I actually started going to Arrow last year when I moved to London based on their Google reviews. I have been to Arrow a couple of times since then for an oil change and they are always great to help me with any questions I have about my car. As I don't know much about cars I always make sure to ask them if they can let me know if anything else needs to be fixed and they always look it over free of charge. Very helpful and they don't look down on you when you are like me an don't know much about cars.

This is the second time that I brought my car to Arrow Auto. On this visit, I had my winter tires put on. Although they were clearly very booked, and busy, they made time for me and treated me as though I was the only one there. They kept me posted every step of the way, and explained everything that was being done clearly. The guys were polite, professional and they went out of their way to assist me. Ben took great care of all my needs and he was very helpful in every aspect. They know how to keep their repeat customer happy by surprising them with clean vehicle. Thank you gentlemen!

Best Service Ever! These guys actually do their job, right! In the past I have always gone to the Honda dealership to get my car maintained. One week after an oil change service (at the dealership) I had my car in for detailing at Arrow Auto, and the staff showed me some very alarming findings! My air/cabin filters haven't been changed- ever- in 3 years! Even though the checklist from Honda indicated they were fine. The guys at Arrow also found that some animals had made a home under my hood for quite some time and had nesting leaves,'fluff' and other debris all throughout the engine area and into the vents- How did the dealership not notice this or make me aware of this? The guys at Arrow Auto actually brought me back to see for myself what they had found, and I couldn't believe it! Since this experience I will forever be faithful to Arrow Auto and get my oil changes and car maintenance done there. They are thorough and honest. Thank you guys!

Had my clutch and brakes replaced at Arrow Auto this week and couldn't ask for a better experience. Firstly, after visiting with Arrow Auto for my regular scheduled oil change back in the spring, they warned me that my clutch was starting to go and I would most likely need it replaced. Sure enough six months later, it started to slip. Thank goodness I was forewarned, as I was able to save up a little bit each month knowing I would need to do this repair, instead of trying to come up with the money all at once. I always find the service to be top notch; they go through in detail the work that went into my car and what expenses I may expect in the future. It’s great to go to a repair shop and not have to worry about surprises. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

I'm not from London and was just in town for a hockey tournament. I woke up to find my truck had a flat tire and had to get it fixed quick. I called several other places including Canadian Tire and explained my dilemma. They all said, sorry, can't help you. I found Arrow on Google and they told me to bring my truck by and they'd look after me. Got the truck there and they patched it in no time for under $25. I was very thankful given the circumstances. This is the kind of business I enjoy telling others about; the kind that will help someone in a jam. Cheers!

Thank you to Arrow Auto for saving me and taking care of me right away After realizing that my car was badly damaged I came to the shop nearly crying, they took my car right away to check it out and told me the car was unsafe to drive long distance, the owner of Arrow Auto ordered all the parts that needed to be changed. Showed me that he was very knowledgeable about cars. I left my car at the shop for it to be fully fixed and safe on the road, they went above and beyond to take care of me and kept me in loop with everything that they needed to fix to bring my stress level down, which I really appreciate being a young female I have been taken advantage off before but not here, Arrow Auto was very honest and professional. In the end my car drives perfect and I feel very safe in it, also my bill was very reasonably priced, I would refer Arrow Auto to anybody that needs their car fixed or anything that has to do with cars, they provide many services, Big Thank you to everyone that works there!!

TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR A COMPOUND AND BUFF FOR FINE SCRATCHES.,, PICKED IT UP IN THE RAIN SO I WASN'T ABLE TO SEE THE WORK PERFORMED. MUCH TO MY DISSMAY WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS DRY I NOTICED MOST OF THE SCRATCHES WHERE STILL THERE. I CONTACT TO COMPANY FOR AN EXPLANATION AND I WAS TOLD THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROPERLY AND I MUST ACQUIRED THE SCRATCHES FROM CAR WASHES WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF THE JOB BEING DONE . I ALWAYS HAND WASH MY VEHICLE SO I WAS STUNNED THEY PUT THE BLAME ON ME. I PAID $300 FOR THIS WORK AND AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED IT WAS NO MORE THAN JUST A SIMPLE WAX JOB AND NOT A 3 STAGE COMPOUND AND WAX I PAID FOR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR ME TO BRING IT BACK TO INSPECT OR DISCUSS, VERY POOR QUALITY OF WORK AND SERVICE. I HAVE NOW MADE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE JOB DONE AGAIN WITH ANOTHER DETAIL SHOP

My 18 year old son bought a used car from Arrow auto. We are from Windsor so we had about 3 other cars we were going to look at in the London area. Ben threw us the keys to a 2011 Lexus and told us to take our time. He even came in and opened the shop when it was closed for the holiday. Needless to say we fell in love with the car and purchased it. Being from Windsor made it challenging for license plates etc, and Ben took care of all that. So on the day of picking up the car it was detailed and plated ready to go. We were very happy with the customer service that Ben provided.
