Took my car in, after having nee rims put on to have tires put on and an alignment done and an oil change. They charged me for the oil change, and the alignment. Drove away and oil light came on and the car was shaking. Took the car back, for the head guy to tell me my rims were very bent and couldnt be balanced. But never said a word to me about it and charged for an alignment that wasnt done. Head guy tells me to take it to new minas andys and hed fix the mistakes. I drove away from therr with no breaks. After spending 1200.00 at both andys, i just had to pay to have all that work redone that andys charged me for , plus have a plate put back on that they ripped off sayin it rattled when really it was a motor mount!!! Yes i am taking them to court and 6 mechanics are backing me up. Yall want proof. Contact me. I have no issue showing paper work the 6 mechanics that looked at my car said I was definatley scammed. So be careful, depends on who you know there. Save your money and take it to midas. They are honest people.

31 July 2015 I brought my van to Andy's Tire Shop this morning for a slow leak in one of the tires. The service was exceptional from the moment I walked into the shop. The person who greeted me was friendly and professional and took care of the problem right away. While I waited, I was treated to the cleanest, best appointed waiting room I have ever been in. There was an internet station so one could check emails or go on line as well as massage chairs that sat in front of a large screen television. The service was second to none. All this at a competitive price. I was incredibly impressed.

Andy's was able to get me in for an oil change in short notice. They greeted me when I entered, had massage chairs and WiFi to use while you wait. They filled up my tire pressure and checked my brakes. The truck was finished quicker than I thought, just a little pricier than expected. Overall happy with the experience.

If you are a woman or younger adult I HIGHLY recommend you do not go here. Went to get a required safety last week and they said I had a problem and needed to take it in to get fixed (most likely charging me hours of work time) My dad being a mechanic for over 30 years checked the parts and realized all that needed to be done was a nut be tightened, something they very easily could of done and would of known.

Lots of tires to choose from. The guys at the counter have good knowledge of the products and you don't have to wait very long for an appointment. A good place to go for suspension work and for a 4 wheel alignment.

Went in for a safety, ended up getting rejected for a legitimate reason,which is great, I'm glad they did their job. They then told me they couldn't fix the issue but then they charged me $35.00 for the failure. I wasn't made aware there would be any charges before hand if it did fail. After I told the clerk I was upset about being ambushed with a charge he basically said too bad and then stopped talking for the rest of the interaction. Wouldn't recommend at all. The mechanic was nice and explained everything well to me but the overall customer service was absolutely trash. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Andy's in Kingston was where I've done business for 30 years, I had a flat on my utility trailer beside the road I took of the wheel and went to Andy's, there was no in the garage anywhere, they had no appointments for 50 min and they couldn't patch the tire because management said there workers had to clean up the back room. WTF So if you need your home cleaned maybe you could call Andy's in Kingston.
