Brought my car in for a flat tire, and a MVI. MVI failed due to bake brake pads, easy peasy Lemon Squeezy. I had 10 days to get them done so I wouldn't have to repay for a MVI. Great service, great staff, Randy is a great mechanic.

Great service. We had some trouble with an exhaust pipe just passing through. With it being tires season no other place would take a look at it for days. These guys and girls were just as busy but they looked at it right away and got us in to fix it that day they were awesome good work and very friendly. ????

I give these people five stars. First time there on Monday with a tire leak. They fixed my tire and never charged me one penny. How great was that. So I went back and got a safety inspection today and no issues at all. These people are really nice, friendly and get the job done. Thank you Andy's Tire Shop.

Terrible place to get work done. They are unbelievably rude. My husband gave them a well deserved negative review, and when he spoke with them to give them a chance to redeem themselves, he was then berated, humiliated, and threatened. Do not take your vehicle's here people. They raise the price of labour if you have your own parts....this is just one of their acts of trickery.

I called on a Thursday with an exhaust issue during winter tire changeover. I was made an appointment for upcoming Monday midday. Staff was professional and polite and I was given a quote prior to work being completed. Work was completed in a timely manner - price was right on quote and I was on my way. When calling for an oil change, if you have synthetic oil, better to confirm they will put the correct filter on. Their kits don't come with correct one.

Took car in to get an alignment, was told it needed new ball joints and a steering shaft, cost of steering shaft ( which has nothing to do with an alignment ) was 400.00 just for the part, a part, I could buy retail for 250.00 anyway it made me suspect and told them not to proceed I would have that work done else where .and bring it back for the alignment . I had a friend pick it up and they charged 30 dollars said they wouldent get the car unless they paid .. So I have a couple of issues one , extortion is illegal , and two I have a right to refuse their extra services I did not ask for an inspection just an alignment which was never performed . They may have got more business from me but not anymore . The good news is they have lots of empty bays, so you can get the work done quickly I would just beware of their, in my opinion less than honest business practices ..

My tire blew just outside this place on the highway. I called them and right away they wanted to help. They were going to close in an hour but never mentioned it once. I got to there shop and they took me right away. I had my fiance and our two little guys with us. While we waited the lady maybe the owner got the TV on for the little guys, brought them goldfish, brought them water and even brought their tablet when we were leaving because we had forgotten it. I had never asked for anything or showed frustration. It felt very genuine and caring. Id recommend this place all day. Even the guys working there had great attitudes towards us especially with their day nearing to an end and me coming along! Kudos to the team ! I wish much success for the company and the team ! Made our nightmare as easy as it could have been . Thank you, cheers

Emailed Andy's Tire asking for a quote for the job I needed done, got a prompt response with an estimate. My work schedule conflicted with most of their operating hours, but after calling and speaking with Amanda, we found a time for the very next day. The job was done promptly and matched the estimate, which was also the best price in the region. Excellent work, friendly people, and enforced COVID restrictions appropriately. As always my trip to andys tire today was amazing I had no appointment but while shopping at the mall my car died and I had my 11 month old they squeezed me in almost immediately and did not overcharge for the parts or the labour. I highly recommend this business for any of you automotive needs

I've been very slow to mention this, but several months back I made a silly mistake with some studded tires I ordered (wrong size). They were very kind and understanding about it, and though this mistake potentially cost them quite a bit of money, they refused to charge me. I was very grateful to them for their kindness and I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!
