Valley Tire Ltd. I was warned by a number of local people about dealing with this company and their attitude, but always wanting to give folks a chance, I took one on these guys......I'm very sorry I did. They left my company in a complete bind with zero notice or solutions offered and had no intention of even trying to resolve the issue when it was caused by their own ineptness. As a Manager in a very "Customer Service" driven industry, I am convinced that a good portion of the staff here have no clue what the term even means. Being made to feel that your business is not only unappreciated but that your seeking their help is just inconvenient for them, does nothing positive for their reputation. I am positive however, that I (and anyone who asks me about them) will never "inconvenience" them again. I'm only giving them a star because posting this was not allowed unless I did....... I have been in to see these guys a few times having to do with tire alinement and brake problems. every time I go in it seems like there is only a few weeks until something else brakes down. last time I was in they replaced my rear brake pads. this week I went into the Honda dealership because I was having problems with my front brakes. I was suspicious of Valley Tire so I asked them to check out my back brakes too. it turns out that the rear left caliper is sticking, causing the brake pad to wear down. Some how Valley Tire replaced my brake pads while leaving the problem that caused them to wear down in the first place. Now I wont claim to know their reason for this mistake (although incompetence or a desire to rope me in for another repair later at at the top of my list) but I know that I will never be going back to these people again and if you are looking for a repair shop, I recommend the same to you.

I went in the other day to have a tire plugged. The tire is only 3 months old or so, lots of tread. The guys were friendly enough but after waiting for an hour they came out and told me my tire was “no good”, there was a screw and it was in the sidewall and he couldn’t get it out. I had them put the brand new spare on the good rim and put that on the truck. No problem. I had an issue with the fact that they tried to keep my tire that was “no good”. I took the tire home and got the screw out in about a minute and I’m going to put a plug in it myself, it was nowhere near the sidewall so I feel like they just tried to scam me out of a perfectly good tire. I think they assumed cause they didn’t know me and I was a younger guy in a brand new truck that I didn’t know what’s what and tried to take advantage of me.

I purchased a vehicle that had been serviced and saftied through valley tire for an annual inspection that is required on all large commercial vehicles within a month of me purchasing it. I'm very sorry to report that when it was brought back to Ontario and taken in for inspection ( which was 0nly the following month that Valley Tire slapped a good to go sticker on the windshield) it was found that the rear brakes were seized and the rear pads in such bad condition, (Actually falling apart in my mechanics hands while he was holding so I could take a photo) that it had to be torn down and completely replaced. When I called to report this issue to Valley Tire I was told that the vehicle was fine and that the extensive brake issue was due because I drove it to Ontario. Also I was told the large hole in the muffler was because it backfired. Even though I tried to explain it was a hole that went inwards not outwards if that were the case. I was told under no uncertain terms that they would not even consider reimbursement of any amount for the issue. I feel my life was put in jeopardy even taking the drive to Ontario. Disgusting to pretend to have serviced this vehicle, when in fact I feel no service had been performed on the rear brakes in quite sometime. After discussing with my mechanic he agreed.

Had a scalloped front tire causing a vibration in my steering wheel. Asked them to do an alignment and rebalance on my front wheels. They did the alignment but claimed rebalancing wouldnt help the issue. Ended up stopping by Andy's to find out the wheel causing the problem was 3 ounces out of balance. There keen to sell new tires but not fix inexpensive problems.

Had roadside service. They sold me a tire that was not needed stating it was illegal to plug a tire. Checked with two other reputable tire dealers whom both stated tire could have been repaired. After having tire fixed by another dealer, I contacted Valley Tire to report. They covered the cost of the tire repair ($20.00), but refused to provide any further reimbursement for the tire they made me purchase.

Ever time I take my car to Valley Tire, I am always surprised at the ability, compassion, and services offered there. The wealth of characters, goes so far beyond the front faces of Ryan and Sam. They are a great group of guys who know alot about cars and work hard on doing their best make sure every customer leaves happy. Sometimes they might not be able to do that, but at least they will take the time to educate the customer on why they can't. Within reason of course. If it wasn't for Valley Tire Bridgewater, I doubt I would still have my car on the road.

We arrived at Valley Tire with no appointment but were served quickly. I explained that we were from Ontario and had a leak in rear tire that was looked at by a previous tire guy however the tire was flat the following day. We went to get gas, because we had a friend's vehicle to borrow, and by the time we returned the tire was fixed. It only needed a new tire valve. No charge even. Super guys. Thanks Valley Tire!!!

Exceptional service!! Once again I have had a great experience at valley tire. I came to them with a very specific idea of what I wanted for new rims for my SUV and they went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. I had chosen a set I loved and as they placed the order for me , found out that they were unavailable. Then , over the course of the next week , they were able to help me find a set theat I loved even more than the originals . ( and at an incredible price!!) There are not enough ways for me to say thanks to all the guys at valley tire, who take all the time you need to make sure you get exactly what you want. I highly recommend them to everyone I know and I will be back !
