Beware of this garage ! Today I had to drive 25 minutes to this place to have my winter tires installed. The installers told me that it would cost me 10$ per tire on top if the 50$ charge because the tires were not purchased at their garage... The person who answered the telephone and took the appointment did not discuss this with me and we did talk about the rate. When I asked to speak to the boss, he came out and gave me such a poor customer service by telling me that I wasted 30 minutes of his business time and saying that I should've said that my tires were purchased outside the garage over the phone...when I never dealt with this garage and I haven't encountered one garage who charges its customers like that. I had such a bad experience, beware of this garage.

Ils ont même stationné le véhicule de ma copine enceinte de l'autre coté de la rue au IGA qu'elle a du aller chercher elle-même dans le froid et la noirceur. De plus, je m'y rend le lendemain pour avoir des explications. On m'indique qu'il y a des frais de 10$ par pneu, car ils n'ont pas été acheté chez eux. On m'y réfere en me montrant la phrase qui est écrit sur l'affiche au niveau de mes genoux sur leur comptoire. Lorsque je demande pourquoi ca n'a pas été expliqué de cette façon à ma copine, surtout pour qu'elle raison pourquoi ce n'est pas dit dès le départ. On me répond que c'est super simple a lire, que je devrais comprendre que s'ils ne font pas ca, le garage ne va pas survivre, qu'ils devront fermer et que c'est la même chose que si j'achetes mon steak chez IGA et que je vais le faire cuire au restaurant au coin de chez moi.... Le restaurant ne survivera pas. Comparaison un peu bouateuse à mon avis. Donc, j'ai quitté avec le sentiment de mettre fait avoir. Finalement, ils ont endommagés 3/4 mags du véhicule, ils n'ont clairement pas fait attention. Le véhicule de ma copine est un véhicule de location. Alors, elle devra payer des frais sur un travail qui a mal été complété. Nous sommes vraiment outrés de la situation. Je déconseille ce garage à tous les gens du quartier pour éviter une mauvais expérience sur tout la ligne.

Dès lors je téléphone chez "Pneus TB" pour prendre rendez-vous et le commis me demande alors la marque et l'année de mon véhicule, mon numéro de téléphone et me cédule un moment pour effectuer la pose de mes pneus d'hiver. À ce stade tout c'est très bien passé. La journée prévue pour la pose de mes pneus, je me présente comme convenu chez "Pneus TB" afin de les faire installer. Il y avait plusieurs clients dans l'aire d'attente. Un client devant comptoir parlait avec un commis. Ce client cachait un écriteau où était inscrit: "avis à notre clientèle - un extra de 10$ par pneu sera appliqué pour des pneus neufs" sans autres explications. Oh là ! Le commis au téléphone ne m'a jamais mentionné au téléphone que si mes pneus étaient neufs et achetés ailleurs qu'il y aurait un extra de 10$ par pneus + taxes à payer !!!!! Qui plus est, si une personne se trouve devant cet écriteau lorsqu'il interagit avec le commis la personne qui vient d'entrer ne verra pas nécessairement la politique de "Pneus TB" affichée puisque la personne au comptoir cache cette fameuse affiche ! De plus, le site web de "Pneus TB" ne mentionne nul part cette politique d'extra exigé pour des pneus neufs. Imaginez, pour connaître le prix il faut effectuer une soumission ! Quel manque de considération et de mépris pour le consommateur. En somme, le futur client qui n'est pas attentif se fait arnaquer à la dernière minute lorsque le commis lui présente la facture finale avec un extra de 50$ à payer sans quoi son véhicule sera pris en otage. Mais quel manque de transparence et de clarté de votre part !!!! En tant que tel je n'ai aucun problème avec votre politique d'extra à payer à condition que le futur client connaisse dès le début les règles du jeu en regard à cette politique. La transparence, l'honnêteté et la considération vis-à-vis un futur client devrait commencer dès que ce dernier vous téléphone pour prendre rendez-vous pour la pose de ses pneus. Dès ce moment, le commis devrait avoir l'obligation et l'honnêteté d'informer le futur client qu'un EXTRA de 10$ par pneus + taxes sera exigible pour la pose de ses pneus neufs achetés ailleurs. Le futur client pourra alors décider de mettre fin à la conversation ou d'accepter votre politique d'extra. C'est ça savoir respecter la future clientèle et qui vous permettras de faire prospérer votre entreprise dans la communauté. C'est un peu comme si je réserverais une table dans un restaurant qui me permettrait d'apporter mon vin et qu'au moment venu de payer la note le serveur m'imposerait un "EXTRA" pour avoir apporté mon propre vin en m'indiquant que cette politique était pourtant affichée en quelque part dans son restaurant. Merci à Google de permettre aux consommateurs de diffuser des avis utiles concernant les pratiques d'affairse des commerçants peu scrupuleux. Si "Pneus TB" veut punir l'éventuel client qui a déjà acheté ses pneus ailleurs et si "Pneus TB" veut imposer une telle politique je n'ai aucun problème avec cela à condition que les RÈGLES du JEU soient connues dès le départ par le futur client ! Manifestement, le client qui n'a pas été attentif se retrouve piégé par une politique inscrite sur un écriteau localisé juste à l'avant et en bas du comptoir. Suite â cet évènement, j'ai quitté les lieux, sans autres préjudices ! Par la suite, j'ai pris un rendez-vous dans un autre garage beaucoup plus soucieux de ses nouveaux clients et dans l'avenir mon CASH ira dans sa poche plutôt que celle du garage à Benny de "Pneus TB" ! Vous ne méritez pas d'avoir ma BUSINESS et donc mon CASH !
