Terrible experience, will never return.
Called looking for 4 BFGoodrich KM3 tires, which were confirmed as in stock in a Toronto warehouse. Awesome! So I ask them to order in the tires.
1 week goes by, I hear nothing. 2 weeks go by, I call and ask for an update on my order. The response? "Huh. Must be winter storms..." Now I don't keep up on current events like I should, but I certainly didn't hear that Ontario had shut down entirely. Must be just me I guess, I'll keep waiting.
After week #3, I call again.... Mr. "My-Name-Isnt-Andy" assures me that he will get to the very bottom of this. Sure enough, he did call back in a hour or so.
"Good news! Your tires will be shipped Friday!" says he.
"That's in... 3 more days. Really?" I ask.
"Yup! They'll be in Tuesday Wednesday!"
Well that is certainly good news, isn't it.
Here are my questions - When I went to pick up the tires, why wasn't this ridiculous situation even acknowledged? You wanted just another 4 tires out the door, couldn't care less, just another day in the salt mines? You just stood there with the interact machine looking for the $20 environmental fee.
Not an apology, no empathy, just a blank stare... until I brought the subject up. Then you slowly realized the gravity of the situation.
I find it absolutely ridiculous that I, a customer, had to chase you this far and this long for a set of tires. It's not MY job to prod you to make sure you are paying attention to your order book. If I didn't keep hounding, would these tires even show up?
tl;dr - 4 in stock (warehouse) tires took 4 weeks of continual calling and hoping to get in, ineffectual flippant excuses and zero regard for customer service.
