I contacted him for a set of wheels for sale, I was the first person to contact him AND I offered to pay full price plus shipping. He said sure no problem and was going to get back to me with information. He then went and sold the rims to someone else even after I was first to reach out and agree on the deal. He was very nice and polite on the phone BUT sold wheels we agreed on.
