I am a young woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, so I'm hesitant when I go to a garage. I took my small sedan to this location to get an oil change done, with synthetic oil. Because I'm new to the area, I just went to the place closest to me to have it done. This oil change was $113. Now, this was the first one I had had since owning a vehicle that needed regular oil, so I thought "well, maybe this is normal". This week I took the same vehicle to another garage a few streets over recommended by my co-workers. $35 cheaper. I asked them at that garage why it would cost me so much more at another, and he could not come up with a justifiable reason for the increase. This isn't right, and I'm very unimpressed about it.

I called the day before and was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning. I was going in to have a hole patched on my tire, however it was to close to the rim and my treads were deemed unsafe. I feel like they did not take advantage of the situation and they gave me a good price on new tires, they were efficient - and I felt safe having my car back on the road. Great customer service - they were very friendly.

Had a tire that kept running flat and brought it to these guys because they open at 730, which is great when you want to drop off and be to work in the park for 8am. I didn't have an appointment but they booked me in with no issues, got me fixed, did an alignment at my request and changed tires to Nitrogen. Told them they could have car all day, it was ready by 930am. Excellent service, will use them again. Thanks!

Been here twice. That was my first mistake... got ripped off again. My car has never taken synthetic oil and has never cost me over 50$. Today they charged me 80$ for synthetic oil. Ridiculous. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience. Took 3 hours to change two rotors and one caliper, charged me for an Inspection for something I didnt need. Then to top it all off 2 months later the caliper seized and they told me they need to charge another 45 dollars for inspection and the labour to replace the faulty caliper that they put on. Avoid this place at all costs, go to costco.

These guys are great. Whether speaking with the guys at the front counter, or their technicians they are always straight forward and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Excellent pricing. Go see Richard, hands down they are the best. They aren’t only a tire shop but they also do brakes, oil changes and mechanical work. They store my winter tires/summer tires in the off season. Easy to book appointments. Can’t ask for better.

Had tires swapped, went back to pay and get my vehicle, told me they threw out my other set cause they were bald and dangerous. I insisted to see the the tires myself because I knew they were fine. I checked in the garage in front of them and I had easily another season out of them! Insisted they put them in the back of my vehicle and I drove off. Be careful what you’re told here.

I've been a customer at Miller Tirecraft for over 15 years. They are very conveniently located, staff is friendly and very helpful. They go above & beyond and you don't always realize it. Once I had my car in for an oil change and had some damage on my front bumper. They tied up the broken piece and didn't even mention it. Excellent customer service!
