respectful and professional individual he is! I've been taking my cars here for many years. .No fancy showroom but a good place to replace a tire ,once went to their competitor as I blew a tire in opposite end of town and regretted it ...long wait ..I feel like the guys at Beck are honest and efficient ...defiantly the place to go if you just need a used replacement tire ..haven't compared their prices on full sets but you're not paying extra to cover a fancy showroom

They charged me the aluminum wheel balance value when my truck had steel wheels. Luckily it's only a few dollars but still something to note. Aside from that great place for your tire needs

Lost one of four half-worn winter tires on the 401. Called around and Beck was the first shop that had a used tire that would work. I was pleasantly surprised. When I got there, one of the service guys met me outside, grabbed the bad tire out of the trunk and took it inside, he then found a used tire (looked like new) in their inventory and showed it to me for approval before mounting it. Within about 20 minutes they had the new tire mounted on my car, and even put the spare tire, jack, etc. back in the proper storage locations. I normally would not buy a used tire, but the tires I have will probably out-live the car so it seemed pointless to have one new tire. The used tire was much less money than new and the service I got from Beck was the same as I would expect if I purchased a new one. I will definitely call Beck the next time I need new tires.

Went there a few months ago because my TPMS light was on, they checked and found no problem with the sensors and reset it for free. Yesterday went there to fix a slow leak of a tire, service was quick and the price is right. In my opinion best tire shop in London.

I can't rave enough about coming here. I get service right away every time I walk in, and they always go above and beyond. The first time I came in from a flat tire 3 years ago, they advised me that my tire frame had a huge dent in it, and they banged it out and fixed it at no extra cost. I used the form on their website & had a very reasonable quote the same day. I had never heard of the brand, but when I looked up the tires they were well rated & having driven my first winter on them I can say they were excellent. I had a ruptured tire this afternoon and I can't sing enough praise for Beck Tires. I priced a new tire at my dealership (not willing to pay $220+ for a new Tire, sorry, not sorry). I called them to get a quote and they had me sold. I live southwest of London and Beck Tires is a reasonable distance from home. They have reasonable prices and they're awesome at having you back on the Road within half an hour. I would return there in a heartbeat.

It was way different this time. I haven't been there in years. Moved. There was a nice sitting area. Last time i was there it was standing room only, around tires. They let my Mum bring her little dog inside.(During these covid times things like that will change.) We had a bit of a wait but things were busy. We also just popped in. Any negative comments are not justified in my opinion. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a decent alternative to the overpriced new and substandard used tires available elsewhere. A busy shop at times, but well worth the short wait you may, at times, experience. A++ rating!

Wonderful experience. I went in to get my snow tires off just to find out that my lock nut was stripped. Pete, the owner, took the time to show me - he also pointed out that the lock nut was all that was keeping my tires on as the bolts were all loose on all tires. Strange. I then drove over to BMW/Mini Service to get a new lock nut and headed back to Becks. Then, found out that the parts department gave me the wrong lock nut. To my surprise Pete offered to take my car back to BMW/Mini to ensure that they gave him the right part. AMAZING customer service - above and beyond what is expected!!!!!! The only disappointing part is that he doesn't also own and operate a service centre. Go to Beck Tires - you won't be disappointed.
